10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is a Community Interest Company established by local therapists concerned to address the provision of intensive psychological services for those most in need.
We support psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and the local community by providing psychotherapy treatment rooms and space for training and events related to developing psychological services.
More than this, we are a hub where therapists and psychoanalysts can meet, work together and exchange ideas on developing the practice as a whole.
Our work includes:
Affordable treatment – We run low- and no-fee psychotherapy for those in need in the local community, alongside trainees from the Institute of Psychoanalysis who offer low-fee psychoanalysis.
Community programmes – We run a weekly therapeutic playgroup for parents and toddlers seeking sanctuary in South London, alongside public events such as the Psychoanalytic Film Club and Maudsley Lectures.
Education and training – We host lectures, seminars and specialist training for psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, NHS staff and the wider public.
About the role:
We are seeking a part-time Finance Officer to support the financial management of the organisation and strengthen our internal financial systems.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and Finance Sub-Committee, the Finance Officer will maintain accurate financial records, support grant reporting and provide financial information to support organisational planning and governance.
This role is particularly suited to someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a small mission-driven organisation and contributing to the development of robust financial systems.
Summary of tasks:
·Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of Xero
·Managing payments
·Reconciling bank transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
·Maintaining clear financial records and audit trails to support internal controls and financial transparency
·Producing and releasing sales invoices
·Submitting monthly payroll info to accountant, including HMRC and pension submissions

·Tracking and monitoring grant income and expenditure, and preparing financial reports and information for existing and future funders

Working relationships
The postholder will work closely with the Programme Manager and Finance Sub-Committee, providing specialist financial oversight and strengthening internal controls, rather than undertaking general management responsibilities.

About this role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our fundraising and partnership development activities, supporting the diversification and growth of income across both established and emerging streams. While the role will place significant emphasis on corporate fundraising, it will also involve the strategic development of grants and trusts. You will develop strong relationships with funders, identify new opportunities, and support our members to build their own grassroots fundraising capabilities.
Working closely with both colleagues and members, you'll help shape our funding strategy, develop high quality proposals, and ensure we have the systems and insight needed for sustainable growth. Your contributions will enable us to expand our work to engage and empower communities across Britain.
In addition, you will help shape the guidance we provide to members of the community rail movement, strengthening their grassroots fundraising capabilities and approaches.
Main responsibilities
- Manage and grow corporate relationships for the benefit of Community Rail Network and its members, nurturing effective, lasting relationships that help community rail to deliver on its aims around community development, sustainable travel, and inclusion.
- Conduct prospect research to identify new corporate supporters and relevant grant opportunities, taking a proactive approach to cultivating new leads, building networks and flagging upcoming opportunities well in advance to ensure sufficient preparation time.
- Engage, listen and pitch to funders, understanding shared priorities, articulating the value of partnering with us, and securing continued or increased support.
- Work cross-team to create strong proposals, using member and partner insights to identify funding needs and opportunities, and develop compelling cases for support and budgets.
- Develop joint grant applications by collaborating with colleagues, members and external partners to create bids aligned with our strategic aims and which recognise our current strengths, resources and prioritie

Other information
This post is home-based, but with travel (including occasional overnight stays) for team meetings, events, member engagement, and external meetings. This is a permanent position and includes a probationary period of three months from the date of appointment. Offering 21 beds in a 24 hour supported accommodation to adults with complex mental health needs. We are here to promote independence and give our residents the tools needed to fulfil their lives in the community independently.
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation, providing person centred and trauma informed support in a psychologically informed environment (PIE), to empower residents to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Here, you’ll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. Working closely with the mental health trust community rehabilitation team, you’ll help residents overcome challenging behaviour's and support medication compliance, making a real difference every day. What you’ll do
You will lead Anna Freud’s fundraising strategy and team to deliver sustainable income growth from approximately £5 million annually across diverse income streams, ensuring strong stewardship, pipeline development, and strategic leadership to support the organisation’s mission. You will work closely with the Fundraising Committee and heads of department. You will oversee a team of nine, including three direct line reports.

You will demonstrate experience as a senior fundraising leader with a strong track record of securing income from multiple high value sources, driving multi-stream fundraising growth, and providing strategic, people focused leadership in a complex and mission driven organisation.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven success in high‑value fundraising, including cultivating and sustaining long‑term relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations and corporate partners.
- Significant experience developing and delivering multi‑million‑pound fundraising strategies that meet ambitious income targets and deadlines.
- Expertise in funding project and programmes of charitable work, as well as growing unrestricted income

Key details
Hours: full-time (35 hours per week).
Salary: £70,000 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.

There are two parts to the Primary Science Mentor role. About the Role
We are seeking an individual to raise awareness of the Fund’s welfare offer amongst social welfare agencies across the North East of Scotland but also, crucially, to help address the issue of social isolation and feelings of loneliness experienced by some members of the RAF Family.
You will have experience of engaging and supporting people in a community, charity, social care, or other people focused position, supporting those who are socially isolated to be better connected into their communities. You will have good organisational skills, empathy and the ability to listen and build relationships with people who may have complex and challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector.
This is a community-based position working from home but covering the Inverness, Moray and Aberdeenshire regions primarily, delivering both remote and face to face support. - Location: Central London
- Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office. One being Wednesdays. The other day can be flexible.
As a Training and Events Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and delivery of a busy portfolio of online, hybrid, and in-person training courses and events. You’ll manage multiple activities at once, ensuring excellent standards of organisation, communication, and customer service.
You’ll work closely with delegates, trainers, speakers, and internal teams often at a senior level so confidence, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training courses (predominantly online)
- Support the operational delivery of events and conferences
- Manage bookings, databases, inboxes, and event systems accurately
- Set up and support online events, including live troubleshooting
- Liaise with venues, facilities, and IT teams for in-person and hybrid events
About you
You’ll have experience in events coordination, training administration, or a similar role, alongside:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and online event platforms
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
