The AHM will support the development and implementation of new systems and processes and provide guidance on Housing policies and procedures. This role will work closely with the finance team to manage rental income and invoice payment.
The role holder will deputise in the absence of the Housing Manager.
The successful candidate will excel in communication and organisation, displaying a high level of professionalism while effectively building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. A strong team player, who enjoys and varied role and possess the ability to use their initiative. Proficiency in IT and database management is essential, alongside exceptional customer service skills.

As Projects Officer: Neighbourhood Food Model you will lead on specific projects within the wider Neighbourhood Food Model. The Walworth Neighbourhood Food Model is an ambitious, long-term approach to tackling the root causes of food insecurity in our neighbourhood. This is a key role with a significant level of responsibility, working in a small dynamic team, at a crucial time in the development of this ambitious programme.
