The ICPG is a network of 80+ Jewish UK-based academics. Our members are dedicated to researching and combatting antisemitism in UK higher education and improving the environment for Jewish students, academics, professionals, and other staff. We work with senior leadership and diversity and inclusion teams at UK universities. We champion academic freedom and oppose all academic boycotts of Jews and / or Israeli institutions and faculties.

The ICPG was created in 2024 in response to the sharp rise in antisemitism in UK universities since 7th October 2023. We collaborate broadly with universities and Higher Education institutions, policymakers, lawyers and other stakeholders. Where appropriate, we engage with communal organisations.

We operate across the following areas: (1) Data Collection, (2) Standards and Interventions, (3) Free Speech and Academic Freedom, (4) Universities and College Union, and (5) Stakeholder Engagement. Each area has a "working group", which are at different stages of knowledge production. The overall aim is to provide robust, evidence-based and actionable feedback to universities to assist them in understanding and combatting antisemitism within the higher education sector. We have been in contact with all UK universities, and have provided them with policy recommendations which we have published on our website.

Specifications

ICPG is looking to recruit an Operations Manager with responsibility for operational leadership, strategic planning and implementation and financial management of the organisation. Candidates should have an interest in challenging antisemitism within the university sector, but do not necessarily need to have previous experience in this area.

Salary: £50,000, dependent on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations
• Work closely with the President and Board of Trustees to develop and execute the strategic and operational vision for the organisation
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans with clear metrics

Advocacy Project Manager

Purpose of the job

This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to join the UK Youth Network Delivery Department. The Summer Jobs Programme is the largest programme in UK Youth’s portfolio. Funded until the end of 2026, the programme is currently operating in its second year. The purpose of this role is to identify and secure employment placements, including those that generate some income, for The Summer Jobs Programme as well as overseeing the employer journey from start to end. Working closely with the Summer Jobs Programme Manager, the Employer Engagement Manager has key input into the work experience aspect of the programme. 

The Summer Jobs Programme is a paid employment initiative running from July to September 2025 and 2026, supporting vulnerable young people in England and Wales. It aims to reduce youth violence and improve future engagement in education, training, and work by removing barriers to employment and offering structured, empowering opportunities. Young people begin with a one-week pre-employment training course, followed by a five-week job placement. Throughout, they’re supported by both a local youth worker and an employer-based supervisor to ensure they receive consistent guidance.

Funded by the Youth Endowment Fund and Youth Futures Foundation, the programme launched in 2024 with over 400 participants and has expanded in 2025. A built-in Randomised Control Trial (RCT) will assess its impact on youth violence and long-term outcomes. In 2026, the programme will grow further, completing a three-year period of delivery and investment aimed at driving long-term, evidence-based change.

You will report to the Director of Fundraising and look after the communications function of the charity. You will support with work on a rebrand, campaign management and continuous updating of the charity’s website. You will produce high quality content which includes, engaging articles, social media and website content, newsletters, flyers, booklets, and impact stories. You will also film and edit reels for social media channels.
 
You will play a key role supporting the Director of Fundraising in managing/promoting fundraising campaigns, initiatives and events. You will also support with day-to-day marketing duties such as reporting website stats, beneficiary feedback, press management and updating directories. 
 
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent copywriting skills and be able to write for a range of different audiences with impact. You will be digitally savvy and experience using WordPress and web analytics tools (e.g. GA4). You will have in brand management and understanding of SEO. You will have experience using design software (e.g. Canva/InDesign). You will have experience executing fundraising campaigns and publishing digital and print content. You will be joining at an important time for our team, covering a crucial role in ensuring accurate income processing, reporting, and financial management across the organisation. As part of the Finance team, you will work closely with colleagues across departments, particularly alongside our fundraising team, to ensure income is correctly coded and reported efficiently. 

With responsibility for month-end and year-end processes, as well as maintaining accurate and timely financial data, you will play a vital role in supporting decision-making across the organisation. Your work will ensure colleagues have the financial insights they need, enabling strategic planning and effective resource management. 

Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will liaise with teams across the organisation to provide clear financial updates, answer queries, and ensure income is accurately coded and reported in line with financial procedure. Your clear communication of financial information will support informed decision-making and ensure compliance with procedures. 

To succeed in this role, you will have strong financial processing experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working with financial systems and software, with the ability to efficiently manage data, generate reports, and ensure accurate income tracking.

Our office is a short walk from King’s Cross station in London. For this role, you’ll need to come into the office as required to deposit cheques. While there isn’t a set day for this, all cheques should be paid in within a week of receiving them. Additionally, the team comes into the office during busier periods, such as financial year-end and audit, to collaborate with auditors (June/July). You can work remotely for the rest of the time. Equally, you may prefer to work from the office full-time. We encourage all colleagues to visit member hospices to help inform our work and you may be able to work from there.  

Contractually this role is London-based.

You will support the promotion of sustainable shopping and the shop’s social media to increase audience reach, attract customers, donors and volunteer supporters to deliver the Retail Strategy.

Role Requirements

• To maximise shop sales by achieving agreed targets both through donated stock and bought in/new goods. This involves proactive stock generation, optimum pricing, processing stock to agreed amounts and stock planning.
• Achieve Gift Aid sales conversion target through maximising new donor sign up and encouraging repeat donations.
• Achieve the shops Raffle sales targets through involving the shops team.
