We’re seeking an Events Manager to join our join our dynamic and high-achieving Events team!  

Following the success of our Charity of the Year partnership at the 2025 London Marathon, it’s an exciting time to manage our virtual and challenge do it yourself events. 

Key areas of the role are:

• To manage the team to meet income targets through the delivery of areas of our events portfolio

• To develop and implement plans, marketing materials, multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys for event participants

• To oversee budgets for your area, tracking and reporting on performance

About You 

You’ll be passionate about Events fundraising and excited about joining a team who achieve excellent results. You’ll also have:

• Have fundraising events experience and have previously worked in a charity fundraising team.
• Previous line management experience 
• Experience of managing virtual events, including marketing, recruitment and stewardship
• Proven ability in managing and reporting on budgets

RISE is now seeking a full-time Fundraising Manager to help deliver its fundraising strategy. RISE has a mixed funding model and receives funding from the private sector, philanthropic and corporate foundations, bilateral agencies, and potentially, multilateral institutions. This role will play a pivotal role in executing the fundraising strategy, focusing on proposal development, donor engagement, and day-to-day delivery of fundraising activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of a highly matrixed team, effective collaboration across other team functions and particularly with in-country teams and program managers will be critical to success. The Fundraising Manager will report to the Associate Director, Partnerships.

The role includes the following specific responsibilities. These may evolve as priorities are established:

Proposal and Concept Development

• Translate RISE’s strategy into compelling and fundable project proposals and concept notes.
• Lead the day-to-day coordination of proposal development, including drafting project narratives, developing logical frameworks or theories of change, and ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
• Lead or coordinate the preparation of proposal budgets in collaboration with finance colleagues.
• Develop and maintain high-quality fundraising and communication materials.
• Work with the wider RISE team to maintain an active and healthy grant pipeline.

Donor Engagement

• Support the expansion of RISE’s donor base by identifying and pursuing new prospects, particularly among philanthropic foundations, corporate foundations, and bilateral donors.
• Maintain regular communication with current and potential donors, ensuring they are informed and engaged in RISE’s work.
• Support donor outreach and pitch preparation, working closely with RISE leadership and subject matter experts.
• Keep the team informed with up-to-date donor intelligence and funding opportunities.

Fundraising Planning and Coordination

• Implement and operationalize the fundraising and partnership strategy, ensuring effective follow-through on agreed priorities and activities through clear annual workplans developed in collaboration with the Associate Director, Partnerships.
• Contribute insights and lessons learned from day-to-day implementation to inform periodic strategy reviews and planning discussions.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring systems, tools, and processes for fundraising are efficient and up to date.

EXPERIENCE

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, including successful track record in developing and winning grants.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans and high-quality deliverables.
• Strong writing skills, with experience developing concepts, proposals, and budgets for complex, multi-year projects.
• Good understanding of gender equality, women’s economic empowerment and the private sector’s role in achieving the SDGs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international donor trends and existing networks across foundations, corporate donors, and governments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a Supporter Stewardship Supervisor to deliver outstanding customer experience, recognising supporter loyalty and inspiring them to continue being part of our journey.

What does this role do?

As a Supporter Stewardship Supervisor, you will:

Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of the charity’s mass participation fundraising programme by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring an exceptional experience for our supporters. Summary

The National Safeguarding Team provides professional safeguarding advice to the Church of England on matters of national policy as part of its wider transformation plan, which includes the development and implementation of national policy, training, quality assurance and audit, and work with survivors. The national safeguarding team also leads complex casework and supports dioceses in their safeguarding of children and adults.

An investigation by the Independent Inquiry Child Sexual Abuse conducted in 2019 has highlighted some areas for improvement in the Church of England Safeguarding Structure and Practices. This investigation reviewed the extent to which the Church of England and the Church in Wales protected children from sexual abuse in the past. It also examined the effectiveness of current safeguarding arrangements. A public hearing on these specific areas was held in 2019. The report, published in 2020, also drew on the previous two case studies on the Anglican Church, which related to the Diocese of Chichester and Peter Ball. In addition to recommendations made in the case studies, IICSA made eight recommendations in this report, covering areas such as clergy discipline, information-sharing and support for victims and survivors.

The Redress Scheme project is part of the Church of England's Safeguarding Programme, which aims to embed structure, quality assurance and continuous improvement in line with its Safeguarding principles. Following the Church of England's recently approval of a comprehensive redress scheme for survivors of Church-related abuse, the project is now moving into the implementation phase, and we are looking for a new member of the team to help us prepare for the opening the Scheme.

The role will work with multiple NCI departments involving, for example, HR & Payroll, Finance & Resources, Legal, among many others as well as Safeguarding Bishops and Safeguarding teams of the Church of England in support to the mission of the Church of England and this Programme's in particular, as well as external stakeholders, including the media.

To assist this project, there is a requirement for a Comms & Engagement Manager role to be performed by a specialist with relevant experience and expertise. The role will be primarily focused on communications and media, with an emphasis on working under public scrutiny.

