Purpose and scope of role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Pavilion Manager with the skills and experience to help drive forward our mission of ensuring that the Pavilion serves as a vital resource for local communities and groups and to actively encourage participation from members and volunteers who share our passion for making a difference. The Trustee Board provides governance and strategic leadership for the charity. The Pavilion Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the building and plan and deliver an engaging programme of community events and activities, as well as seeking to develop new activities. The role includes operational management, future planning and ensuring a sustainable income and membership base.

About This Job

This is an exciting role in the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) to be the focal point for providing effective support to the Director of Finance and the Finance Manager through the completion of month end, year end and audit, and associated processes. This post requires a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to join our charity’s finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with charity regulations, and supporting the organisation’s mission through sound financial management.

Essential Skills

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people through supporting the Army Cadet Force and its activities in the community. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. The Role

The Finance & Operations Coordinator is a central position in a small, purpose-driven team. The role provides direct support to the Managing Director and works closely with the Finance Committee to ensure that the charity’s financial and operational systems are well managed, compliant and effective.

This is a broad and hands-on role that involves managing day-to-day UK operations, supporting financial oversight, ensuring smooth coordination with our in-country partners, and keeping our administrative framework in excellent order.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero, reconciling transactions and processing payments for invoices, payroll and expenses.

• Allocate receipts and donations to the correct funds and ensure supporting documentation is filed systematically.

• Prepare and submit Gift Aid claims to HMRC.

• Collate quarterly financial and narrative reports from Moroccan partner NGOs and follow up on missing information.

• Support the Managing Director and Finance Committee with budget preparation, analysis and audit documentation.

• Ensure that annual accounts and financial reports are submitted in line with Charity Commission requirements.

Operations and Administration

• Oversee and improve shared filing systems (Teams/SharePoint), ensuring that all administrative and financial records are accurate, up to date and easy to access.

• Manage the main email inbox, responding to or redirecting correspondence promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and annual project visits in Morocco.

• Support the Managing Director with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative follow-up.

• Monitor compliance tasks, ensuring that all Charity Commission and internal governance requirements are up to date and properly documented.

Donor and Partner Relations

• Act as a first point of contact for donors, supporter schools, hotels and individuals.

• Process and acknowledge donations, issue receipts and maintain accurate donor records.

• Proactively follow up with existing and potential supporters, helping to build and maintain relationships.

• Liaise with Moroccan partners to ensure that project and financial reporting are on track and shared on time.

Governance and Oversight

• Support the Finance Committee and Managing Director with preparation for trustee and committee meetings, including gathering reports and ensuring actions are followed up.

• Assist with external audits and reviews, coordinating with UK auditors and Moroccan partners as needed.

• Maintain oversight of risk management, safeguarding and health and safety documentation, ensuring relevant information is filed and accessible.

We are now recruiting a Team Lead for our Connect to Work IPS service across Kingston and Sutton. This is an opportunity to help shape high-quality IPS delivery and support a team to achieve strong, meaningful outcomes for clients.

What you’ll be doing

If you were working with us, you would be leading a team of six Employment Specialists, providing day-to-day direction, supervision, and practical guidance to ensure excellent IPS practice. You would offer regular one-to-one supervision, in-field mentoring, training, and caseload management support. Your leadership would help the team deliver consistent quality and outcomes across the service.

You would work closely with clinical team leads, contract commissioners, and health partners, maintaining strong and positive relationships to support collaborative, client-led work. You would also contribute to improving performance by identifying challenges, supporting solutions, and modelling excellent IPS practice.

Data analysis and monthly reporting would form part of your responsibilities, ensuring that performance information is accurate, meaningful, and useful. You would work alongside the Operations Manager to monitor progress, address areas for improvement, and maintain high IPS fidelity. While the Operations Manager leads on quarterly reporting, your support and insight would be essential.

Although this is a busy and varied role, you would not be working alone. You would be supported by the Operations Manager and the wider Head Office team, with access to training, guidance, and practical help to enable you and your team to succeed.

What you’ll need

You do not need previous team management experience. Instead, we are looking for:

• Experience as an Employment Specialist or Senior Employment Specialist.

• A proven track record of achieving strong performance in outcomes and quality.

• Confidence demonstrating IPS principles and modelling good practice.

• Experience improving performance or supporting change, whether individually or across a team.

• Advantageous (but not essential): involvement in an IPS fidelity review.

The Adanna Women’s Support Group provides training and skills to help women into employment and to help women excel in the jobs they are doing. Our training is in Business skills, administration, IT, childcare and employability.

We are looking for an employment coach who can support women who are economically inactive to improve their skills and find employment

The Role

This role will support a small caseload of women with a range of needs who are looking to move into work, enabling them to find the right opportunities and sustain the roles through improved skills training. The coach will also need to be skilled in working with employers to source jobs and support them to make their roles accessible. Growing and maintaining a strong employer base will be a central part of this role.

Minimum Criteria

· An understanding of the employment needs, and challenges faced by BAME women who are economically inactive or experience multiple barriers to employment.

· Experience of working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, developing personalised plans and goal setting

· Experience of managing a range of tasks at any one time, and holding positive relationships with different stakeholders

-Experience of designing and delivering entry level training e.g. digital skills, confidence building, English as a second language conversation sessions

Working hours

· The role is a part time fixed contract position with the possibility of extending pending receipt of funding. Working 21 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Hours are flexible but ideally 9.30 to 4.30pm.

About the Role

As a Housing and Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality housing and support services to our residents. You will often be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, responding to a wide range of enquiries and offering clear, holistic, and informed guidance.

This role is wonderfully varied, combining customer service, reception duties, safety responsibilities, and building support. Whether welcoming new residents, assisting Health & Wellbeing members, or responding compassionately to concerns, you will be a key representative of YMCA St Paul’s Group throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Be the warm, reassuring presence that sets the tone for a positive resident experience. Your professionalism and empathy will leave a lasting impression on our residents and their support network.

Versatility at Its Best

No two shifts will be the same. Alongside reception responsibilities—such as managing telephone services, handling mail, overseeing repairs, and processing payments—you will support the smooth operation of the building and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Safety and Security

As the designated first aider and fire marshal, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding residents during emergencies. Your routine wellbeing checks, patrols, and facilities inspections will help uphold a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Welcoming and Listening

As the first point of contact, you may welcome new residents, respond to complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and provide a compassionate, attentive ear. Your ability to identify, escalate, and report concerns appropriately will be essential.
