About the Role

As a Veterans Community Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide community-based occupational therapy input to veterans, supporting their physical health, independence and day-to-day functioning.
• Work with veterans and, where appropriate, their families and support networks to assess needs and identify practical, person-centred solutions.
• Support veterans to navigate healthcare and support pathways, promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Community Nurses and other professionals.
• Contribute to education, outreach and engagement activity to support the Armed Forces Community.

About the Team

You will be joining the clinical team at Help for Heroes, providing community-based support to the Armed Forces Community across Northern Ireland. The team works collaboratively as a multidisciplinary group of Occupational Therapists and Community Nurses, finding resourceful ways to deliver care that is right, fair and tailored to each individual.

8Cats Digital is on a mission to create the most effective, creative, and accountable digital marketing campaigns in the sector and we’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join us.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital campaigns that have real-world impact - from bringing in leads for legacy campaigns to raising seven figures for individual giving. You’ll take a client brief and lead it through every stage: creative ideation, execution, optimisation, and analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Take briefs from major charity clients and translate them into outstanding multichannel digital strategies
• Oversee campaigns from start to finish: from creative briefing to real-time optimisation to final reporting.
• Work across a diverse range of causes and channels, leading on paid media and collaborating with specialists on delivery.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for our in-house team (designers, media buyers, copywriters).
• Monitor live campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 - spotting trends, fixing problems, and seizing opportunities.
• Deliver post-campaign insights that go beyond the numbers - and explains the 'why'.
• Support the senior team on key accounts, and lead others independently.
• Contribute to our long-term mission to raise £100m for our clients' causes by 2035. A target we're well on our way to achieving. 

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house) working with charities or non-profits.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
• Ability to manage campaigns from brief through to post-campaign insights.
• Strong data skills, able to review performance and draw actionable conclusions
• Experience creating post-campaign reports and communicating impact
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and causes simultaneously 
• Charity sector experience or knowledge of fundraising campaign types (desirable)
• Familiarity with other paid digital channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Reddit or offline channels like DOOH or TV (desirable)

You’ll have proven experience in a customer care role, handling a large volume of calls, and used to multi-tasking in a busy, fast paced office environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Legacy Case Administration Officer to join the team.

Position: CE385 Legacy Case Administration Officer

Location: Home-based, UK nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings. All work-related travel expenses will be paid)

Salary: £35,000 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,275 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional, customer-focused individual to join our busy Legacy Case Administration team at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Legacy Case Manager to implement best practice and optimise this vital income stream for the Stroke Association. Your focus on maintaining high standards will be essential in delivering the highest quality of service, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. Your contribution will play a key part in protecting and maximising this essential source of income, helping to sustain our work across the UK and tackle the devastation of stroke.

· The administration of all open legacy cases including contentious matters

· Recording of all data related to legacy case administration on the First Class database and any other relevant Supporter CRM

· Provide an excellent experience; communicating sensitively and with empathy when in contact with the variety of different recipients, including professionals, lay executors, and family members

· To assist the Legacy Case Manager with the preparation and management of all records for the annual external audit.

About You

· Good knowledge and experience in charity legacy administration, with a strong working knowledge of probate, and either hold - or be keen to work towards - a recognised professional legacy qualification (such as CiCLA)

· Exceptional attention to detail when managing casework, including reviewing legal documentation and estate accounts

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with supporters, legal professionals, and the public

· Proven experience of working collaboratively within a high-performing team

· Strong networking and relationship management skills.
