About the role
As our Influencer Manager, you’ll lead the way in helping us reach new audiences through trusted, authentic voices. You’ll work with teams across the RNLI to deliver campaigns that inspire support, encourage safe behaviour around the coast and inland waters, and shine a light on the work of our crews and lifeguards.
From spotting the right influencers for a campaign, to shaping creative briefs, managing relationships, and protecting our reputation — you’ll play a key role in making sure our messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with our values.

Lead and Direct Income Generation and Future Fundraising for Swindon Food Collective
The role has key responsibility for all income generation activities at Swindon Food Collective. This includes high-profile networking with local businesses, corporations and the public sector, processing grant applications, growing and managing key corporate partnerships and significantly increasing fundraising activities. Role Purpose
To design, deliver and secure a multi-stream recurring income generation strategy, manage charity-wide philanthropy, and strengthen long-term financial resilience.
Key responsibilities
Strategy and planning
• Develop and deliver a 12–24-month income generation plan aligned to SFC priorities and the Trustee Strategy & Fundraising Committee.
• Build a balanced income mix (corporate, philanthropy, trusts, community and digital where appropriate), with clear targets and resource assumptions.
• Produce compelling cases for support and pitch materials tailored to different audiences.
Corporate partnerships and sponsorship

Due to an ambitious strategy to increase our reach and revenue by 2027, and increasing demand for our legal services, we are ready to welcome an experienced Senior Legal Rights Team Manager to our Legal Rights Team.
We are looking for an experienced and organised individual to lead the delivery of our high-quality legal rights service, managing a team to ensure our services and support comply with regulatory obligations and remain up to date with the latest legal updates. This includes casework supervision within the team as well as managing your own caseload. The legal focus of the team’s work is within the health and social care field.
In addition, you will need to support the Director of Research and Support Services in managing our external relationships, evaluating and monitoring our service, devising and delivering training and supporting research and marketing activity. Additionally, you will use casework evidence to inform the Charity’s wider policy and advocacy strategies to achieve systematic change.

Research has shown that there is significant potential for new and existing wealth holders to use their resources to fund climate action, and demand for trusted advisors to accelerate both the pace and efficacy of philanthropy. The Impatience Earth team has a track record of delivering quality philanthropy advisory for climate action, and with a growing team we have the capacity to take on new clients.
As the Philanthropy Catalyst Lead, you will be instrumental in building a strong pipeline of clients who would benefit from our climate advisory services. You are someone who is comfortable connecting with and engaging wealth holders, such as high-net worth individuals, family foundations and corporate foundations that have the potential to commit substantial resources (£200k+ year) to climate action.
These clients may be based in the UK or Europe (as reflects the majority of our client base so far) although you will also work with colleagues engaged in catalysing philanthropy in other regions of the world.
You will report directly to the Co-CEO, but also work closely with other members of the team and partners such as the Environmental Funders Network (EFN) to grow climate philanthropy. About Impatience Earth
Impatience Earth is a non-profit climate philanthropy consultancy founded in 2020 with a mission to educate, challenge and inspire wealth holders to take bolder funding decisions to address the climate emergency.
Since 2020, our engagement with over 40 philanthropic foundations and businesses has supported them to make over £250m of new funding available for climate action, and we have already helped them make grants to over 200 different organisations. A great deal of these clients have come from word of mouth and from within our team’s existing connections, and we are now looking to expand our reach beyond our own network.

Role Purpose
The Charity Administrator is responsible for governance support, HR operations, organisational systems, compliance, and internal processes. The role ensures the charity’s operational infrastructure runs smoothly and supports the staff and volunteer team effectively.
Working closely with the CEO and Trustees, the Charity Administrator will maintain, update and implement robust systems, oversee administrative and organisational processes, and support the charity’s ongoing growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Governance and Compliance
•Ensure the charity operates within appropriate governance structures and Charity Commission requirements.

Role Overview
The Outreach Manager will work closely with the CEO to lead and coordinate the charity’s frontline outreach work, particularly focusing on mental health support and domestic abuse response.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Trusts, in a lovely team of three. You will play a lead role and help the team raise their income target of c£1.7m income from a range of Trusts and Foundations.
This role will develop and maintain relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders through updates and other bespoke communications in order to maximise income.
You will develop compelling funding applications aimed at grants above £30k to secure five- and six-figure gifts in support of the charites vision and mission.

A key element of Trussell’s high value income is from individual donors and Trusts, who support our work and mission. The Philanthropy Officer is accountable for managing a caseload of trusts and major donors who are giving up to £10k annually, stewarding them effectively to help secure income to fund Trussell’s work.
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for developing appropriate engagement and stewardship journeys for this group of donors, with the aim of retaining and increasing financial support for Trussell.
This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work.

1. Steward a caseload of major donors and trusts
Manage a caseload of c.150 major donors and c.600 trusts (c. £5k-£10k per annum giving levels).
