We’re looking for a proactive, passionate and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Officer to support the growth and delivery of our consultancy work, within the Mental Health Accessible programme. Job Summary:

• Act as the first point of contact for charities and community groups, managing a varied caseload and balancing priorities. 

• Carry out needs assessments to understand organisations strengths, challenges, and funding needs, and develop clear action plans.

Job purpose

To support Debt Advisers in their roles and ensure that the advice provided to overindebted Clients is accurate, effective and tailored to individuals’ circumstances. To support, and regularly audit delivery partner organisations, ensuring that they are prepared for external reviews of their service in line with their Grant Agreement.

Scope of role

The Debt Technical Supervisor is responsible for supporting Debt Advisers to ensure the delivery of accurate, effective, and tailored advice to over-indebted clients. This role involves conducting debt-advice interview observations, reviewing case files, and identifying training needs for advisers. The Debt Technical Supervisor provides real-time support and constructive feedback, helping advisers navigate complex cases and ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and information. Additionally, the role includes auditing delivery partner organisations to prepare them for external reviews and supporting them in meeting compliance and quality standards. The supervisor will collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to promote best practices, address risks, and contribute to the continuous professional development of advisers.

As Director of Fundraising, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team delivering on the strategic objectives of the charity with responsibility for raising £4m this financial year in voluntary income for the Childhood Trust across trusts & foundations, corporates, major donors and community.  Delivering growth year on year to support the ambitious plans of the organisation.  Directly managing three ‘Heads Of’ fundraising roles, you will create a new fundraising strategy, steer the fundraising team’s activities, secure funding, and cultivate relationships that fuel our mission.

The Director of Policy, Strategy and Governance is a new leadership role at the forefront of shaping and communicating our strategic direction.

The Finance Business Partner - Capital will be responsible for all assets accounting, loan and interest accounting, VAT and regulatory returns. They will have the business partnering responsibly for all property services activities. They will manage 1 direct report.

What you'll do:
* Lead the production of the PPE, FA investments, grant, loan and interest Look Ahead Care & Support (LACS) and Group consolidated notes.

* Oversee the Financial Statements, monthly reporting and lead the annual year end audit process for the subsidiaries including liaison with the external auditors.

* Prepare regulatory returns to the Regulator of Social Housing, including the annual FVA, annual grant returns, quarterly disposal returns.
