You will work directly with young carers aged 5 and up to achieve positive outcomes, identifying and preventing inappropriate caring responsibilities through whole-family assessments and reviews and ensuring that young carers and their families have access to a range of emotional and practical support appropriate to their needs. You’ll also work closely with the Young Carers Team Leader to support the delivery of our young carers activities programme.

We are looking for someone who has a real passion about our mission and with proven ability in communicating sensitively with children, young people and their families.  You will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in the use of IT.  You will need to be available for occasional evening and weekend work.

You will have experience working with vulnerable children and young people and will have a strong grasp of the realities of being a young carer in an inner city London borough.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will be responsible for providing targeted one-to-one digital support and delivering workshops to both disabled and non-disabled residents of Enfield, helping them to improve their digital skills. This will be achieved through the delivery of tailored training and learning programmes designed to promote digital inclusion. The Digital Inclusion Worker will also involve residents in the co-design of the project, network with community groups and partner organisations, support the recruitment of volunteers, troubleshoot technical challenges faced by residents, and assist ECP’s Project Manager in producing key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress reports.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will have extensive Digital Inclusion knowledge to:

• Manage the Enfield Digital Champions (Volunteers) project ensuring adherence to compliance, health and safety matters, and quality assurance.
• Support the recruitment of Digital Champion volunteers to sustain and enhance a network of 10 digital champions per year delivering support and skills training in Enfield.
• Provide training and development opportunities to volunteers to sustain interest and enhance skills.
• Manage the programme of digital skills workshops and work with ECP Project Manager to on-board new locations for groups/sessions.
• Host Bi-monthly network sessions for all champions and provide appropriate related 1:1 support, as required.
• Create bespoke workshop material based on resident top learning priorities.
• Provide digital skills training to Enfield residents to allow them to confidently access the internet to improve social, economic and health opportunities.
• Support the recruitment of volunteers (with help from other partners orgs) from the Enfield community to build intergenerational learning and broaden the project's scope.

• Organise and attend promotional events (space, stalls, activities, materials…etc)

• Prepare article/material for ‘Get Online’ Week and other digital inclusion events.
• Prepare case studies that will demonstrate impact and support drafting of promotional materials.

Reporting on the impact of the Digital Advice Network Enfield (DANE).

• Work with the ECP Community Officer and Project Manager to develop mechanisms for identifying and tracking benefits realisation.
• Gather data on DANE Digital Champions and help to complete reports/analysis of impacts alongside ECP’s Project Manager and Data Administrator.

Overview of the Regional Coordinator role and the team

You have a  passion for nature conservation and want to see more scaled up and urgent global action for plants and fungi. About the role
Over the next five years, our fundraising team are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy to increase our income from c. £1m to £1.7m. This is alongside our commitment to spend a significant amount of our organisational endowment to invest in our campaigning, new services, digital capabilities and core infrastructure.

We have recently reshaped the team to create a new Partnerships and Philanthropy (P&P) programme. This unites our corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts & foundations. With P&P contributing around 80% of our total fundraised income, this is a vital and expanding area.

This new role will support the new P&P Lead in providing outstanding stewardship to Partnerships & Philanthropy supporters, ensuring every commitment is delivered with care and purpose. About the role
Over the next five years, we’re embarking on an ambitious strategy to grow our fundraising income from around £1 million to £1.7 million. Alongside this, we’re investing significantly from our endowment to expand our campaigning, services, digital capabilities, and core infrastructure.

To help drive fundraising, we’re creating a new senior role: Supporter and Community Engagement Lead. This role will lead our supporter-led fundraising—covering regular giving, digital fundraising campaigns, community fundraising, and legacies—with a focus on expanding our donor base, improving supporter experience, and developing new, insight-led fundraising products.

We know there’s increasing demand from supporters and partners for more creative and meaningful ways to engage with our work. This strategic role brings the expertise and capacity needed to meet that demand—boosting engagement from current supporters and enabling us to reach new audiences.

This is a forward-facing role, ideal for someone who brings fresh thinking, strong external networks, and a deep understanding of sector trends. We’re looking for someone who loves working collaboratively across internal teams and can manage external partners/suppliers to develop bold, insight-led fundraising campaigns that grow income and deepen impact.

This role will work closely with Communications, Campaigns, and Research to ensure our fundraising and mobilisation plans support each other. You will work collaboratively to develop content that supports fundraising, and ensure that fundraising supports our digital engagement goals. This role will partner closely with the Services, Voice & Involvement team to actively involve young women in fundraising, making sure their voices, experiences, and stories are at the heart of how we inspire support and shape our fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities  

Digital Acquisition and Fundraising 

• Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

• Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPI’s, budget and spend, and work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on advertisement spend / return on investment.

• Ensure regular monitoring of performance across all activities and make necessary adjustments to maximise net income opportunities.

• Analyse and share the results of campaign activity. 

• Support forecasting and budget planning on Digital marketing activities within the IG budget.

• Develop and execute digital campaigns, including where the ultimate conversion is via traditional channels such as telephone or mail, taking an integrated approach, to acquire and convert new supporters. 

