A little bit about the role 

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week expected in our London Office. Those living outside the M25 can opt to not receive London Office Allowance and agree a more flexible office attendance pattern at offer stage.

The Academic Registry team, one of the sub-teams within programme management, is responsible for ensuring that participants’ academic  programme journeys are well-administered. The team are responsible for areas such as academic policies and processes (including for assessment and student records), along with several other operational aspects of Frontline’s academic provision, from attending and preparing data for examination boards or exceptional circumstances panels, to liaising with external markers.

The Academic Programmes Officer will work primarily as part of the Academic Registry, within Programme Management, to contribute to a first-class participant experience on the Approach Social Work programme. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in response to diverse requirements in the wider team through the academic year. A responsive and supportive standard of customer service is expected throughout, including at peak periods.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate assessments and preparation for exam boards, including managing marker allocations, deadlines and payments, and recording and communicating assessment outcomes
• Analyse feedback and other data to support the continuous enhancement of the Approach Social Work programme.
• Maintain accurate participant records, ensuring that all data is maintained and shared appropriately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• Build strong working relationships within Frontline and with external partners, e.g. in our university partner, to support effective collaboration

A little bit about you 

We are looking for someone who is committed to Frontline’s values and can balance support for participants with an understanding of the importance of agreed regulations and procedures in maintaining academic standards. You will be highly numerate and organised, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of working with student records in a higher education environment is highly desirable.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and build relationships with new Trusts and Foundations to further grow this income stream.
• Prioritise research to constantly develop future pipeline.
• Work with Head of Philanthropy and other senior stakeholders in engaging potential funders and managing strategic Trusts partners.

Write applications and reports

• Develop compelling funding applications for Trusts and occasionally statutory funders, articulating Resurgo's vision and strategy to persuasively engage new donors with a focus on raising five and six-figure grants.
• Stay ahead of sector trends, media, and political context to market Resurgo's interventions in a compelling way.
• Develop general communications on the work of Resurgo to inspire and update our Trust audience.
• Produce reports and updates on the impact of our work for funders in a timely manner. 

Data Management and Monitoring

• Update our internal database (Salesforce) with all donor interactions, donations and other details in a timely and efficient manner and with strong attention to detail, and analyse data to give insights' and drive future activity.
• Manage the Trusts & Foundations pipeline and report on income and other KPIs, and ensure Trusts & Foundations team meets monthly targets and deadlines.

Line Management

• Actively manage and develop the Trusts & Foundations Executive to help them grow personally and in their role.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll directly manage four experienced team heads and oversee a high-performing team of 18 who generate bursary, unrestricted, and capital income. · Develop and deliver HI UK’s strategy for high-net-worth individuals.

· Lead on the new Capital Campaign, 2026-2030, for HI UK.

· Secure five- and six-figure major gifts from a diverse and sustainable base of major donors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

You will have responsibility for developing a new strategy for high-net-worth individual support and you will lead the delivery of this strategy to secure high-value philanthropic partnerships under the responsibility of the Global Specialist in Major Giving.

Capital Campaign

Our new Capital Campaign will be an invaluable tool for you in developing funding from high-net-worth individuals in the UK. You will lead on its launch and recruit a Campaign Committee, stewarding them to deliver results.

Relationship Management

You will lead on the development and stewardship of long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and family foundations.

Income Growth

You will drive the growth of an existing pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and develop this pipeline with new supporters from our individual giving stream and philanthropists who are new to HI, to secure significant gifts.

Collaboration

You will work closely with HI's Global Specialist in Major Giving, HI UK Trustees, our Federal Major Giving team, and international colleagues, to develop compelling proposals and provide timely impact reporting.

Stewardship

You will ensure exceptional donor stewardship and provide a high-quality experience for supporters at every stage of engagement.

Cultivation events

You will initiate and run high quality cultivation events for your donors and prospects, to form part of their stewardship journey.

Data Management

You will accurately manage donor records, communications, and reporting through our CRM.

Other duties

· Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with HI UK colleagues, the Federal fundraising and communication teams, and Major Giving counterparts in other HI national associations in Europe and North America.

· Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and high standards.

· Keep up-to-date and adhere to any changes in legislation, regulatory procedures, innovation, best practice and industry standards in relation to private fundraising.

· Any other activities commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required by the Global Specialist in Major Giving.

Job Summary

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.

In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

You will:

· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.

· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.

· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.

· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.

· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

The role requires:                             

· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.

· Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to adapt to different communication preferences.

Key Responsibilities – Supporting ADHD/ Autistic Adults

Providing individualised task-based support

· Provide one-to-one ad hoc, tailored support for pre-and post-diagnosis (with the support to be co-produced by the service user). This support may include, but is not limited to:

· Practical support with communication or executive functioning tasks and activities such as making calls, form filling, applying for benefits, and planning their week.

· Working within a “help you to do it” model, encouraging skill building and self-advocacy.

· Support with applications for further education and employment

· Maintain and update our public-facing ADHD Resource Board, and foster relationships with other support organisations to strengthen our signposting and referral pathways.

Facilitate Support Groups

· Facilitate twice-monthly ADHD Groups.

· Facilitate Parent and Carers Support group.

· Facilitate monthly pre-diagnosis support group.

· Facilitate Coffee Connect social group for ADHD and autistic adults.

· Facilitate quarterly Professional Connect Forum.

· When agreed in advance with manager provide cover for other colleagues’ projects.

Facilitate Courses and Workshops

· Deliver a 6-week Understanding my ADHD Course for newly diagnosed ADHD adults.

Front of house support and referrals process

The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.

SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.

CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication. 

Other Responsibilities  - Wider support

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.

· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.

· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.

· Contribute to the development and delivery of training for professionals and the community by:

· Using inclusive, evidence-based language and approaches

· Tailoring content to meet the needs of different audiences

· Supporting outreach and promotion of CAAS’s training offer related to ADHD and autism in adults

It is an exciting time to be joining the charity; our bold new Acting for Impact strategy seeks to increase the charity’s reach and impact within the performing arts community, and our recent repositioning has seen us take a step towards this. You would play a key part in helping us achieve our ambitions.

This Grants and Services Co-ordinator postholder will work directly with our applicants and beneficiaries, supporting them throughout our application processes and working with successful applicants to ensure the charity provides high-quality, appropriate support. This will include making grant decisions and working with beneficiaries to develop their support network.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with clients and service users, particularly as a first point of contact. Key aspects of the role also include supporting service development and leading on data management. Working as part of a small team (of four) you will need to be able to take an adaptable approach to manage competing priorities. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with clients, and work collaboratively with colleagues internally and externally.
