Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead prospect research and outreach across NHS Barking, Havering & Redbridge procurement suppliers, local community businesses and key corporate partnerships sectors for hospital fundraising. You will develop compelling partnership propositions and engagement materials, identify key stakeholders within target organisations, and progress prospects through to confirmed meetings. 

What You’ll Do 

1. Conduct thorough prospect research across NHS BHRUT procurement suppliers, local businesses and priority sectors to build a strong and accurate pipeline of prospective corporate and community partners in our new CRM, Beacon.

2. Create a corporate partnership fundraising deck for prospects that brings to life all the ways businesses can get involved, from social value opportunities, do your own fundraising and challenge events, sponsorship opportunities, to volunteering and in-kind support. This will need to be compelling and can be tailored for NHS procurement suppliers and aligned to the charity’s strategic goals.

3. Develop a corporate volunteering opportunities deck, ready to share with prospective and current partners. 

4. Identify key stakeholders within target prospect organisations and make proactive outreach to arrange prospect meetings between corporate contacts and the Head of Fundraising, to support the charity’s income growth ambitions.

AAFDA was founded by Frank Mullane in memory of his sister Julia Pemberton and her son Will who were both killed by her ex-partner in 2003.

Each year, around 150 families lose a loved one to domestic homicide. The actual number of suicides as a result of domestic abuse remains unknown. Most of these families suffer significant problems including relationship breakdown, job difficulties/loss and mental and physical health issues. We help these families in many ways, our prime function being to provide families in England, Wales and Northern Ireland with specialist peer support and expert and specialist advocacy for the range of statutory reviews that will take place after domestic homicide.

AAFDA (Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse) is a growing Charity and to meet the demands we are looking for a specialist Advocate for Scotland. Although home based, some travel will be required - frequency will be commensurate to the role. We welcome applications from candidates with experience of domestic abuse. Our Specialist Advocates support families impacted by fatal domestic abuse through provision of lay advocacy, for and on behalf of, families with a range of statutory service providers (e.g. those conducting reviews and inquiries, social services, police, housing) and work to build good relations between all parties. To ensure that families get the support they need, you will use AAFDA’s Home Office endorsed seven-step approach to working with individuals and families, to ensure that they receive the best possible support and advocacy to restore dignity and relief for families and to help them cope and recover. Through trauma-informed approaches, you will:

· Listen to families and advocate for them in a complex system that too often treats them as passive participants and overlooks the value of their insight.

· Provide information, support, guidance, advice and advocacy on Domestic Homicide & Suicide Reviews (DHSR’s) and other reviews where relevant and appropriate.

· Manage families’ expectations of the legal and procedural processes facing them by supporting families in meetings with agencies such as health, police and local authorities.

· Give families practical help on a wide range of issues - including help with letter writing or advocating with employers and local authorities on the families’ behalf.

· Support AAFDA in our bringing families together in AAFDA’s peer support events, such as the Hear Our Voice weekend and the on-line peer support Zoom sessions, where families can speak with others to share their experiences and stories. This will involve occasional evening work.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of Glitch, enabling the effective delivery and adherence to policies and regulation for the charity and team. The role holder will be the charity's data protection officer; they will meticulously ensure we remain fully compliant with all relevant charity regulations, maintaining our integrity and trust with regulatory bodies, funders and donors, and our supporters. This role will also serve as the Board Secretary, attending Board of Trustees meetings 4-6 times a year, taking minutes and managing the process of all documentation for the Board. Operations management

• Oversee the charity’s administrative functions, including triaging the general inbox, scheduling team meetings and other ad-hoc administrative work in supporting the ED in running the day-to-day of the charity

About Wythall Animal Sanctuary

Since 1968, Wythall Animal Sanctuary has provided safety, care and second chances to animals in need.

We are an independent, non-destruct animal sanctuary with a proud history, a strong local reputation and a deeply committed community of employees, volunteers, supporters and donors. From our multi-acre site near Solihull, we rescue, rehabilitate and rehome and provide sanctuary to dogs, cats, rabbits and ponies. We provide lifelong care to animals who cannot be rehomed and operate boarding kennels that generate important commercial income.

We are now looking for a Chief Executive Officer to help us build on these strong foundations and lead the charity into its next chapter.

About the role

As our CEO, you will work in close partnership with the Board translating long-term vision into clear priorities, measurable outcomes and practical delivery plans.

The Board is looking for someone who will bring insight and constructive challenge, rather than simply agree with an established position. You will use evidence, financial understanding and operational knowledge to help determine what is achievable and where investment will make the greatest difference and when priorities need to change.

This is not a role that will operate at a distance from the organisation and you will need a willingness to become involved in delivery.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious, values-led and commercially astute leader who can combine vision with practical delivery.

You might already be an established Chief Executive, or you may be an experienced senior leader ready to take on your first CEO appointment. Previous experience within animal welfare is welcome but is not essential.

This is a working animal sanctuary. It can be busy, unpredictable and occasionally messy. We need a CEO who is equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy with Trustees, as navigating operational challenges and engaging directly with employees, volunteers and the animals in our care.

The Role

The Trusts & Grants Officer is responsible for delivering income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders through proactive prospect research, high quality applications, relationship management and timely reporting, contributing directly to FareShare Midlands’ income targets and growth plans.

