• Be the first point of contact for supporter and volunteer queries

• Coordinate volunteer onboarding and help deliver training

• Keep our CRM records accurate and up to date

• Support membership renewals and process payments

• Assist with reporting and supporter data

• Help deliver events and provide admin support across teams

What we’re looking for:

• Great customer service skills and a professional, warm approach

About the role

Working closely with teams across Finance, you’ll develop the management accounting function, reporting and analysing financial information across the organisation. 

You’ll drive improvements in our financial and reporting processes, using data and digital tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness, delivering accurate and insightful reporting and analysis that drives data informed decisions. 

What you’ll do

• Develop a management accountant function, instilling best practice, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develop a suite of reporting tools for organisational insight and analysis through  trends analysis, variance analysis, modelling, and scenario planning and ad hoc reporting. 

• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly management accounts, whilst supporting business partners with key organisational trends and analytical variances.

•  Lead the production and consolidation of budgeting and forecasting templates  and reporting tools to aid organisational analysis and planning. Alongside assisting with the delivery of our annual accounts

What you'll bring

• CCAB recognised professional accounting qualification.

About the role

You’ll lead the production of Annual Accounts for the Charity and its subsidiaries and oversee the wider Financial Accounting Team. You’ll also deputise for the Head of Financial Operations and contribute to Finance Transformation initiative.

As a subject matter expert, you will advise on technical accounting, tax, and internal controls and liaise with auditors and advisors.   Additionally, you will be responsible for driving process improvements through the effective use of data and digital tools across the organisation, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Accountable for the efficient and accurate production of the Annual Accounts, acting as a key contact to the Auditors and Governance Team 

• Continuously develop and keep up-to-date with current regulations to act as subject matter expert on tax, audit and technical accounting queries

Key responsibilities

The Senior PR and Press Officer will take a leading role in developing and implementing the media strategy, enhancing the charity's visibility and impact through strategic communications and media engagement. This involves collaborating closely with the PR and Press Manager to identify, research, and develop story and PR campaign ideas for local and national media. Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems. 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to work with a new partnership of Unified Community Assistance Network Enfield. UCAN Enfield is a consortium led by Age UK Enfield, with delivery partners from One to One, Mind in Enfield and Barnet, Wellbeing Connect, Bread n Butter, Cooking Champions and Middlesex Association for Blind.

We offer a range of services and activities to promote health and wellbeing and independence to residents aged 18+ who may be affected by sensory loss, autism, mental health conditions, long-term health conditions, and people whose voices are seldom heard.

Our specialist programme has been designed to be inclusive for all, and includes healthy eating and nutrition, cookery workshops, exercise and wellbeing groups. We also deliver peer support groups and lead the Adult Autism Hub.

Duties will include:

• Working alongside UCAN Enfield partners to co-produce and support the delivery of a programme of health and wellbeing sessions in the community that meet a range of needs from general population to specific conditions
• Attending community activities to meet new potential referrals and engage with participants.
• Managing shared UCAN Enfield Email inbox on a rota basis and loading new referrals onto Charity Log.
• Using Charity Log (CRM) to access and manage referrals by triaging and determining their level of need 1,2,3* and allocating the appropriate support which may include referring to other UCAN Enfield partners or referring to other partners.

We are looking for a Head of Financial Operations, who will provide leadership and development to the Financial Transactions Team and the Local Groups Finance Team during a period of transition to new systems and processes. 

You will lead the annual audit process, acting as the primary contact for auditors and other external advisors. Additionally, you'll be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and reporting processes throughout the charity by leveraging data and digital tools.

About the role

You’ll lead the development and execution of the charity’s technology strategy, including the digital product experience and infrastructure. You’ll ensure seamless integration of technology services with user-centered design practices to deliver transformative solutions.

As a leader you will drive innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain a strong focus on improving the user experience for both internal teams and those we serve, ensuring impactful and scalable outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Associate Director of Data, Digital and Technology to develop and implement:

  • the technology and digital experience strategies, ensuring alignment with the charity’s overall mission and strategic objectives.

  • a comprehensive technical roadmap, ensuring the charity’s infrastructure and digital platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term strategic needs.

• Lead and develop the team to align with Parkinson's UK goals, monitor performance and foster cross-department collaboration.

