You will:

- Lead the organisation on strategic fundraising messaging, ensuring it's on brand, insight led and aligned across all fundraising communications and channels.
- Develop and maintain a central information resource that gives Fundraisers access to accurate, up-to-date information about the Society's activity and impact - including a Fundraising Information Bank, Shopping List and bespoke toolkits to support regional fundraising.
- Understand what our supports need to know, often around finances, and be able to provide them with accurate information.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation, particularly with key communication teams in each departments ensuring a two-way flow of information and feedback about resources produced for teams to use.
- Act as a pivot point to receive, align and direct information for fundraising teams and supporters.
- Develop and maintain a reactive information provision service, responding to queries and bespoke requests within agreed deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a proactive information service, making rapidly available the latest news, messaging, facts, stats and stories about the Society's impact.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other directorates to improve the flow of approved facts, statistics and case studies across the organisation.

This is a homeworking role with the flexibility to offer hybrid working, but you may be required to travel to attend meetings, events and team-days, so you must reside in the UK, have the correct right to work documents to work in the UK and be comfortable/willing to travel to our offices (London or Birmingham) if/when required.

The Climate Coalition is seeking a Digital Campaigns Manager to strengthen and expand the impact of the climate and nature movement. • Develop and implement a strategic digital campaigns approach that strengthens the coalition’s impact, ensuring messaging, actions and storytelling are delivered with and through members.

Barnardo's has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated Buyer on a maternity cover basis.

There are currently three Buyers in the New Goods team, each responsible for development and product selection within specific product categories. Over the last few years, the financial contribution that New Goods delivers to Barnardo's Trading Companies has grown significantly, and consequently the size and structure of the team has developed to support the commercial ambition. As Legacy Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of around 300 legacy pledgers in order to deepen relationships and offer excellent stewardship. You will act as the first point of contact for legacy enquiries, both internal and external, responding with authority, sensitivity and diplomacy, so that legacy enquirers and intenders choose to leave a gift in their Will. You will plan and deliver a programme of marketing and advertising to promote legacy giving and grow our pipeline of legacy supporters. This will include contributing to campaign strategy development; producing marketing materials including newsletters; and consulting with the Head of Individual Giving re legacy mailings. You will also undertake general legacy communications including developing a tangible legacy vision, make phone calls, arrange one to one meetings and write personal notes/letters.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience with exposure to legacy marketing and liaison with legacy enquirers, considerers and pledgers.
• A proven history of generating significant growth in key legacy metrics such as numbers of legacy enquirers and pledgers.
• Demonstrated success in developing substantive donor relationships and in supporting senior management and programme staff, to execute donor and engagement strategies.

The Quality and Performance Manager will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, emphasising high performance, quality, and compliance to exceed targets across the external licensed bodies. · Oversee all renewal and extensions for client contracts, which will include financial and system performance based KPI’s, including the need to be accountable for the accuracy of financial tracking, cost control, overhead management, and invoicing. 

· Managing audit requirements in relation to the contracts, including preparing documentation, coordination, addressing findings and maintaining records.

· Working with various internal and external partners to identify and define solutions for complex issues, working with the appropriate stakeholders to design and implement positive outcomes.

Using their knowledge of land and buildings and their use and maintenance, in addition to knowledge of governance in the Methodist church context, the postholder will ensure a coherent and holistic approach to property across the District.

· Provide advice to churches and circuits on property-related matters

· Work with colleagues, including ministers and lay members of the circuits and churches within the District, to maximise utilisation of property and land across the District for mission and income generation, in line with Connexional property strategy

- Support with selling properties

- Collaborate with colleagues on seeking alternative opportunities for mission or income generation

- Provide guidance on potential grant opportunities

· Provide support with the instruction of professional advisors and contractors and liaise with surveyors as necessary

· Provide advice and support to ensure projects are delivered effectively and in compliance with relevant standards and legislation

· Support the management of the consents process

- Advise the consent giving body of the District regarding property projects and the feasibility of District grants

- Provide support on the use of the online consents system

- Oversee the submission of annual returns

· Provide oversight of quinquennial inspections

- Ensure inspections are undertaken in a timely manner

- Ensure action points are followed up

- Collate copies of returns

· To assist in the development and continual review of the District Development Plan for property

The Advocacy & Information Officer in Wales will ensure that service users receive high quality support and will assist them to access funding, equipment and care and support that they are entitled to. The Advocacy & Information Officer will join a team that makes a real difference to the lives of the people living with muscle-wasting conditions, and their families, in Wales and across the UK.

The role will be primarily home based, but there will also be a requirement to attend outpatient clinics in Wales, attend home visits where appropriate and to support those living across the UK through the helpline and information inbox. Some travel will be required to attend meetings and events across the UK. You will work with both statutory and voluntary organisations, clinicians and health, and social care professionals to ensure that people living with muscle-wasting conditions get the care and support they need to live well and independently.
