Job Purpose
The Senior Individual Giving Officer plays a central role delivering the campaigns and plans that will achieve the Individual Giving programme income targets. Programmes and projects
- Manage acquisition and retention campaigns including testing new audiences and channels.

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings.
- Support residents to achieve their desired goals/outcomes in various ways.
- Empower residents to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
- Supporting residents to build independence and progress in their healing through engaging activities, from movie nights and arts and crafts to brunch club and fully funded day trips.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary.
- Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate.

About the Role
We're hiring a Housing Support Worker to join our floating support service which is based in Brent. The service supports adults who have been or are at risk of homelessness, have experienced social exclusion, have previous criminal convictions, suffer with their mental health, have substance misuse, and/or could have a learning disability. You will support participants on their journey towards recovery, reablement, and independence, all within a compassionate, trauma informed environment.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering high quality, person centered support through tailored support plans which provide practical interventions, to empower our participants to overcome personal challenges, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals. You will also work closely in partnership with various organisations to support the different needs of our participants, which may include signposting. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support participants will all aspects of their housing needs to support them ensure sustainable housing.
- Co-create tailored support plans which are centered towards the participants needs.
- Signpost participants with local providers to support with their independence such as with Job Centres, employment support hubs, community support centres, mental health trusts and other as relevant.
- Recognise support needs in an individual and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent further deterioration.
- Complete safeguarding and other referrals where required.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project or Programme Manager to support a high-impact cancer programme, bringing structure, clarity and momentum at a critical point in delivery.

About the role
The Early Diagnosis Programme is a major national initiative, working closely with health and community partners. The programme focuses on increasing symptom awareness, encouraging timely GP presentation and improving screening uptake through tailored local interventions.
As Temporary Project Manager, you will play a central role in operationalising the programme, developing the tools, processes and governance required to support effective delivery until the end of June 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage programme plans, timelines and milestones
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams including communications, partnerships, data and local delivery
- Establish governance structures and schedule programme and steering group meetings
- Create and maintain core programme tools including risk and issue logs and budget tracking
- Support performance monitoring, evaluation frameworks and reporting
- Identify delivery risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Capture learning and support continuous programme improvement across locations
About you
You will be an experienced project or programme manager who is comfortable working in complexity. You will bring:
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects or programmes
- Experience working with health systems, NHS, public health or public sector partners
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills
- Experience setting up programme governance and reporting processes
- The ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving and ambiguous situations

You will coordinate the day-to-day running of three London Pantries, ensuring they are well-organised, fully stocked and operating effectively. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will support staff, manage logistics and help develop new Pantry sites.

Job Context and Special Features

To navigate this, you’ll need solid editorial expertise and a commitment to engaging with and empowering the cystic fibrosis community through the development of high quality, engaging, accessible information, in print and digital formats.
You will develop and maintain our extensive offer of health and other information, including factsheets, booklets, clinical guidelines, web content and videos aimed at people affected by cystic fibrosis and clinical teams. You will make sure that our resources meet the needs of our target audiences through sensitive and meaningful involvement with people with CF and healthcare professionals.
You will have experience of producing high quality, comprehensive information for people with health conditions from concept through to publication and a knack for making complex health information easy to understand. An understanding of and commitment to the criteria of the Patient Information Forum quality kitemark (the PIF TICK) is integral to the role.
