About the role

This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in an ambitious and values-driven climate finance initiative. The Resilient Futures Fund, a new subsidiary of Christian Aid, is pioneering a bold approach to climate philanthropy, one that blends donor giving with impact investment to unlock long-term, scalable solutions for vulnerable communities.

As Senior New Business Development Officer, you will lead the development and implementation of The Resilient Futures Fund's philanthropic fundraising strategy, working closely with the Head of Fund and colleagues across Christian Aid. Your focus will be on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of high-value donors, ranging from individuals to philanthropic foundations and corporate partners, who are motivated not only by charitable impact, but by the opportunity to contribute to systemic, sustainable change.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the evolving philanthropic landscape, particularly the intersection of traditional giving with social investment, climate finance, and venture philanthropy. You will develop compelling propositions that speak to donors' desire for measurable impact, oversee donor journeys across multiple channels, and support collaborative partnership models, including co-financing and joint ventures, to grow The Resilient Futures Fund's reach and influence.

You'll also work to embed The Resilient Futures Fund into wider Christian Aid fundraising activity, building strong internal relationships and ensuring coherence across donor messaging, reporting, and engagement. You have a proven track record of securing significant philanthropic income, particularly from major donors, trusts, and foundations, and you understand how to translate complex programme goals into compelling cases for support that resonate with diverse funders.

You understand the motivations of donors who are looking for more than transactional giving, those seeking scalable, systemic, and lasting change. Where you will work: Grange Road is a 29 bed - high complex needs support project situated in Southwark, commissioned by the City of London.

About the role

In the role of Duty Worker, you will be the first point of contact at reception for St Mungo’s clients and visitors and have the opportunity to create a welcoming and supportive environment within the project. Other responsibilities will include:

• Jointly running the project day to day with other members of the team.
• Working on reception to answer phones, oversee entry to the building, and provide basic advice and support to clients.
• Keeping communal areas and office space clean and tidy.
• Coordinating important Health and Safety checks and other administrative duties.
• Work alongside the team to provide a person-centred support to residents and clients.

Shift pattern: 3 week rolling rota, mix of early and late shifts. 1 weekend worked every 3 weeks (both Saturday and Sunday are 12.5hrs shifts).

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence. There are 3 buildings in the cluster, all of them are lone-working.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.

Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.

The shift schedule covers Monday to Sunday, working five days each week on a rolling rota that combines weekdays and weekends. Over a five-week period, there are two complete weekends off.

About the Role

The Interim Head of Communications and Marketing will lead the operational planning, management and development of the College’s communications and marketing functions.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team with Circuit staff and leadership to support the work of the seven churches in the Circuit and be part of the team praying for the mission and ministry of the Circuit.

This is a mainly office based role working at the Circuit office at Woodthorpe Methodist Church, Ashford, Middlesex.  This post is for 16 hours per week to be worked flexibly by mutual agreement with the Superintendent Minister.

You’ll be working closely with our CEO and Head of Partnerships and Fundraising to develop and deliver a varied and inclusive events programme and run our sales space, The Atrium, adjacent to our warehouse in East London E10. The Service Manager will be responsible for the operations of one service in Berkshire (Slough) which supports one individual to live in his own home.

The individual is a sociable and engaging man with a warm sense of humour and a deep appreciation for nature, music, and familiar company. He lives with a diagnosis of moderate learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes, all of which require thoughtful and consistent support. The customer has been living successfully in his current placement for over ten years, where he benefits from the continuity of staff who know him well, understand his routines, and help him maintain a sense of safety and autonomy.

The role will provide line management for a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers, ensuring that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible, ensuring excellent quality of life for the customer and a good working environment for colleagues.

The service has received a CQC rating of Good. The current team size includes 5 FTEs (Specialist Behaviour Support Workers) plus 2 FTEs Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring comprehensive support coverage across all shifts.

The working pattern for this role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet service needs.

The anticipated start date for this role is October.

The initial contract duration is 6 months, with potential to become a permanent role after this period.

This role will assist with all aspects of the activities of our clinical training programmes within The Institute of Pre-Hospital Care. The Clinical Courses Co-Ordinator will work closely with our clinical and operational teams from both the HEMS and PRU services along with our university colleagues and degrees faculty. 

Reporting to the Degrees Manager, the post will have responsibility for assisting with all aspects of the delivery of the clinical course programmes. The post holder will be an integral part of the Institute team working closely with other members of the wider charity team.

These roles have been developed to further support our service users alongside our statutory partners at North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department, to increase their wellbeing, confidence, social integration, and independence.

The successful candidates will be responsible for working with service users during periods of crisis and support them through their journey of recovery to ensure that they are receiving the support most beneficial to them. This will be achieved through a person-centred approach to ensure that the views of service users are central to the planned support they receive.

The successful candidates will take a lead in working with service users to assess needs/barriers preventing clients from recovery, working with them to create a personal action plan, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes and progress.

Independence will be encouraged through self-management and recovery.