• Create and optimise content and digital journeys to maximise conversions and build loyalty. This will include elements of creative fundraising writing, concepting and messaging development, and some visual design development.

• Generate and utilise insight within digital campaigns to improve results.

• Support the organisation in developing the website to be optimised for fundraising, make recommendations to improve performance, optimise content and landing pages, recommend and make the most of on-site technologies and plugins that can help drive our performance. 

• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring our online fundraising efforts remain innovative and effective. 

Stewardship and Supporter Experience 

• Maintain a good level of understanding of our supporters' behaviours and motivations to create and implement stewardship content and journeys, feedback and respond to queries and enquiries relevant to IG activity.

• Work with the team to ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner and all interactions and activities are in line with our supporter promise. 

• Ensure supporter journeys are segmented and personalised wherever possible.

• Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, exploring opportunities for meaningful dialogue, feedback mechanisms, and a sense of community. 

• Develop and deliver personalised relationship-building communications and initiatives that recognise supporter loyalty and deepen their connection to the impact of their support. 

• Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact including via cross selling with different audiences.

• Develop engaging supporter communications and assets for all channels, for example email headers, landing pages, social ads – which drive action and deepen engagement with the cause.

Collaboration and Development  

• Work with Agile principles in mind, together with the IG Team and collaborating colleagues across the organisation, to plan and deliver high quality work.

• Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes, improving both supporter & patient perceptions of PCR.

• As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders and supporters. 

• Build strong relationships with partners, freelancers and consultants, agencies, and suppliers as needed to support the delivery of individual giving activity.

• Maintain curiosity and a desire for learning and professional development, be responsible for developing your skillset and knowledge to improve in the role and further PCR’s mission.

Database and Compliance 

• Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, and the Fundraising Code of Practice.

• Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including but not limited to Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (G4A) and MailChimp.

• Adhere to all PCR policies and abide by the code of conduct and other related guidance in the PCR Staff Handbook. 

Skills and Competencies 

Our ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

• Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation. 

• The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for digital channels. 

• The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels. 

• Knowledge and experience of trends and dynamics in digital fundraising (ideally), including audience identification and optimisation strategies including with new technologies like AI tools. 

• Experience and a track record of working on landing page optimisation and on-site conversion funnel improvements.

• A good understanding of individual giving best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience moderating digital campaigns or working with others to do so (knowledge of issues and best practice) and providing excellent supporter/customer support as needed.

• A strong desire to provide excellent supporter experience and customer journeys to everyone who encounters our campaigns and communications or who gets in touch with us directly.

• A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn and work with stakeholders cross-functionally including internal stakeholders and external consultants or agencies, to develop new activities and campaigns, and achieve strategic goals. 

• A good communicator and team player, with a willingness to pitch in and support the goals of the team and wider organisation as a whole.

• Experience working within Agile project management would be beneficial. 

• Experience collecting content from patients, beneficiaries, or key subject matter experts in the form of written interviews, photos and/or video, and developing this into marketing assets would be desirable. 

• A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising. 

• Good knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and plugins or strong desire to learn.

Duration: 2-month temporary role, supporting during a busy period

You'll be supporting day-to-day financial operations during a particularly busy period, working alongside a friendly, high-performing part-time team member and reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the finance inbox, managing incoming queries and correspondence professionally
• Prepare supplier folders for payment runs, ensuring invoice, purchase order, approval, and delivery note are matched and complete
• Prepare and process payment runs, including entering supplier payments into Sage 50 and sending remittance advice
• Support purchase order raising in collaboration with the Assistant Finance Manager (note: responsibility is shared depending on workload)
• Conduct general finance admin and data entry
• Provide support to the Finance Officer and Overseas Operations Manager as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with Sage 50, with confidence to use it independently - there will be a short test at interview
• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance assistant role, ideally within the charity sector
• High attention to detail and confidence managing documentation for supplier payments
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• A flexible, team-minded approach - this is a collaborative environment with occasional peaks in workload

The role of Community Hospice at Home Senior Staff Nurse/Paramedic is to provide high quality specialist palliative nursing care, skills, advice and support to patients, carers and those important to the patient. This role will support the delivery of planned and unplanned care across Rennie Grove Peace Hospice.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development of the organisations planned and unplanned community Hospice at Home model of care.
• To work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide a high standard of individualised patient/family care and support.
• To be responsible for those patients allocated on a daily basis.
• To ensure that excellent standards of support and clinical practice and care are achieved.
• Deliver specialist palliative nursing care to patients requiring planned and unplanned care. This will include a multi-disciplinary approach for our higher acuity patients with daily virtual and in-person reviews in their homes.
• To work with wider Hospice team as well as system partners to support delivery of care and enable patients to remain in their preferred place of care.
• Improve patient outcomes and experience by providing physical and emotional support to patients, coordinating their care services.
• Participate in activities such as audits and case reviews in order to improve the Hospice at Home service.
• Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community.
• Work across Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care geographical area (as required) to support safe and effective service delivery.
