These roles lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Xenia’s workshops and related projects, working closely with other delivery staff and the wider team.
Both roles focus on leading delivery locally (in Sheffield you will be responsible for a new fortnightly session) while also being active members of Xenia’s non-hierarchical staff team. Responsibilities and working patterns may be adjusted depending on skills, experience, and discussion at interview.

Xenia is a grassroots women’s organisation working to create more inclusive, equal, and welcoming communities. Founded in 2016, we bring together migrant, refugee, asylum-seeking, and UK-born women through weekly Saturday workshops focused on conversation, connection, and shared learning. Participants are at the heart of Xenia. Women come together as active equals to practise spoken English, reduce social isolation, build friendships across cultures, and access civic and democratic opportunities. Our workshops are shaped by participants and grounded in care, hospitality, and mutual support. Conversation is central to Xenia’s practice. About the Role
The Director of Finance, Data and Systems leads the delivery of high‑quality financial stewardship and strategy, providing expert oversight of finance, data and systems across all Sadler’s Wells venues to support organisational performance and decision‑making.
Working as part of Sadler’s Wells’ senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Co-Chief Executives and the Board, ensuring robust organisational financial planning, risk management, and ensuring resources are effectively aligned to deliver impact for audiences and wider stakeholders.
Key duties will include:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Co-Chief Executives, trustees and other key stakeholders on all financial matters.
- Prepare and present financial updates to SLT, the Boards of trustees and relevant sub-committees.
- Lead the Finance and Data & Systems teams (3 direct reports and a wider team of 18)
- Advise the Board with clear, insightful financial reporting and recommendations.
- Lead the finance and accounting strategy to optimise the organisation’s financial performance

About You
You will be a CCAB qualified (or equivalent) accountant, with experience operating at Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer level or within an equivalent senior finance leadership role. You will have experience of reporting into Boards and sub-committees with the ability to translate and present complex financial data to non-finance audiences.

About the role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. Over the last two years support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing emergency and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. With an ambition to be a £50m organisation by 2028, the supporter operations and insights team will play a vital role in enabling over one million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028.
We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to head up our Supporter Operations and Insights team. A newly expanded team, this senior role will ensure our supporters receive an outstanding experience, while overseeing supporter operations, supplier management, data quality and insights. You’ll work closely with Fundraising and Finance colleagues to ensure income is processed accurately; deliver insights that drive decision‑making; and ensure operations are compliant and effective.

What’s the role?
The Digital and SEO Manager will report to Opportunity Green’s Communications Director. You will also support the Comms Director in managing the communications team and their team projects, including direct line management of a multimedia-focused team member.
This is a new role to OG and it comes at an exciting time, when we are about to launch our new website. You will play a pivotal part in helping our website content reach the right audiences, monitoring its performance and developing it even further.
Our Communications team supports all the workstreams and projects at Opportunity Green, spanning aviation, shipping, steel, agriculture, strategic litigation, climate justice, company coalitions, external partnerships and The SASHA Coalition, which is facilitated by OG and has a separate online presence. The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of £50,000 plus 10% employer-contributed pension. The role and its impact
As Centre Operations Manager, you will be the organisation’s senior operational lead on the ground. GoodGym is in a strong position - long term funders, a strong team and ambitious plans for the future. Now is the right time for our founder to hand on the baton to a new CEO.
Our new CEO will have:
- scaled a new initiative, created a big change in their community or created an organisation, project or movement from scratch.
- generated significant income
- the ability to communicate the importance of our work to lots of different people
In addition, the person we are looking for:
- Has the ability to spot opportunities and make things happen
- Has a deep belief that positive change is possible
- Combines ambition with thoughtful reflection, listening and diplomacy
- Has a passion for our mission of creating happier and more connected communities
- Is driven by a desire to bring people together, not by ego and loves helping others to succeed
- Is a proactive collaborator and build connection easily with all sorts of people

First round: 6th of March
Second round: 12th of March

- During the process you’ll meet a range of staff and Trustees and have the opportunity to learn more about the organisation.
