Hours: This is a full-time or part-time role with some flexibility around hours worked.  

About the role 

As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.

Contract 

This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. You will be expected to attend the office for monthly team meetings and there may be a small amount of other ad-hoc travel within the UK.  

Responsibilities 

• Managing digital fundraising projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with objectives and budget.
• Oversee digital fundraising projects, to ensure they meet objectives, remain within budget, and achieve set targets
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to integrate digital content and messaging into offline campaigns
• Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Develop engaging onboarding experiences for new supporters to encourage long-term engagement
• Support the Digital Manager in expanding international fundraising through a range of digital channels
• Monitor the performance of digital fundraising activities, updating plans and implementing improvements where necessary
• Contribute to A/B and multivariate testing to enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Ensure campaign activities are streamlined and optimised for international audiences
• Assist the Digital Managers and Head of Digital Fundraising with additional projects as required

Skills 

 Essential:  

• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.  
• Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - such as content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4. 
• Excellent writing skills, with experience in writing strong fundraising copywriting.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting, and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.

Desirable:  

• Experience in international fundraising.  
• Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.  
• Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.  
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.  
• Research skills to identify new digital and fundraising opportunities.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support Medair UK’s engagement with trusts and foundations in the United Kingdom. About You 

You will be a positive and solution focused fundraiser, ready to take initiative and embrace challenging targets. Ideally you will have experience in growing income from trust and foundations from both longstanding and new potential partners, or be able to demonstrate highly relevant transferable experience. You will be capable of compiling strong fundraising proposals; produce high quality reports; partner with financial colleagues in preparing complex budgets and financial reports. Key Activity Areas  

Lead Generation  

• Be responsible for account management of caseload of mid-range Trusts & Foundations.

• Work collaboratively with the Engagement Manager, Engagement Support Officer and volunteers in the identification, approach and management of UK Trusts and Foundations.  

• Regularly research and review opportunities for building potential relationships with prospective Trusts and Foundations and progressing relationships and applications with them through compelling communications. 

• Work with existing networks and contacts to identify and approach potential trusts and foundations and develop relationships with key decision makers there 

• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase income from existing Trust and Foundation relationships 

Communications and Management  

• Work towards an agreed target each year of engaged trusts and related income, both restricted project and unrestricted funds.

• Write compelling cases for support and proposals in order to secure grants 

• Effectively work with internal contacts throughout the global Medair organisation in the preparation of approved proposals, reports and supporting financial and impact information 

• Manage Medair’s engagement plan, initiating and delivering creative touchpoints throughout the year for all of Medair’s trust and foundation partners, as well as building relationships with trustees and representatives through video, online meetings, events and face-2-face opportunities 

Planning, monitoring and pipeline management  

• Maintain a good record of the application pipeline and CRM (salesforce), monitoring application output, income targets, fund allocations and reporting deadlines.

• Ensuring all grants from trusts and foundations are correctly allocated to Medair programmes, with the appropriate grant card on Medair’s project management platform and maintaining good contact with country programmes and finance partners throughout the lifecycle of Medair UK co-funded projects.

Internal Liaison  

• Liaise with Medair’s Heads of Country Programmes, Country Directors and Communications Officers in order to gather information and data for the purposes of applying and reporting to funders 

• Work collaboratively with finance colleagues in the preparation and approval of budgets and reports.

• Foster dynamic and mutually beneficial relationships with other fundraisers within Medair international and the affiliate offices, readily sharing proposals, reports and information.

Context and purpose of role

We are looking for a Digital and Website Officer to join our Campaigns and Communications Team. The role holder will take a leading role in digital marketing, optimising our website using a data-led approach, and maintaining our digital asset management system.

Working with colleagues across the Supporter Engagement & Experience division and the wider business, they will also contribute to the development and delivery of marketing activities that deliver against brand and income targets.

They will work to upskill people across the organisation – including volunteers - to achieve greater impact with digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Website – act as the GB web admin, working in partnership with the Digital Technical team to manage user journeys and ensure content is high quality and search engine optimised in line with the website strategy.

• Digital marketing – Create and implement digital marketing activity in line with the agreed digital strategy and against agreed return on investment targets. Create and implement digital marketing plans to support advocacy and marketing initiatives for our programmes using relevant digital channels for the target audience

• Content development – source / develop content and assets such as case studies, videos, blogs and images to drive engagement across digital channels including the Ramblers app. Ensure all content is of high quality, permissioned and easy for colleagues to find within the digital asset management system.

• Insight– undertake regular reporting and apply data insights to shape content, campaign and creative outputs, applying a test and learn approach.
   
• Campaigning - Support policy and public affairs, to influence and deliver messaging to local or national agencies to maintain and improve access to the outdoors for all.

