We are seeking an experienced Events Manager (Maternity Cover) to take ownership of our national and international events portfolio, including our flagship annual conference, BSG LIVE.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of conferences, meetings and digital events -from early planning and stakeholder engagement through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement. Job Summary

The Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day delivery of both Healthwatch Waltham Forest and Healthwatch Newham. Working closely with Local Voice’s Chief Executive and each borough’s Advisory/Committee structures, the postholder will:

• Ensure high-quality insight gathering, engagement, and reporting to influence change.
• Oversee operational systems, budgets, and governance compliance.
• Lead and support staff and volunteers across both boroughs.
• Deliver annual work programmes based on evidence based co-production and that respond to local needs.

Although the primary focus of this role is the operational management of Healthwatch Waltham Forest and Healthwatch Newham, Local Voice also delivers some cross-borough projects involving all three Healthwatch services, including Healthwatch Hammersmith & Fulham. Where these programmes are managed through a single project structure, the postholder may be required to provide operational oversight across all participating boroughs. This will not include any representational or external engagement role for Healthwatch Hammersmith & Fulham, which will remain the responsibility of the designated staff team.

The Programmes Team in the Delivery Directorate oversees various programmes - delivered with and through members - across sport, employability, mental health, and culture, underpinned by youth involvement. You'll design, deliver and evaluate programmes that provide young people opportunities to improve their skills and qualities, boost their confidence and resilience and develop leadership skills through practical action. 

What you will be doing

The Delivery Officer (Good for Girls) will deliver the programme's day-to-day operations and the broader mental health offer to London Youth members. You will deliver Good for Girls, a youth club-based mental health and well-being programme. You will support 10 youth organisations to engage young people in the programme, which enables young women and girls to participate in regular well-being activities and training for young Londoners.

Lead the delivery of the Good for Girls programme 

• Coordinate Good for Girls to meet key delivery targets, secure the target recruitment of member organisations, youth workers and young people, and oversee the onboarding process. 
• Coordinate Peer Mentors to undertake training and to then support delivery of the programme. 
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure organisations participating in our programmes receive a quality experience, such as completing due diligence. 
• Working closely with your manager, monitor day-to-day expenditure. 

Partner with our member youth organisations mental health delivery partners

• Foster relationships with 10 youth organisations, providing ongoing support throughout all phases of the programmes to ensure successful, flexible, and high-quality delivery is developed collaboratively. 
• Coordinate opportunities and key programme events for young people, such as peer mentor training and pitch events. 
• Coordinate opportunities and key programme events for youth practitioners, such as Induction Sessions, Focus Groups, and Networks, ensuring delivery is of excellent quality. 
• Strengthen, maintain and develop key relationships with organisations delivering on the programme together with youth organisations and ensure schedules are aligned for delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Upshot records and Salesforce interactions with member clubs and youth workers on the programme. 
• Adhere and feed into both external reports and meetings with funders, and internal quarterly reporting timescales, and support with any funding bids or pitches as required. 
• Work with Communications to ensure impact reports are shared externally to showcase successes. 

Sustainability and development of London Youth's Programme Offer 

• Work closely with London Youth's fundraising team to support future funding bids and to coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities where possible. 
• Ensure these opportunities work well for youth organisations on the programme and offer value for members and young people, as well as the volunteers themselves. 

Support of directorate, organisation & sector 

• Be an active member of the Delivery team and the broader organisation, including supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. 
• Feed into wider Delivery directorate and organisation to build a strong and dynamic offer supporting young people and members across London. 
• Represent London Youth internally and externally at relevant networks and events to share and learn with others from the youth sector.

I'm partnering with a well-established community charity in North West London to recruit a Specialist Debt Adviser for an impactful, resident-focused project. This is a brilliant opportunity for an accredited adviser who wants to deliver high-quality, FCA-regulated debt advice as part of a supportive, community-centred team.

Working on-site three days a week, you'll provide comprehensive casework support to local residents - helping people stabilise their financial situation, maximise income, negotiate with creditors and access the wider wellbeing, training and support services available through the charity and its partners.

You'll be employed on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent (subject to funding), and will benefit from dedicated professional supervision from a specialist debt-advice organisation.

