We’re recruiting our first Senior Legacy and In Memory Executive, to join our high performing Fundraising team at Refuge. You’ll work collaboratively with the Legacy and In Memory Manager to develop and grow the legacy and in memory programme, helping shape our strategy to recruit, engage and steward legacy pledgers and in memory donors. Managing and delivering a range of campaigns across multiple communication channels including email, social and print, you’ll help develop and deliver engaging communications to maximise lifetime value. Using an agile, test and learn approach, you’ll work closely with other teams, including our Digital, CRM and Supporter Care teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, having delivered successful campaigns to recruit and retain legacy and in memory supporters. As well as delivering campaigns at scale you will also be comfortable with speaking to supporters on a one-to-one basis. You’ll be highly organised and be able to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be confident in reviewing and analysing campaign performance and making recommendations for future performance. Finally, you’ll be passionate, committed and care about the work Refuge undertakes.

We are looking for someone to join our Young People Learning team to support the coordination of our programmes for young people across England and Wales.

We are looking for someone with a passion for empowering young people and understanding of school’s curricula in England and Wales to coordinate.  Your role ensures that operational delivery plans are implemented in your defined area, meeting all targets and KPIs.  There is a significant external remit, and you will be expected to pro-actively manage relationships with schools and Local Authorities, to support schools as they participate in our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinating delivery of our programmes for young people, achieving allocated targets in England and Wales and complying with programme systems and procedures.

East End Homes, is a locally based and community-led housing association in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This year East End Homes is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The newly created Financial Controller position offers a rare opportunity for a technically strong, ambitious, and commercially aware finance professional to play a key role in reshaping East End’s finance function and influencing decision-making at a senior level. The Financial Controller will be a member of the Senior Management Team and this role is seen as a natural stepping stone toward Finance Director level within the sector.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Finance Director and Executive Team to support strategic planning and organisational transformation.
• Oversee the development and delivery of Eastend Homes’ long-term financial plans, annual budgets, and business modelling (including BRIXX).

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. Responsibilities of the role comprise:
 
Campaign planning

• Lead the delivery of an ambitious and creative media and campaign strategy to bring about an improved recognition of the value and impact of youth work.
• Lead on other campaign strategy and planning, utilising a range of campaign tactics integrating media, digital media and other campaign tactics, working closely with other members of the Comms team and across Directorates.
• Oversee campaign activity for the annual Youth Work Week, to ensure the campaign engages key opinion formers and provides an opportunity for those within the sector to celebrate the impactful work they do.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness, including setting and tracking metrics across digital and traditional media.
• Ensure campaign plans are fully scoped and uploaded to the online project management system.
• Leading on strategic approaches to celebrity supporters / ambassadors and ongoing relationship management.

 
Press Office function

• Lead proactive media monitoring, enabling timely responses to significant developments and tracking positions on issues relating to NYA’s work.
• Develop key messages and positioning statements on issues in the youth sector and NYA’s activities, role and stance and promote consistency of messaging across NYA’s channels.
• Managing and responding to reactive media enquiries, providing statement and reactive ‘lines to take’, with the support of the Head of Communications
• Producing engaging content for various channels and audiences including press releases, blogs, opinion pieces and media briefings to elevate NYA’s profile and demonstrate our expertise and thought leadership.
• Managing the media monitoring and media database, nurturing relationships with target journalists, as well as online news outlets and thought leaders on key strategic issues.

About You
 
Essential competencies of the Campaigns and Media Manager:

• A self-starter brimming with creative ideas and proven experience of designing and executing high-impact campaigns that bring about a measurable change in knowledge, behaviour and / or policy.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, including political audiences, and confident in growing new relationships and leading meetings.
• An ability to grasp complex information and distil key messages for different audiences and crucially, which tactics and channels to use to engage them
• Have proven experience and a strong understanding of the UK media landscape, with demonstrable experience of having nurtured relationships with national and sector journalists to garner high-quality coverage.

About the Role 

As Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving income growth across key streams, including regional corporate partnerships and individual fundraisers. You will have the opportunity to build and nurture successful relationships with supporters, offering the highest levels of stewardship while managing multiple priorities. 

Additionally, you will contribute to income reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that pipelines of prospects and partners are accurately maintained and strategically developed. 

In this Role You Will: 

• Drive growth in our key income streams of regional corporate partnerships and supporter led fundraising individuals. 

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while providing the highest level of stewardship to all supporters. 

• Contribute to departmental income reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. 

• Ensure the pipeline of prospects and partners is kept up to date across all income streams. 

• Develop and implement safeguarding procedures relevant to the role, ensuring children, community members, staff, and volunteers are protected from harm. 

About You 

To be successful, it is important that you have: 

• Experience in a corporate and community fundraising environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of supporter stewardship. 

• Strong experience of building successful internal and external relationships. 

• Solid organisational skills to ensure fundraising activities are planned, implemented, and completed to the highest standards. 

• Creativity to generate innovative ways to support partners and fundraisers, fostering long-term supporter relationships. 

• Experience of financial budgeting and reporting. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with our client to appoint their new Trusts, Foundations Manager. The Trusts, and Foundations Manager will be responsible for preparing applications to trusts, foundations, statutory funders and cultural institutes in line with agreed priorities and strategy. Reporting to the Head of Trusts, Foundations & Government, you will deliver in collaboration the trust fundraising strategy and identify and research opportunities to build active pipelines of new trust prospects for Serpentine projects.

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the development/digital marketing team for a twelve month fixed term contract.

Position: CE369 Full-stack Developer (two posts)

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work related meetings)

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Digital Developer, the Full-stack Developer will help to make a mark on the transformation and future proofing of all Association websites and microsites whilst helping the development/digital marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Combining solid LAMP stack experience with strong skills in HTML, JavaScript and pre-processed CSS and a proven working knowledge of Drupal 9/10 to build accessible and high performing responsive website solutions
• Working in an agile environment, both independently and with other team members, from tickets created in the Jira project management system by a range of internal clients across the charity
• A willingness to switch between the back and front end development aspects of the role depending on the requirement of each given task
• Offering solutions to problems and improvements to the quality of the Drupal development environment
• Creating and executing accessible, responsive web solutions while adhering to existing brand design requirements
• Ensuring that best practices are followed for both back and front end performance
• Writing high standard, clean code to best current practices using version control (Git)

About You

You will have/be:

• Solid LAMP stack experience
• Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript and pre-processed CSS, preferably SASS
• Experience of in working in a mobile first development environment
• A working knowledge of Drupal 8-10 and its core and main contributed modules

This will help take the organisation from an annual income of £10m to £15m over the next 3-5 years to accelerate and expand Hope and Homes for Children’s impact for children and families.
