A leading international organisation is seeking a confident, client-focused Account Manager to steward a portfolio of high-value public sector clients.

As the dedicated Account Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of government and intergovernmental clients. You’ll act as the primary liaison post-sale, owning renewals, client engagement, procurement navigation, and usage optimisation. As Account Manager, you will: 

• Manage a portfolio of public sector accounts, including government bodies and multilateral institutions

Dr Frost Learning is an education charity that believes there should be no barriers to a student’s desire to learn. Our product, Dr Frost Maths, allows students to learn maths online whether independently or via their school. We also provide learning materials and resources to support teachers, so children can maximise their potential in mathematics in and out of the classroom.

About the role

We are looking to appoint a CEO to lead our Charity. You will be working with a committed Board, alongside our founder and Chief Mathematician, Dr Jamie Frost, and with a staff team all dedicated to delivering a top class, online, maths education.

We have a lot of maths expertise, and our developers are excellent. What we need is someone who can lead the team, create a great working environment, and grow the business. So we need a proven leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset, perhaps with experience growing a start-up business, but definitely passionate about the transformational power of a good maths education.

Jamie Frost joins Board Meetings as an advisor. He has handed over all his intellectual property to the Charity. He much prefers creating teaching materials and going out into schools than managing staff and getting involved in the day to day running of things. He will report to the CEO.

Role Purpose

Key responsibilities

Flynne’s Barn is a charity supporting young people living with cancer. We offer residential stays in the Lake District, bringing young people with a shared experience of cancer together to build community. As our director of digital and information security, you will lead our digital risk and resilience team and programme in order to help build resistance and resilience among the people and movements challenging unaccountable power.

Your focus in this senior role at this crucial time will be on leadership, strategy, growth, and culture, with specific responsibility for our digital risk and resilience programme, internal information security, and tech transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead our digital risk and resilience programme

1. Manage the design and delivery of our digital and information security support, including:
   • Coordinate the digital security mentoring, accompaniment, and capacity sharing we deliver to at-risk activists and low-resource civil society organisations referred through our rapid response mechanism.
   • Oversee the professional information security consultancy and advisory services we provide to high-profile nonprofit and foundation clients.
   • Develop our holistic security approach and ensure the smooth delivery of holistic security projects as part of our cross-programme leadership group.
2. Lead a team of digital and information security professionals and technologists, including:

In this new but key role you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Negotiating Officer to manage and support our stewards, safety and equality representative networks across Yorkshire and Humber region, advising them in providing individual and collective industrial relations support to members, working both in and outside of the NHS. About this role:

The main duties and responsibilities for the Heads of Development role are as follows:

INDIVIDUAL GIVING

· Maintain and build relationships with our donors, and identify new individuals who would like to see the Rodolfus Choral Foundation thrive

· Use our extensive alumni list to source and maintain donors

· Use contacts from the artistic director and trustees to generate new donors

·  Ensure that our top and potential donors are well looked after and researched, passing on key information to the Artistic Director and, where appropriate, arranging meetings between him and our donors

· Organise and co-host special donor events in unique venues

· Plan and help organise membership events for donors

· Help establish a legacy giving scheme for Rodolfus

· Have overall responsibility for reaching individual giving targets

· Ensure that data is accurately kept in our database in line with GDPR, and is harnessed to support our fundraising efforts

STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING

· Develop a five-year Fundraising Strategy

· Set ambitious but achievable targets for each year, within the overall Rodolfus budget

· Contribute new ideas and find new opportunities for fundraising

· Produce quarterly fundraising updates for the Trustees

· Produce a fundraising report for the annual accounts, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development in the Fundraising Strategy

TRUSTS AND GRANT-MAKING BODIES

· Liaise with the General Manager to ensure a coordinated fundraising plan and targets, in keeping with the artistic vision for Rodolfus

· Proof and submit applications and be the point of contact for Trusts and Foundations (this work is currently supported by the General Manager and a fundraising consultant)

GENERAL

· Attend Team and Board meetings as required

· Be a passionate advocate at all times for Rodolfus

· Adhere to all legal requirements relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as all other company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experienced finance professional, highly numerate and analytical, able to understand the business and strategic outlook of the organisation, able to interpret financial information and communicate this clearly and precisely.

• Strong communication and finance business partnering skills – able to accurately and precisely communicate important financial information to non-finance budget holders, and senior management staff, challenge numbers and support in sound decision making.

Asylum Matters plays a significant role in working towards positive change for refugees and people seeking asylum. We are a small team based around the UK, working locally and nationally with an extensive network of partners to advocate for progressive change in the asylum system. We work with frontline organisations and people with lived experience across the UK on a range of issues that affect people in the asylum system. We co-lead the award-winning Lift the Ban coalition campaign, that brings together almost 300 organisations calling for the right to work for people seeking asylum. The Yorkshire & Humber Campaigns Manager also lead our Lift the Ban campaign Nationally, working with our powerful coalition to raise our collective voices and call for working rights for people in the asylum system.

We are a facilitator of collaboration and joint action. Our work helps strengthen collective advocacy on asylum reform and ensures it is informed by the reality on the ground.