Trusts & Grants Delivery

• Manage a portfolio of trust, foundation and grant funders
• Writing applications and reports
• Budget management for restricted funds
• Working with FSM and FSUK colleagues on bids
• Build strong relationships with programme officers, grant managers, funding panels.
• Managing restricted funding compliance
• Coordinating evaluation and evidence collection for funder reports
• Monitoring funder requirements and deadlines

Pipeline Development & Prospect Research

• Identify a pipeline of new opportunities in trusts, grants, foundations and corporate to secure new income for FareShare Midlands
• Maintain a rolling 12 to 18 month pipeline
• Regular prospect research using databases (e.g. funds online, the charity commission website, idox etc)
• Prioritising opportunities by value, likelihood and strategic fit
• Assisting on project development working with colleagues to build in the needs and preferences of funders to ensure projects can attract support

Funder Stewardship & Reporting

• Professional stewardship of trusts and foundations funders
• Managing funder communications in line with grant agreements
• Working with the stewardship officer and comms team to identify and develop impact stories and relevant data.

Communication

• Writing funder-facing materials
• Ensuring clarity, evidence and compliance in all submissions
• Coordinating case studies and impact data for bids

Compliance, Monitoring & Administration

 Application tracker ownership

• Reporting calendar management
• Income forecasting for trusts & grants
• Document management for funder requirements

You will be successful in this role by:

• Consistently securing income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders in line with agreed targets
• Maintaining a strong, well-researched pipeline of trust and grant opportunities
• Submitting high-quality funding applications and reports to deadline
• Achieving a healthy success rate across applications through strong prospecting and proposal quality
• Ensuring full compliance with restricted funding requirements
• Building positive, professional relationships with funding partners
• Providing accurate income forecasting and pipeline reporting

ASPbelong is a project spanning universities, game developers, artists and young people, exploring how shared immersive experiences can strengthen real-world sense of belonging and mental health. We’re publicly funded by Horizon Europe and UKRI.

We’re looking for an exceptional collaborator to help grow awareness of Lina – our classroom experience in which young people aged 11-14 work together to solve the mystery of a missing classmate – and more broadly of our format Augmented Social Play (ASP). Played on tablets or smartphones without internet access, ASP combines immersive storytelling, collaborative gameplay and evidence-based psychology, making bold but safe use of ubiquitous tech to strengthen real-world connection.

Lina has been in soft launch via a multi-nation scientific study into its impact on young people and classroom climate. It’s been warmly received in dozens of schools, and now we’re gearing up for public launch. So this is about amplifying – getting our message to the right people, especially educators, journalists and thought-leaders. We’re non-profit and non-commercial; we’re motivated by innovation and belief in our work; our success metric is uptake, not income. But this is also about raising visibility in order to secure a future for this work.

This is not a routine social media role. You'll help shape an entire communications strategy, build new partnerships, approach mainstream and specialist press, influencers, and public figures, create or commission short-form content, plan and support event attendance, and more. 

We’re looking for someone with initiative, courage and sound judgement, who is genuinely excited by the work we’re doing. Passion for education, social impact, cross-disciplinary creative work or innovative tech could all be relevant. An understanding of how ideas reach people in 2026 is essential.

You’ll work closely with Adam Barnard, the project’s non-academic lead, while interacting with members of a diverse consortium spanning Brighton, Birmingham, London, Dublin, Austria, Czechia, Portugal and beyond. Being based in Brighton (as Adam is) or SE England is a bonus but not essential – this role is primarily remote – however you must be either a British national, or legally able to work in the UK.

We’d start in September / early Autumn, initially on a 6 week trial, then extending to roughly a year’s initial engagement. Hours flexible – we’ve envisioned this as a part-time freelance role, perhaps 2-3 days per week on average, but this is negotiable. Pay dependent on experience but in line with comparable roles.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established national organisation for an experienced Data Selections and Imports Manager to support the team during a busy period.

Available on either a full-time basis or part-time (3 to 5 days a week), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately.

The role

You'll be responsible for producing data selections for marketing and fundraising campaigns, managing data imports into the CRM, and ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and ready to use.

Working closely with marketing and fundraising teams, you'll turn campaign briefs into targeted data selections, resolve data queries, and help keep campaign activity running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Produce campaign data selections using SQL

• If Manage and validate data imports into the CRM

• Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy

• Work with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements

• Prepare and manipulate data for campaigns and reporting

About you

You'll have previous experience working with customer or supporter data and be confident using SQL to extract and manipulate data. You'll be organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple requests to tight deadlines.

You'll also have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

This role will manage all of Ben’s social media channels to grow audience numbers and improve engagement with our followers.  This person will also play a key role in developing and implementing customer journeys and campaigns to support Ben’s fundraising, services and community activities.

· Analyse campaign performance, user behaviour and engagement metrics to inform optimisation and reporting.

· Support marketing and retention activity, helping develop new customer journeys and lifecycle programmes.

· Contribute to marketing around trade shows, events and brand activations.

· Manage content updates, newsletters and CMS activity in collaboration with editorial teams.

· Work across new digital tools and emerging technologies to provide optimal user experience, as part of wider customer journeys.

· Work independently to manage deadlines, juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· Report against metrics for all channels, and make recommendations for improvements, test and implement.

· Support the Outreach team to build and manage the digital community and assist with ongoing communications.