The purpose of this role is to lead on influencing and enabling effective communications relationships at national level to effectively roll out the delivery of the Redress Scheme, playing a key role in this high-profile project, and to act as a representative of the organisation with a detailed knowledge of the project's history and objectives.

We’re looking for an Improvement Business Partner to join our Delivery and Performance directorate, tasked with guiding and coaching various areas of our organisation to co-design, improve, streamline and optimise their processes. While this role is hybrid with a base at our London office, the nature of this role is flexible, and the post holder will be expected to collaborate with teams across the country.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with brilliant stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively business partner, coach and influence colleagues. While a process improvement qualification would be beneficial, we’re looking for applicants who have a positive, proactive attitude to business change, who are excited by the prospect of working autonomously and decisively, even when the brief is ambiguous or unclear.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating across the Charity and the hospital to identify opportunities where patient and supporter stories can amplify fundraising and awareness.
• Interviewing patients, families, and supporters to create powerful stories for fundraising materials, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Building and stewarding relationships with case studies, ensuring diversity, representation, and sensitive management across all communications.
• Reviewing and shaping case study briefs to ensure clear objectives and agreed criteria are met.
• Maintaining and auditing the case study database to keep an up‑to‑date, ethically managed bank of stories and images.
• Working with colleagues in the PR, fundraising, marketing and digital teams to showcase stories across channels, support events, and maximise the Charity’s impact.

What you’ll do

You will join an innovative early intervention service delivered in partnership with the London Borough of Ealing. Working within the Ealing SAFE Evolve team, you will provide time-limited, evidence-based interventions to children and young people with moderate mental health needs, using approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed and mentalization models. You will deliver individual and group work with young people and parents/carers, joint work with professionals, and have supervisory responsibilities for Wellbeing Practitioners. You will also contribute to consultations and training for multi-agency professionals, supporting a collaborative approach to mental health in schools and the community. What you’ll bring

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled mental health professional with a strong foundation in therapeutic interventions and a commitment to supporting children, young people, and families within community-based or school settings.

Essential skills and experience:

• Recognised qualification and experience in a core profession (e.g., Clinical/Counselling Psychology, Family Therapy) and therapeutic work with children and adolescents.
• Experience in assessing and delivering interventions for children and young people in community or school settings, including those with SEND or care experience.
• Knowledge and application of trauma-informed and neurodiversity-informed approaches, alongside safeguarding and risk management expertise.
• Ability to provide consultation, training, and supervision to Wellbeing Practitioners and other professionals within multi-agency settings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage workload, prioritise deadlines, and engage in reflective practice and supervision.

Key details

Hours: Part-time (28 hours per week): 4 days per week, including Wednesdays. Usual working hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday. Flexible working is possible

Salary: £46,800 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.

Location: Greenford Service Centre (UB6 9LB) and occasionally at Anna Freud, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH. There will also be remote working.

Contract type: Fixed term, 12 months (maternity cover).

The Billings Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting the essential work of billing and credit control. You will work closely with the Billings & Contracts Officer to review processes and identify areas of improvement. Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Ledger & Billing

• Supporting the process of billing admin including interface with finance systems
• Monthly billing or as required according to CYP contracts
• Allocate received cash to invoices in the Finance system
• Ad Hoc invoicing

Help maintain an accurate billing sheet

• Pursue debts over 30 days
• Send out all copy invoices as and when required

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

Our members are looking for an enthusiastic indovidual to join our Network Hope Activities team as staff cover for 9 months.

You will work under the direction of the Project Manager and alongside, tutors to deliver activities, support networks, health and wellbeing and training support to beneficiaries and to recruit, train and support a network of volunteers to facilitate the support groups. 

The role will involve collaboration with other local businesses and third sector organisations to deliver the activities. This Project’s aim is to support vulnerable disabled people (including those with learning disabilities, autism and those affected by mental health issues and their families) through consistent provision of health and wellbeing activities, pathways into employment training, sport and social activities, advice, signposting and peer support based both at our Resource Centre in W10 and out in the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
 
1. Supporting Tutors, volunteers, senior staff and beneficiaries 
 
Utilising EPM’s resources to lead in locally sourcing beneficiaries and volunteers from the local community. Liaise with the NHS and Social Services, partner providers and schools, colleges, community centres, voluntary organisations and referral agencies. 

· Facilitate and support local support groups, 

· Plan, arrange and run a variety of activities and training programmes. 

· Recruit and support a network of volunteers to co-facilitate support groups and activities 

· Under the direction of The Project Manager conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families and inform them of support available through Network Hope. 

· Arrange the selection and delivery of healthy food and drinks and running the catering and gardening training groups. 

· Work with sports and fitness tutors to ensure all equipment used in sports/fitness sessions are secure and meet health and safety standards. 

· Coordinate and oversee respite and peer group support to the families. 

· Develop, monitor, update and review individual action plans for all beneficiaries. 

· Conduct evaluation reports (including case studies) and work with senior management to collate the information. 

· Assist senior management in leading  advisory group meetings and lead/facilitate local support group meetings.
