Leadership, line management and training [25%]
- Lead your team with confidence; spurring them on in Resurgo’s mission; invest in a team culture of excellence, belonging and fun
- Manage and develop the Lead Coach and Graduate Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development. This includes weekly 1:1s, performance reviews and regular feedback
- Equip your team to drive change through a data informed approach, and keep them accountable to agreed targets for the Spear Programme
Relationship management [20%]
- Manage great relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including referrers, local businesses, donors, and your Board of Trustees
- Embed into your local church; working closely with your Spear Trustees and congregation, and actively participating in their mission and events
- Partner with the Spear Trustees and assist in implementing their funding strategy by helping to build corporate and donor relationships. For example, by hosting prospective donors in the Training Room
Delivery of the Spear Programme [20%]
- Support group and 1-1 coaching with numerous 16-24-year-olds: equipping them with practical work-ready skills and resilient mindsets
- Provide guidance to the Lead Coach in the training room when dealing with behavioural and safeguarding situations and upskill coaches with consistent coaching feedback
- Use a coaching approach to engage young people in challenging conversations that will enable them to take responsibility and over significant barriers to employment
Operations [10%]
- Liaise with relevant staff regarding site operations and work to resolve any issues as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in major gifts fundraising and a proven track record of securing large gifts. They will also have experience of managing a large annual income target and driving continued growth and ensuring targets are met. Strong presentation skills and budgetary skills will be combined with the ability to build positive and high-value relationships across a range of sectors, individuals, organisations and committees. Prostate Cancer Research is seeking a Head of Individual Giving to oversee their individual donor, legacy and in memory income streams, currently raising approximately £800k per annum.
Prostate Cancer Research aims to develop and deliver breakthrough medicines and treatments to achieve a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. The charity believes that it is only through research that we can build a future in which no family will have to fear losing a loved one to prostate cancer. This is a newly created role to increase the impact of the fundraising strategy, lead on its implementation and set the foundations for the future growth in an area of fundraising where the charity believes there is huge potential. It’s also an exciting opportunity to take the results of a current strategic review on individual giving and take the insight and tools gathered to build the individual giving programme and develop a strategy for people, products and campaigns to grow income.
The charity is seeking a professional with a great understanding and track record of success in individual giving and who is keen to explore new audiences and innovative approaches. You will have experience in executing acquisition, retention and growth strategies and of achieving significant income growth through individual donations, in memory and legacy income streams. You will also have strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to maximise new opportunities and help the charity achieves its organisational goals. Keep Britain Tidy has a new opportunity for a Project Manager to manage the Chewing Gum Task Force programme. The Chewing Gum Task Force is a partnership between Defra, the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs in Northern Ireland, Scottish Government and Welsh Government and chewing gum producers including Mars Wrigley and Perfetti Van Melle which aims to clean up historic gum staining from UK high streets and change behaviour so that more people bin their gum.
The Project Manager will lead on overall administration of the scheme and manage the cleansing grant programme for councils, working alongside partner organisation Behaviour Change. In Years 1 and 2 of the scheme, participating councils have seen reductions in gum littering of up to 80% in the first two months. Now in Year 3, we will shortly distribute more than £1.2m funding to councils across the UK.
This is an exciting role within a fast-paced charity. You will have a proven track record in project management, ideally in environmental projects and/or grant schemes. Excellent organisational and record keeping skills are a must, along with the ability to form good working relationships with Chewing Gum Task Force stakeholders.

The role
This crucial role will help to strategically grow and develop our income and awareness. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the charity’s CEO, have key Trustee relationships with the Chair and Fundraising lead Trustee, and build collaborative relationships with the senior staff and clinicians across St George’s University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
You will build and lead the fundraising and communications team, both strategically and operationally, whilst managing them through a period of change. This role will be required in the office a minimum of two days a week, with flexibility to engage with key stakeholders in the hospital according to their availability.

This role will support the operational smooth running of the team, with a particular focus contracting and onboarding Forest IQ’s users.
Forest IQ provides major data-service providers and financial institutions with market-leading data about corporate performance on deforestation, conversion of natural ecosystems and associated human rights abuses. This will enable financial institutions to identify risks and opportunities to help them to deliver deforestation free portfolios by 2025.

About the role
The Corporate Partnerships team is evolving at pace, securing some seriously exciting and impactful partnerships over the past 2 years.
This is a brand-new role, part of growth plans and big investment in fundraising. You'll have oversight of the new business pipeline and act as resident expert for external opportunities. You're ambitious in vision and scope, feeling confident to develop strategic multi-year partnerships from scratch.
There's a big focus on the interplay between internal and external stakeholders. Working strategically to really get under the skin of organisational strategy and showcase the case for support; then leveraging both to maximum effect with prospective partners.
About you
To apply for this extra special role, we'll be looking for you to demonstrate:
- A proven new business track-record developing partnerships with commercial and corporate organisations across multiple sectors, ideally operating at six and seven figures.
- Exceptional networking, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisations and their often-sensitive needs and agreements.
- Team player who builds trust and gains buy in from internal and external stakeholders alike.
- Confident people manager, fostering a culture of celebration and high-performance, whilst also balancing and prioritising staff wellbeing.

This senior role will manage and oversee OTR’s Wellbeing services, which include our listening support and counselling offerings for young people in the community and at schools, colleges, and universities across BaNES, and will also include our new social prescribing service.

As our new CEO, you will lead this well-regarded, financially secure local charity to further develop our work for children and young people with sight loss across Sussex.
With a highly committed team, Blatchington Court Trust (BCT) stands as a beacon of support and empowerment for young people under 30 with sight loss and their families across Sussex. We are a vital resource for our community, offering a diverse range of services aimed at informing, empowering, and enriching the lives of those we serve. These include educational advocacy, benefits advice, technology grants, wellbeing support, and running a wide range of events and activities.
Under the leadership of our new CEO, we are looking to develop our strategy, policies and processes, better measure our impact, and explore fundraising opportunities beyond our investment income so we can expand and develop our services.

Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blatchington Court Trust
Salary: circa £65,000

As well as a clear commitment to our mission and values, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the charitable sector, demonstrating the ability to lead change, inspire, motivate, and lead teams.
- Track record of developing and implementing organisational strategy.
- Business development acumen, with a track record of growing income and identifying and bringing in new funding.
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams, with a commitment to staff development and empowerment.
- Sound understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and negotiating skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including beneficiaries, donors, funders, and partner organisations.
- Strong understanding of impact assessment, with the ability to develop and implement effective impact assessment processes.
- Proven ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment where all staff feel valued, supported, and motivated.
- Lived experience of sight loss or a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with sight loss would be advantageous but not essential.
