You must live within the NI South area or the surrounding areas. Costs will be reimbursed for travel for business purposes within NI South and outside this with prior approval.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to a new project in West Yorkshire to deliver 6 month reviews to stroke survivors of working age.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.

Position: S11272 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Homebased Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Salary: Circa £21,948 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 30 June 2026.

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors in relation to employment and volunteering.

Reporting to the Stroke Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinators will:

Asylum Matters is looking for a dynamic campaigner committed to upholding the rights of people seeking asylum in Yorkshire & Humber and across the UK at a critical time. Asylum Matters plays a significant role in working towards positive change for refugees and people seeking asylum. We are a small team based around the UK, working locally and nationally with an extensive network of partners to advocate for progressive change in the asylum system. We work with frontline organisations and people with lived experience across the UK on a range of issues that affect people in the asylum system. How you will make a difference

We are looking for an experienced Philanthropy and Trust and Foundations fundraiser to join our passionate team. This exciting maternity cover role will oversee Trusts & Grants, Philanthropy and Prospect Research during a pivotal time of growth, ensuring each area continues to develop, scale and innovate to achieve lasting results in support of our ambitious 5-year fundraising strategy.

ImpactEd Group supports education and purpose-driven organisations to maximise and realise their potential. A growing and skilled team of over 30 people, we help our partners to be consistently impactful and sustainable through a combination of specialist support and use of digital tools.

This project would support our Evaluation Practice. The evaluation team works with over 1,500 schools and organisations, analysing the impact of programmes and interventions to help them do more of what works and less of what doesn’t for young people. As well as tailored consultancy and support for our partners, we support schools and organisations to collect and evaluate educational data through an in-house digital tool (our “School Impact Platform”) – which this project would support.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced data engineer to help transform our data infrastructure to better manage our growing dataset of over 14 billion records and create more efficient analytics capabilities. This is a hands-on technical role that will involve both strategic advisory work and practical implementation.

Initially a fixed-term project of around 3-4 months, working to the project outcomes, there may be opportunities for longer-term advisory and technical support following completion if this is of interest.

We are happy for you to work flexibly although would expect the majority of your time to be committed to this project. We expect the work to be conducted predominantly remotely, with a few key meetings in person at our London offices, though you are welcome to use our office space throughout. We anticipate the project being outside of IR35.

What will you do?

Our School Impact Platform brings together existing data from schools (for example, on student demographics and attendance at school) and other forms of data (for example, surveys on student wellbeing and motivation) to help school leaders and educational organisations better understand the impact of their educational choices and programmes.

Part of this involves processing significant data from schools, and we are looking at options for how this could be handled more effectively and be more easily extracted for analysis.

We currently have 14 billion records in a PostgreSQL table, which we believe could be stored more cost effectively and allow for faster data retrieval by using new or alternative data stores. We would also like to develop data pipelines to take data from Postgres to serve analytics use cases, either in new Postgres tables or potentially in a data warehouse or similar.

We would like someone to help identify the best solutions for both areas, assuming our assumptions are correct, and lead the majority of the implementation. You would work closely with our in-house software development team and an existing consultant with experience in data analytics.

About the role

This role sits within The Passage Housing Needs Service (HNS) team. It will provide brief interventions to support individuals who have been placed into accommodation by the HNS team to settle into and sustain their tenancies. The post holder will work holistically to assist individuals to address issues that are impacting on their ability to sustain their accommodation on a time limited basis and will link them into services in their local areas for ongoing support in order for them to gain independence and integrate into their new communities.

Main duties

• To provide support to individuals who are moving into their new private rented sector accommodation where appropriate and needed. This can include setting up utilities, council tax among other things.
• To establish and develop positive and constructive working relationships with a range of services and agencies across London boroughs that can provide support to our clients ensuring the best possible outcomes for them.
• To assess any risk to clients, the environment and staff, record and communicate any risks identified using appropriate channels in the Passage.
• To ensure accurate and timely record keeping using the Inform database as well as client files and ensure all record keeping and information sharing is kept securely in line with Data protection.
• Support HNS Workers to complete exit questionnaires to gather feedback and promote co production with the individuals the team supports.
• To draw up psychologically informed action plans for clients ensuring they are person centered and taking into consideration the clients’ views.

Key responsibilities

• In conjunction with your Housing Needs Service Coordinator to continuously develop the role to ensure that all tasks are being undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner which meets the strategic aims and objectives of The Passage.
• To participate in internal/external meetings as required, attend training events, conferences and other functions as necessary.

We’re looking for a Responsible Business Lead who will work at the intersection of supply chains, policy, and impact, ensuring members’ business practices actively support human rights and environmental sustainability.

About the role:
As Responsible Business Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) across members’ operations. You’ll provide expert advice, coordinate responsible business initiatives, and work with internal teams to ensure supply chain risks are identified and addressed. This is a unique opportunity to shape ethical conduct in the private sector and influence change from boardroom to tea field.

You’ll also lead engagement with the Global Tea Coalition, manage stakeholder relationships, and design learning and communications content that helps members understand and act on sustainability issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advise members on responsible business practices and HREDD implementation
• Support design and integration of responsible business elements into global programmes
• Develop guidance and assess member practices against updated membership criteria
• Produce briefings, toolkits, and peer learning events on responsible sourcing and due diligence
• Lead and coordinate the Global Tea Coalition (GTC), supporting strategic planning and member engagement
• Monitor sector developments and certification standards, advising on alignment with values
• Represent the charity at industry events and build partnerships to enhance impact and reach

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, ideally within agricultural supply chains
• Strong understanding of human rights, environmental risks, and the global tea sector
• Familiar with HREDD, UNGPs, OECD guidelines, and certification frameworks
• Experience working with business leaders to promote responsible sourcing and supply chain accountability
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and securing buy-in for practical solutions

Our supporters are the heartbeat of our organisation, and we’re passionate about growing this community, keeping them engaged, and ensuring they see the real impact of their support.

This role is central to making that happen. As the leader of our Marketing function, you’ll play a vital role in raising both the profile and income of The Bike Project. Our income streams are broad—ranging from trusts and grants to corporate partnerships, events, bike sales, and generous one-off and regular donations from individuals and major donors.

The Marketing team underpins all of this by supporting our fundraising efforts with compelling ideas, content creation, design materials, social media, website management, and media opportunities.

A key part of this role involves collecting and sharing powerful stories that showcase the real impact of our work. To do this effectively, the Marketing Manager and Executive will work closely with our programme and delivery teams, as well as with the people at the heart of our mission—our bike recipients.