The role

As the Specialist Debt Adviser, you will:

• Deliver full, regulated debt advice in line with FCA standards and the Debt Advice Quality Framework

• Manage a varied and ongoing caseload, conducting weekly face-to-face appointments

• Prepare detailed financial statements, negotiate repayment plans and advocate for clients

• Support income maximisation (benefit checks, grants, vouchers, DHPs, etc.)

• Maintain high-quality case records and ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR and internal standards

The Major Donor and Trusts Manager will play a pivotal role in driving RNID’s High Value fundraising strategy. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of major donors and trusts, strengthen stewardship processes, and develop innovative engagement strategies. ABOUT THE ROLE

As Programme Coordinator, you’ll support the work of our Communications and Networks Team while helping keep our office and digital platforms running seamlessly.

Website and digital

• Maintain and update the Democracy Classroom website with resources and programme content.

Operations

• Oversee day-to-day office administration, including supplies, IT support liaison and record-keeping.

In this varied role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the UK Apparel and General Merchandise programme, provide developmental input and support the implementation of the key recent developments in the programme, as well as ensuring the programme maintains its integrity. You will manage relationships with all key stakeholders in the programme including brands, suppliers, audit bodies, third sector organisations and public bodies.  

You'll also manage the quality assurance of the portfolio of Stronger Together assessment methodologies – including the Fair Work Audit operated in the UK manufacturing, service provision and construction sectors. And you’ll deliver, enhance and promote brand and supplier engagement including training workshops and webinars.

The Beyond Food Foundation is looking for an inspirational Food Engagement Lead.

Position

The MSF UK Digital Team is made up of 10 specialist staff who act as an internal agency and provide expertise, project management, training and support to all other departments. We are part of a global network of Digital specialists within MSF which shares knowledge, expertise and best practice, coordinated by the International Digital Engagement Unit based in the International Office in Geneva. 

The International Legal Department (ILD) of MSF is currently the only intersectional department of MSF. Primarily dedicated to support MSF operations, the ILD rationalises legal support and provides high-level legal advice to all MSF entities; its field of expertise is varied, including international humanitarian law (IHL), medico-legal issues, medical research, labour law, commercial and administrative law, trademarks and international governance. The ILD is divided in six units specialised in different areas of law. The ILD Unit 1 aims to provide legal support on IHL and Protection of humanitarian space.

Job Purpose:

As the Digital Publications Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the digital publication of the updated Practical Guide to Humanitarian Law, written by Françoise Bouchet-Saulnier and available on the website in four languages. This includes managing editorial workflows, coordinating with author and translators, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of content. The position ensures the Guide is produced to a high standard and effectively disseminated to its target audience. 

The role is responsible for ensuring the effective dissemination and understanding of the organisation’s handbook by leading communications around updates and coordinating the development and facilitation of training sessions. This includes managing the publication of content on the organisation’s website in relevant languages and promoting updates through a range of channels such as webinars, discussions, social media and newsletters.

About the role

The Senior Research and Evaluation Adviser will work to position King’s College London as a sector leader on conducting institutional evaluation and research to understand how we can support students from underrepresented groups to access university and succeed at university. Our team generates causal evidence either through Randomised Controlled Trials or Quasi-experimental designs, as well as correlational and qualitative evidence. 

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to work in research and evaluation in an applied context, and who wish to use their skills and expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in generating and applying evidence to practice.

• Work with academics and practitioners to test and trial new approaches to widening participation and student success

• Ability to select appropriate research designs and use qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveying, interviewing and running focus groups
• Ability to establish causal inference using experimental methods (e.g quasi-experimental methods, randomised controlled trials)
• Confident in conducting data analysis and statistical testing using relevant software (such as Power BI, R, Stata or SPSS) and presenting findings in various formats
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and deliver work to deadline
• Confident and clear written and verbal communication, including report-writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work with others to deliver project aims and overcome challenges
• Ability to coach or train others on how to undertake specific tasks and give clear direction on desired outcomes
• Ability to decide own pattern of work and manage workload and resources over a long period

• Postgraduate degree or qualification in research methods, statistics, analytics or a related field and/or relevant experience.
