Role Overview

The Tower Project’s award-winning JET Service is seeking a passionate and skilled Disability Employment Adviser to help transform the employment prospects of adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism.

This is a varied community-facing role combining personalised employment support, employer partnership working and in-work coaching. You will manage a caseload of aproximatley 25 clients at different stages of their employment journey and work collaboratively with colleagues, employers and referral partners to create meaningful employment opportunities.

You will be supported by the Employment Support Team Lead and will play an important role in delivering positive, measurable outcomes for individuals across East London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

IAG and Employment Support

You will act as the key adviser for a cohort of clients, delivering high-quality, person-centred employment support that leads to sustained paid outcomes.

You will:

• Build positive working relationships with referral partners including the Community Learning Disability Team, education providers and local support organisations.
• Complete vocational profiling, better-off calculations and personalised support plans focused on employment aspirations.
• Deliver one-to-one sessions to support CV development, interview preparation, confidence building and workplace readiness.
• Support clients to access appropriate training, qualifications and work experience opportunities aligned to their goals.
• Help clients identify and overcome barriers to employment through practical, solution-focused support.

Employer Partnerships and Job Matching

You will contribute to the development and maintenance of inclusive employer partnerships across the local area.

You will:

• Support the development of relationships with employers in a range of local sectors to support client progression.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and reasonable adjustments.
• Provide guidance and reassurance to employers on supporting employees with learning disabilities and autism.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to match clients to suitable roles that reflect their strengths and aspirations.
• Maintain ongoing contact with employers to support sustained placements and positive working relationships.

In Work Support and Job Coaching

Where clients progress into employment, you will provide initial structured in-work support to help clients succeed and grow in their roles

You will:

• Conduct job and task analysis to ensure clear understanding of workplace expectations.
• Support employers to implement appropriate adjustments.
• Deliver workplace coaching using structured approaches such as Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI), gradually reducing support as independence develops.
• Monitor progress in partnership with the employer and client to support sustained employment.

Career Development

Support clients who are in sustained employment to explore progression opportunities, further training and career development pathways.

Monitoring and Administration

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in line with organisational requirements.
• Contribute to performance reporting, case studies and outcome data as required.

We’re looking for a Philanthropy Assistant to join the St Mungo’s fundraising team. You’ll support our Philanthropy function, which drives engagement and income from more than 300 individual philanthropists.

Where you’ll work

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

While our Central Office is currently based in Tower Hill, London we plan to relocate in the summer of 2026 to a new space in Farringdon, London.

Role Responsibilities

Delivery of the Spear Programme – Group and 1:1 coaching

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.

The Brompton Fountain supports children's heart and lung care at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust encompassing Royal Brompton, Harefield, St Thomas’, Evelina London Children’s Hospital and their partner hospitals.
Based at Royal Brompton Hospital, we work with teams across all sites to ensure patients and their families receive specialised support and resources (whilst in hospital and at home), regardless of where the child is treated within the Trust

The Family Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, practical and emotional support to children, young people and families receiving care under the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Time Commitment and Remuneration

This role is part time with a commitment of approximately 2-3 days per year, including time spent preparing for meetings.  Meetings will usually take place via MS Teams but may on occasion be held at the GOC Offices in London or other suitable venues.

Members are paid up to £185 per meeting. This is taxable and subject to National Insurance (NI) contributions. This is in line with our member fees policy and member fee schedule.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Board Secretary to support our Chair, CEO and Board of Trustees.  In this key role, you’ll ensure the smooth running of all Board and committee activity, uphold high governance standards, and act as a trusted adviser on regulatory, statutory and best-practice requirements.

• Lead and maintain high‑quality governance processes across the organisation

What you’ll bring:

• Chartered Governance Institute qualification (or equivalent)

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease which is uncommon, complex and poorly understood. It affects the immune system and can cause lasting damage to the kidneys, skin, heart, lungs and/or brain. This organisation is the only national charity supporting people living with lupus and those that care for them. They hold an ambition for a world where people with lupus can live full and active lives and work hard to empower people by providing information about lupus and offering support so their voices are heard and their condition diagnosed and managed effectively.

This is an exciting new role for the organisation which will focus on engaging with communities and recruiting and training volunteers to deliver peer support services for those living with lupus. As Community Services Coordinator you will work as part of a small, tight-knit team, and will facilitate co-production sessions with stakeholders across the lupus community, enabling beneficiaries to design and shape community-based services. The role will involve providing direct support to service users, producing regular reports, and supporting and managing volunteers to provide service resourcing. The organisation is particularly interested in developing their support offering across Northern Ireland and require someone who understands the health landscape and is confident to engage with a range of stakeholders to develop their offering.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across the lupus community. You will be a warm and engaging individual with experience of facilitating group work in a variety of settings, and monitoring services for evaluative purposes. Purpose of the Role
To lead the effective, compassionate and compliant delivery of Tibet Relief Fund’s Sponsorship Programme, ensuring high-quality supporter care, strong overseas partnerships and robust administrative and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporter Care & Communications

• Deliver high-quality, personalised supporter care via email, phone, post and in person

• Manage communication between sponsors and sponsored individuals, ensuring exchanges are appropriate and safeguarding compliant

• Support sponsor recruitment, onboarding and retention

• Organise and oversee the annual exchange of letters and updates

• Produce engaging sponsor communications and case studies based on partner information
   

2. Programme Administration & Data Management

• Maintain accurate sponsorship records and ensure the integrity of the CRM database

• Maintain a pool of potential sponsorship candidates

3. Financial Coordination

• Reconcile sponsorship payments in collaboration with the Accounts Manager

• Support the accurate processing of sponsorship-related grants to partner organisations

4. Partnership & Reporting

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with partner organisations in India and Nepal

• Confirm sponsorship and grant details with overseas partners

5. Safeguarding & Compliance

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of sponsored children and adults at risk
