Age UK's Service Delivery Management team acts as the bridge between stakeholders and Digital & Technology (D&T), ensuring service delivery meets operational needs across the organisation. This new and evolving team focuses on maintaining consistent service delivery standards through analysis and assurance of complex performance data.
 

As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will support the Service Delivery Manager by gathering, analysing, and preparing service management data for D&T service wrappers. These are essential for maintaining consistent service delivery standards across internal teams and external suppliers.
 

You'll liaise with various teams within D&T and Information Protection & Compliance (IPC), as well as external suppliers, to help ensure operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery.
 

This is a hybrid role, a blend of homebased and office working. The expectation is that you will attend our London office (One America Square EC3N 2LB) circa once a month for team meetings. Travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

About This Job

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable adults during critical moments in their care journey? As a Hospital Care Navigator, you’ll be a vital part of ensuring patients leave the hospital safely and confidently, with the right support in place.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be the single point of contact for adult patients preparing for discharge from the hospital. You’ll work closely with the Adult Social Care team, health professionals, hospital practitioners, and community services to:

• Identify needs and barriers to safe discharge
• Achieve safe and timely patient discharge
• Coordinate outpatient appointments and follow-up services
• Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to patients and their families
• Ensure patients understand their discharge plan every step of the way.

You’ll meet with patients, their families, friends, or carers to assess ongoing needs, ensuring a safe plan is in place for their return home. This could include ensuring that medication is arranged from the hospital pharmacy, someone is at home to greet them, food and heating are available, and the condition of the home is safe to return to. You may be required to liaise with Adult Social Care and other home providers to coordinate home support. You’ll follow up on calls or visits to ensure the patient is managing well at home. By providing the proper support, patients can be discharged sooner, and the risk of readmission is significantly reduced. 

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has experience working with vulnerable adults in social care, healthcare, or the community/voluntary sector
• Communicates with empathy and confidence across different teams at different levels, and with patients

You'll work closely with colleagues across The King's Fund to find interesting stories to tell and use insight and data to craft the right assets for our audience and make improvements to our channels.

In this newly created role, the Senior People and Culture Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Money Ready’s people strategy through high-quality operational HR leadership. Working closely with Senior Management peers, the role ensures the smooth running of core people processes and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

With a coaching mindset, the post-holder acts as a trusted strategic business partner to senior managers, supporting them to align people practices with organisational goals and drive performance through effective people management.

This role balances day to day HR delivery with leading and contributing to broader people projects and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing and organisational development. This role oversees recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding, supports compliance, employee relations, HR systems management, intranet data and engagement initiatives. The postholder also supports development and delivery of HR led training in person, online and via the Articulate platform. The postholder may manage staff in the future and will lead cross-functional projects that strengthen organisational culture and performance.

You will be joining the newly formed Opportunities Team which has been designed to be holistically focussed on the growth of giver engagement, Partner engagement and thought leadership. Stewardship is often a surprise to new and potential clients and partners as they learn the breadth and depth of the services we can offer them, their families, their churches and the ministries they love. The Opportunities Team seeks to serve whoever we meet and triage their needs to the right expert in the Stewardship family. 

In this role you will work as part of our Opportunities Team to invite people into the community of generous Christian givers in the UK and serve UK Churches with support services and giving needs. You will attend events, speak on behalf of Stewardship and deliver content with excellence. You will have the opportunity to support the growth of Stewardship over the coming years as we identify new clients to join the ecosystem that enables Kingdom ministry to happen all over the UK and around the world.
