With proven experience in digital fundraising or marketing, ideally within the charity sector, you have successfully delivered multi-channel campaigns across paid social, email, PPC, search and web, using compelling storytelling and audience insight to drive supporter acquisition, engagement and retention. Confident using CRM systems, fundraising platforms and analytics tools, you can translate performance data into actionable insights that improve results and maximise ROI. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you enjoy working across teams to deliver integrated campaigns and are always looking for opportunities to test, learn and innovate. Experience with website management, conversion optimisation, marketing automation, or mentoring colleagues would be an advantage, but above all, you are motivated by using your digital expertise to build stronger supporter relationships and deliver meaningful impact.
