Ealing Accommodation Services provides high‑support, 24‑hour staffed accommodation for 24 adults with complex and multiple needs who have experienced street homelessness. We work intensively with individuals to help them stabilise, rediscover their strengths, and move towards sustainable independent living.

As a Recovery Worker at Ealing Accommodation Services, you will:

• Support residents with high and complex support needs, including mental health, substance use, homelessness and social isolation
• Carry out dynamic risk assessments and respond appropriately to changing needs and behaviours
• Deliver regular keywork sessions, helping residents develop confidence, stability and life skills
• Support people to progress towards move‑on accommodation and longer‑term independence
• Liaise with external professionals and services to ensure coordinated, holistic support

The service operates 24 hours a day, so the role requires working a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This is an on‑site role with no home working.

About the role:

In our Women’s Respite Service in Camden, you’ll be working with women who have faced abuse, exploitation and homelessness, often after systems have let them down. You’ll be part of a space that feels different. A space where women are listened to, where their experiences are understood, and where they can begin to rebuild a sense of control over their lives.

No two days will look the same. One moment you might be de-escalating a sensitive situation, the next you’re advocating with services, or sitting alongside someone as they begin to make sense of what they’ve been through. You’ll use your understanding of trauma, gender informed practice and the realities of violence against women and girls to shape how support is delivered, making sure every interaction is grounded in safety, dignity and respect.

You’ll hold a small but complex caseload, working intensively with women to build trust, navigate risk and move towards stability and independence. You won’t give up easily. You’ll stay curious, creative and persistent, even when progress feels slow or uncertain.

As a senior in the team, your impact goes further. You’ll lead by example, guiding colleagues through complex situations and helping to embed a way of working that truly recognises what women have experienced and what they need to move forward. About the Role

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. The Supporter Database Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our supporter data is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. Managing the day‑to‑day operation of MAP’s supporter database, you’ll lead a small, specialist team and work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Finance, Campaigns, and Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) to ensure income is processed correctly, data standards are upheld, and our systems support effective fundraising, campaigning and supporter care.

As Fundraising Lead- South, you will lead Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising across your region, developing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, senior business leaders and corporate partners.

Purpose of the Job 

Essential to this role is for the System Administrator to be the technical owner for Microsoft cloud and endpoint management: enabling the merger programme, delivering a secure, standardised M365/Entra/Intune environment, and supporting ISMS and Data Protection implementation through the implementation of Technical Controls, in collaboration with Managed Service Provider.

In addition - be the technical owner of other non-Microsoft platforms, as the organisation merges and rationalises the non-Microsoft platforms in operation.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

 M365 / Entra ID

• Manage Entra ID configuration: users/groups, roles, access governance, Conditional Access, PIM (where used), guest access, SSO integrations.
• Maintain authentication and security posture: MFA enforcement, risky sign-in/user remediation, break-glass account readiness, identity audit readiness.

Endpoint management (Intune)

• Own Intune configuration: device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, app deployment, update rings, BitLocker policy/reporting.
• Confirm and improve Windows Autopilot processes: enrolment profiles, device naming, standard build, app packaging, and onboarding experience.

Azure Data

• Support the Data Teams via the implementation and management of integrations between the IT infrastructure and the Data infrastructures. This would include areas such as SSO implementations for key apps.
• Support the limited number of Azure Servers currently operating, with Sharp.

Email security & collaboration controls

• Defender skills
• Support implementation of DLP & Data Classification policies.
• Support rollout and tuning of E5 security capabilities and/or Email Security Gateway integration
• Improve Exchange and SharePoint/OneDrive configurations: anti-phish/spam policies, mail flow hygiene, external sharing controls, retention/labels where agreed.

Telephony / Entra Integration

• Integrate mobile devices (both COPE and BYOD) into the Entra environment, with support from Sharp

Merger enablement

• Support technical delivery for domain changes, tenant alignment activities, SSO/cert updates (e.g., Salesforce SSO certificate changes), and application rationalisation.

Operational excellence

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small finance team as Finance Officer. This is a key role that will report to our Finance Manager and work closely with colleagues across the organisation so that our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

Contract, location and salary

This is a permanent, full-time (34.5 hours per week) role. This is a UK based position, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced welfare benefits advisor with a passion for sharing knowledge and supporting vulnerable people.

This post is providing maternity cover until 31 December 2026 – or until the early return of the substantive postholder.

With around 4 in 10 beneficiaries, we support seeking help with financial difficulties, this is a pivotal role for Kidney Care UK.

You will be working remotely providing income maximisation and energy advice and support for kidney patients in the UK, supporting them to achieve better financial security. Working closely with Patient Support & Advocacy Officers, provide informed and compassionate support to provide excellent outcomes for our beneficiaries.

Our external partners – British Gas Energy Trust have committed to fund our Money and Energy Service until March 2027. We anticipate confirmation by December 2026 whether funding will be extended beyond March 2027.

About the Money & Energy Advice Service
The Money & Energy Advice Service (MEAS) provides information and support for welfare benefits and income maximisation and promotes awareness of efficient energy use. Working closely with Patient Support officers, MEAS provides specialist knowledge and directly supports clients to achieve sustainable financial outcomes. The service was established in 2023 with the support of British Gas Energy Trust and is embedded as a valued element of the many ways Kidney Care UK supports people affected by kidney failure.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Freelance Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Association. This is a flexible, fully remote role with no expectation of travel.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with members and supporting core organisational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to membership enquiries via email, escalating where appropriate

• Monitor general inboxes and direct communications to the relevant person

• Support the Operations Manager with administrative and organisational tasks, including event coordination

• Maintain and update the organisation’s CRM database in line with GDPR requirements

• Monitor social media channels, responding to queries or escalating as needed

Person Specification

Essential

• Highly organised with the ability to work independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good working knowledge of GDPR principles

• Comfortable following processes and procedures

• Interest in supporting an arts education charity

Desirable

• Experience working with non-profit and/or membership organisations

• Understanding of the arts education sector, particularly singing teaching

• Experience of CRM database management
