Course structure and requirements

The National Curriculum for High Intensity Psychotherapeutic Counselling within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression outlines the full details of the course structure. To summarise, the following outlines the key training requirements:  

· A 1-year core psychotherapeutic counselling foundation level training, which also introduces the chosen NHS Talking Therapies modality. Following sign off for readiness, trainees can begin to practice at West London Centre for Counselling with people with mild to moderate depression

· Followed by, a 2-year post-graduate diploma (PGDip) in psychotherapeutic counselling (minimum 120 credits at Level 7)

· A minimum of 450 supervised client hours gained within a NHS Talking Therapies service

· A minimum of 450 training hours (skills and theory)  

· A minimum of 50 personal therapy hours  

· A minimum of 90 minutes of training supervision to every six hours of client work (or the equivalent for group supervision), or 90 minutes per week if they have completed less than six hours of client work in the week

· NHS Talking Therapy services will be responsible for supervision on site, including oversight of case management, clinical governance and management supervision in line with the supervision requirements of the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.

· An average of two to three days per week of clinical practice in NHS Talking Therapies services

· Individual accreditation (professional registration) with a professional body in line with the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual (see the manual for more details)

Our client, a Children’s charity will be entering their busiest season of the year in the autumn/winter and they are seeking additional support from September – December. In this role you will be processing high volumes of donations and supporting the Head of Public Fundraising.

About the Fundraising Administrator role
You will Administer online donations, which involves acknowledging the donation and thanking the donor and uploading the information accurately on their fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge). You will be Supporting the Public Fundraising Team with the administration and acknowledgment of postal and telephone donations and responding to internal and external queries through a range of channels relating to fundraising ensuring top class supporter care. Additionally you will be involved in any other relevant administrative tasks as directed by the Head of Public Fundraising. A Standard DBS will be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate high-impact marketing campaigns across all channels to promote HACT’s services, projects and charitable purpose.
• Apply audience segmentation, personalisation and targeting strategies to ensure effective communication with varied customer groups.
• Create and manage content for campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, blogs, social media and event materials.
• Deliver campaigns using digital tools such as Email management suite,Buffer, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms and optimise through data-driven insights.
• Lead the use of the CRM to support audience segmentation, campaign management and reporting across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop KPIs for campaigns and lead on performance tracking, reporting and continuous improvement.

For a leading university in central London, we're recruiting an interim Finance Business Partner for 3-6 months. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will work as a trusted advisor to several non-finance budget holders and academic staff within the faculty and several Corporate / Professional Services areas. The interim Finance Business Partner will manage all areas of their management accounting and financial planning, providing insightful financial information, analysis, and reporting to help with decision-making. This is a key role during a period of change as the University implements Technology One, so experience in this system is highly desirable.

Main Duties:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly management accounts with review and interpretation of results, MI, risks and opportunities for budget holders
• Produce reports and analysis on cost drivers for stakeholders, and provide analysis on complex data sets for decision-making
• Prepare management accounts liaising with the financial accounting team to ensure all transactions and journals are robust and accurate
• Build strong relationships with budget holders, meeting frequently and providing support and decision-making advice
• Produce monthly commentary on the management accounts for budget holder groups
• Prepare and deliver for yearly budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Support the implementation of Technology One, including the roll-out of user training and workshops for budget holders on finance processes

Person Specification:
