The opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional communications leader to join us in a job share Head of Communications role, working alongside an experienced colleague to shape and deliver a high-impact, organisation-wide communications strategy.

The Data Management and Insight Officer will support the day-to-day management of White Ribbon’s data systems, including CRM (Zoho Bigin) and email marketing processes, website data capture, reporting and audience journeys. The role will help ensure that data is accurate, joined up, compliant and useful, enabling teams across the organisation to better understand audiences, improve engagement, evidence impact and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

Data management and quality

• Manage and maintain organisational data, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, up to date and fit for purpose.
• Carry out regular data cleaning, including removing duplicates and improving the quality and completeness of records.
• Help to develop and embed clear processes for data entry, data storage, data management and reporting.
• Support colleagues to use agreed systems, templates and processes consistently.
• Identify gaps, issues or risks in current data processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Ensure that personal and sensitive data is handled securely and in line with GDPR, confidentiality requirements and internal policies.

CRM, systems and data flows

• Carry out he day-to-day management and development of White Ribbon’s CRM system, currently Zoho Bigin and any future CRM platforms.
• Map and monitor key data flows between systems, including Zoho Bigin, Mailchimp, Squarespace and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure that data pathways between systems are working effectively, including between Zoho Bigin and Mailchimp.
• Work with colleagues to improve how data is captured, stored, transferred and reported across platforms.
• Support the management of mailing lists, audience records, campaign data and supporter information.
• Work with system providers or external support where required to resolve issues and improve processes.

 Email marketing, audience journeys and segmentation

• Support the management of audience journeys, working with relevant teams to ensure the right emails are going out to the right audiences at the right time.
• Help to ensure that data is collected consistently through audience journeys, forms, campaigns and website activity.
• Support colleagues to understand and improve audience segmentation, including Ambassadors, Champions, Accredited Organisations, supporters, partners and other key audiences.
• Use data to help identify trends, engagement patterns, gaps and opportunities across different audience groups.
• Support the use of Mailchimp or other mailing systems, including audience management, reporting and data quality.

Website and Promise page administration

• Administer and support the data processes linked to the White Ribbon Promise page on the website.
• Ensure that Promise data is captured, stored, monitored and reported accurately.
• Work with the Communications Manager and relevant colleagues to improve the Promise user journey and related data collection.
• Support reporting on Promise activity, website forms and other key digital engagement points.

Reporting, insight and analytics

• Produce regular reports and dashboards for trustees, managers and staff.
• Run reports that support organisational planning, communications, fundraising, campaigns, accreditation, training and engagement activity.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, gaps and opportunities.
• Present findings clearly and accessibly for colleagues with different levels of confidence using data.
• Analyse CRM and enquiry data to identify trends, conversion rates, pipeline performance and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Support the use of Google Analytics to understand website performance, audience behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
• Help colleagues use data to make informed decisions and improve activity across the organisation.

Surveys, monitoring and evaluation

• Support the development of practical monitoring and evaluation systems across the organisation.
• Help to collect, collate, analyse and interpret survey data, including surveys for Ambassadors, Champions and other key audiences.
• Draw out clear findings and recommendations from survey data and feedback.
• Support the collection of evidence, statistics, case studies and learning for reports, funders, trustees and organisational planning.
• Help White Ribbon better understand the impact and reach of its work through clear, consistent and meaningful data.

Organisational support

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to understand their data needs and support better use of systems.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on data processes, reporting and audience management.
• Contribute to a culture where data is used confidently, ethically and effectively.
• Keep up to date with relevant developments in CRM, data management, charity insight, digital analytics and data protection.
• Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Communications Manager that are consistent with the level and purpose of the role.

Partnerships and Engagement Manager

As part of our ambition to reach more families and secure the long-term sustainability of services, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Partnerships and Engagement Manager to help expand our client’s profile, build meaningful partnerships, and create new opportunities for support across the South West.

This is a newly created and strategically important role focused on developing new relationships with businesses, community organisations, professional networks, and other stakeholders who share a commitment to improving outcomes for children with disabilities and additional needs.

Position: Partnerships and Engagement Manager

Location: Home-based with regular travel across the South West and attendance at the National Therapy Assessment Centre, Bridgwater.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The National Flood Forum (NFF) is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for the role of Flood Engagement Officer for London and the Home Counties. • Location: Home-based (London and Home Counties team), with regular travel across London and the South, including evening meetings and occasional overnight stays.

The Role

This is a key role in acting as a delivery partner on our projects, working on streams of community support across the London and Home Counties (including Thames Valley area), and within the staff team.

We are looking for a skilled fundraising professional with experience securing income from a range of fundraising streams, including trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, community fundraising and/or individual giving.

You will have excellent written communication skills and experience producing persuasive funding applications, reports and donor communications. You will also have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and experience supporting or supervising others within a fundraising environment.

You will be confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and able to use data and insight to inform fundraising activity and demonstrate impact. Experience using CRM systems and fundraising platforms is essential, alongside a good understanding of fundraising regulations and best practice.

Based in our Technology team, the Technology Delivery Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of technology projects and workstreams, responsible for leading and delivering a broad range of technology initiatives from complex projects to smaller enhancements.