• Drive the transformation of the technology service desk, ensuring excellent customer service and an enhanced user experience for staff, volunteers, and people with Parkinson’s.

• Ensure the charity’s infrastructure is secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with the long-term technology vision, while supporting business continuity and cyber resilience strategies.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrable experience of driving tech-enabled organisational transformation programmes as a Head of Technology or similar. 

• Extensive experience in leading technology and digital infrastructure modernisation  initiatives, and managing complex technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. 

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing, self-managing teams in both digital product and technology services 

• Expertise in user-centered design, agile frameworks, and digital product management, with experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GA4.

This role requires working from their London office 5 days per week. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop fundraising and supporter care processes and feed into their wider strategy. You will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to develop top class communications with supporters, as well as being the first point of contact for incoming emails, phone calls, and letters.

Key Responsibilities:

· To be the first port of call for all incoming post, phone calls and emails

· To be responsible for thanking all supporters and managing a welcome journey – ensuring that effective processes are in place

· To work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to thank donations to all appeals and fundraising products

· To process all donations ensuring there is a programme of continuous improvement for gifts processing

· Responsible for the legacy admin and thanking process

· To ensure Raisers Edge Database is accurate and up to date and to provide the data for all outgoing fundraising and communication mailings

· Responsible for maintaining all of the  data on Raisers Edge, including cleaning data, providing information for reporting and analysis

· Attending regular training courses to keep up to date with developments including GDPR and other legislation, policy and good practice with regard to data maintenance

· Responsible for training colleagues on Raisers Edge as and when required

· To look after donation forms, both online and in communications

Person Specification:

· Experience of working in a customer care or supporter care environment

· Experience of using CRM databases (eg. Raisers’ Edge) to input data, run reports and produce data lists

· Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone and in writing

· Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office software particularly Word and Excel

· To be able to steward and support fundraisers and volunteers in their fundraising activity

· Ability to report and analyse levels of supporter satisfaction and complaints through monthly KPI’s

· To have a high attention to detail to ensure that all communications are accurate and the database is up to date.

· An understanding of fundraising principles and GDPR

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Youth Work Sports Manager to lead and develop our sports and physical activity programmes. You’ll work with a committed team to plan and deliver sports sessions, events, and mentoring opportunities that reflect our Christian ethos and create meaningful change for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead Face-to-Face Youth Engagement
Deliver regular, purposeful youth work sessions for young people aged 10+, ensuring programmes reflect their needs and the centre’s Christian values.

·Design and Deliver Sports Programmes
Oversee a diverse and inclusive sports programme, incorporating awards, adventure activities, and development opportunities for young people.

·Strategic Planning and Evaluation
Develop and review session plans, set objectives, evaluate impact, and ensure alignment with local and national youth work policies.

·Staff and Volunteer Management
Recruit, supervise, train, and support youth work staff and volunteers, fostering a strong and capable delivery team.

·Fundraising and Financial Oversight
Raise and manage funds for activities, ensuring budgets are used effectively and reporting meets funder requirements.

·Ensure Safety, Inclusion, and Centre Collaboration
Uphold health and safety standards, promote accessibility, and contribute to the wider development and Christian ethos of The Salmon Youth Centre.

About You:

·Qualified Professional
Holds a JNC-recognised youth/community work or sports qualification, Ideally with aFirst Aid certification, and a D1 driving licence.

·Experienced Youth Work Manager
Has 3+ years’ management experience working with young people in informal, voluntary settings—especially through sports.

·Strong Leader and Manager
Proven ability to lead teams, supervise staff, manage resources, and develop effective programmes.

·Skilled Planner and Evaluator
Confident in setting goals, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes within a youth work context.

·Inclusive and Safeguarding-Focused
Knowledge of equality, diversity, safeguarding legislation, and experience working in diverse, inner-city environments.

·Christian Ethos and Communication
Able to promote Christian values through youth work, build partnerships, and engage with communities effectively.

Genuine Occupational Requirement:

Due to the nature of this role and the ethos of our organisation, it is an occupational requirement, in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, that the post holder is a practicing, Christian. The successful candidate will be expected to fully support and actively promote the Christian values and mission of our centre.