• Fundraising - Support fundraising with business development and income generation through developing and responding to opportunities that meet the aims of the Ramblers and achieve income targets. 

• Volunteering - Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer experience, promoting alignment with our values and ensuring volunteers have the necessary resources, training, and ongoing support to effectively contribute to our work

Digital – experience of managing a range of digital channels including developing and managing a complex website set up, working with a CMS, SEO copy development and Google Analytics set up and management. Knowledge of improving user experience and engagement on owned channels

Branding –understanding of the importance of branding to ensure that everything we do across our comms and our activities helps build the brand

Housing Operations Officer (Tenancy & Allocations)

London - Victoria and / or Paddington but requires travel across the borough of Westminster

The role is office based in Victoria and / or Paddington but requires travel across the borough of Westminster. 

Our client has an opportunity for a Housing Operations Officer to join their team and effectively manage their portfolio of properties. This is a varied role where you will get involved with rent accounts, tenancy signups, managing rent increases and general enquiries. This role also involves ensuring we are managing our portfolio based on contractual agreements as well as timely invoicing.

As a small team, you will be called upon to support with voids and repairs during times of team holidays and absence. 

With good general social housing experience, administration and communication skills you will be highly organised and have a meticulous approach to work, ensuring all records are accurately filed and kept up to date. You’ll have experience of working in an office environment and have good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You’ll be customer-focused with the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be adaptable to any changes in the work priorities.

The Senior Manager will lead the delivery of the National Theatre Collection (NTC) strategy to grow awareness and engagement with filmed theatre with Secondary and Primary schools as well as across the wider educational landscape.

The role will manage the NTC Coordinator to deliver the Collection’s annual release with key partners as well as drive educational projects across both the UK and US to bring theatre to young people.

Acting as an ambassador for the NTC both within the NT and across the sector, the Senior Manager will engage with educators, platform providers, and partners to widen access, promote diversity and inclusion, and extend the reach of theatre.

The Senior Manager will also contribute to parallel digital learning initiatives, collaborating with internal departments to develop innovative strategies that enhance audience engagement and educational impact

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Substantial experience of working at a managerial level
• Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs.
• Experience of managing a team or direct line reports with a dynamic and positive approach
• Experience of using data insights and analytics to inform project strategy
• Strong financial skills, with an analytical mind set and commercial awareness
• Experience managing strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and with external partners

Specialist Behavioural Support Worker

We're looking for kind, compassionate and resilient Specialist Behavioural Support Workers to join our Learning Disabilities service in Tower Hamlets.

£29,110.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

This role's shift pattern consist of early and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

What you'll do:

Behaviour Analysis:

- You are liable to observing and monitoring the customer's behaviours, the duration, the intensity, and the damage, as well as factors that may alleviate or trigger the behaviour.
- You are responsible in planning appropriate intervention to modify and resolve the behaviour.
- You require superb interpersonal and relationship skills and must have the capacity to handle psychologically behavioural changes.
- You understand and collaborate with the different support organizations accessible in the community.
- You exhibit a concrete basis in behavioural analysis.
- You will have ability and skill to present and feedback to other professionals in a formal setting.
- Reports possible cases of abuse, neglect, or endangerment appropriately.
- Actively participates in the reviewing and the designing behavioural interventions plans.
- Implements behaviour support plans.
- Measures goals and objectives of behaviour support plans to ensure they are being met.
- Communicates with parents and care managers regarding customer's progress in the absence of management.
- Analyses the behavioural interventions to determine their success.
- Assists customers in identifying inappropriate behaviours and develop better behaviour alternatives.
- Assists newly recruited staff in facilitating behavioural interventions.
- Maintains up to date accurate records of customer's, service being provided and behavioural data.

Other Responsibilities:

- If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. In some services, this will include delivering personal and physical care as appropriate.
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation.
- Participate in the support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker.
- Carry out security duties to ensure the safety of the customers and premises.
- Monitor the CCTV throughout the shift.
- Enable customers to make full use of community facilities by providing support as directed.
- Carry out support duties to enable customers to integrate into the community including e.g., accompanying the customer to attend benefit agency appointments and meetings, go shopping, to enquire at colleges about possible courses, to visit various public amenities.
- Report any observations relating to customers welfare.
- Adhere to all the policies and procedures of Look Ahead Care, Support & Housing plus those specific to the project including any statutory requirements.
- Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies and local protocols are always adhered to.
- Maintain records as required at the project under the direction of the support workers / management.
- Participate in team meetings/reviews and the general development of the service.
- Maintain records in accordance with Look Ahead's Information Management policies, procedures and guidance under the direction of the Support Worker's manager(s). Keep a clear desk at all times and assist with archiving and secure disposal of records when required.
- Undertake any other duties consistent with the grade and nature of the post as may be reasonably assigned.
