Are you passionate about delivering excellent supporter service and leading a high-performing team?

As Supporter Care Team Leader, you will manage the team’s daily priorities, ensuring supporter enquiries are handled efficiently and service targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help deliver excellent service, drive continuous improvement and support the successful implementation of new processes and systems.

You will lead projects impacting the department, ensure staff are fully trained, and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to test, document and embed process improvements.