Reporting to our Head of Technology Demand and Delivery, key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology change aligned with the Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Utilise a blend of agile and traditional methodologies to improve the quality, speed and customer satisfaction of technology change whilst ensuring appropriate governance structure and controls are in place
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business sponsors, project team members, technical teams and vendors

The Role
Position: Dog Trainer
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Location: Homebased covering West Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex and Kent
Travel: This role will involve regular travel within the geographical area which you will cover (Kent, London and parts of Surrey and East Sussex). Travel is usually by car however there may be some use of public transport (e.g., to London). Occasional regional travel and overnight stays. 

You'll play a vital role in training assistance dogs to a high standard whilst supporting volunteers, partners and the wider team to ensure the health, wellbeing and successful placement of the dogs throughout their working career. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Train Canine Partners dogs at all stages of their training, using positive and reward-based training.
• Tailor training programmes to suit individual partner needs during the matching process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all dogs in training.
• Deliver partnership placement courses, supporting both the partner and dog through the transition. 
• Participate in volunteer recruitment activities, including events, social media campaigns and community outreach. 

About You

• Strong practical and theoretical experience in dog training and behaviour. 
• Ability to handle and train dogs at all ages, using positive and reward-based training methods.
• ABTC-ATI or similar qualification could be beneficial but not essential. If you do not have a qualification, the willingness to complete it.
• Good communication and coaching / teaching skills.
• Good self-motivation and initiative. 
• ICT skills, Microsoft Office, Salesforce (desirable but can offer training), email, internet etc.
• Full UK clean driving license and use of a vehicle for work that is suitable to safely transport a dog if required.

SCM is looking for a recent graduate to spend a year working with us to help us to continue to build on the work of our successful Faith in Action project. 

Run in partnership with Project Bonhoeffer, a small charitable trust, the project began in 2012 with a vision that Christian students in Britain would have a greater awareness and understanding of Bonhoeffer’s radical approach to faith and discipleship, and its implications for Christian living in the modern world. 

The project has helped to run over a dozen campaigns from Food Poverty to Peace, and had an immeasurable impact on thousands of students through blogs, resources, and relationships. All of this is bringing to light many ‘Bonhoeffers’ of today negotiating the implications on Christian living in the world.

In 2021, we began developing the Faith in Action project as a graduate scheme, employing two graduates a year to work on the project; one to lead on theology bringing a depth of learning and theological refection, and the other to be a campaigns lead, taking us always back out into the world to make a difference. Now moving forward as a combined theology and community organising role, the Faith in Action Project Worker will equip our members, and students beyond SCM, to become theologians and campaigners, putting their faith into action to change the world.

We are looking for a passionate graduate to join the project for the 2026-27 academic year.

In this role, you will be a theologian to make other theologians, and will provide the framework for students to be able to reflect theologically on their life and modern Christian living. You will be responsible for growing the breadth of SCM’s Faith in Action resources, and discovering new ways of connecting with the current membership via the trends of social media or engaging in face-to-face reflections. An activist to make other activists, you will coordinate social action for SCM, engaging the membership in social justice projects that maximise our impact in society and the world.

You will work to build relationships between SCM communities and members to equip students with the skills they need to become faith-filled agents of social and political change and lead them in theological reflection to discern their involvement in local and national campaigns. You will also work to develop relationships with other Christian social justice and campaigning organisations to create opportunities for students to put their faith into action. In all of this, you will be supported by our small but perfectly-formed team, who will share your values and fully understand your aims in this project.

The role will require some travel within Britain, as well as semi-regular visits to the office in Birmingham, which may also include an overnight stay. All reasonable expenses for travel and accommodation will be reimbursed. Some evening and weekend work may be required for which time off in lieu will be given.

Cavernoma Alliance UK is a well-established UK charity supporting people affected by cavernoma, a rare condition involving clusters of abnormal blood vessels in the brain or spinal cord.

Founded in 2005 by people with lived experience of cavernoma, we provide peer support, trusted information, awareness raising and research advocacy for the cavernoma community. We also work closely with leading neurologists, neurosurgeons and researchers across the UK to help improve clinical care, information and research for people affected.

We are now looking for a new Chief Executive to lead and be an ambassador for the work of CAUK. This is a meaningful and varied role in a small charity where your contribution will be visible. It would suit someone looking for a senior charity role with real purpose, flexibility and a close connection to the community they support.

You will be joining an organisation with a supportive Board of Trustees, a staff team that cares deeply about the community we serve, highly committed volunteers, and strong clinical and research partnerships.

We are in the second year of our five-year strategy, ‘Together For a Cure - 2025 to 2030’, and are making good progress across our priorities. The current Chief Executive is leaving after three and a half years in post to take up a new opportunity, and the charity is in a positive and stable position.

A major focus for the role over the coming years will be supporting delivery of a five-year UK-wide clinical trial starting in August 2026. This study could potentially identify the first medication treatment for cavernoma.

Alongside this, the role will focus on maintaining sustainable income, supporting high quality peer-led services through our Head of Volunteering and Member Services and volunteer team, and continuing to grow CAUK’s reach and awareness, particularly online.
