The Centre Assistant will support the smooth running of the Smart Works Bristol service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, volunteers and visitors. Our team is friendly and professional, and we work closely together to make sure every client has an outstanding experience when they visit us.
The Centre Assistant will be the first point of contact clients and visitors will have with Smart Works, providing administrative, phone and booking support for clients across Bristol and beyond. Therefore, we are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires strong administrative and customer service skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills and a drive to ensure all women who visit us have the best possible experience.
In addition to reception and administrative duties, the Centre Assistant will have the opportunity to get involved in and support exciting and varied project depending on their individual interests and skillsets. This could involve working with our volunteers, supporting on events, or creating new comms or social media posts.

As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will provide pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, providing individual safety planning, trauma-informed support, guidance, information, and advocacy and enabling victim/survivors to access the services they need in the aftermath of the abuse and trauma they have experienced.

Young People Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to help young people experiencing homelessness build safer, more independent futures.
Position: Young People Support Worker, Day
Location: Durham
Salary: £26,436 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
At Depaul UK, we believe in people’s potential and take action every day to help unlock it. As a Young People Support Worker, you will support residents living in supported accommodation to develop essential life skills, strengthen their resilience and move towards greater independence.
Using an assets-based and psychologically informed approach, you will build positive relationships with young people and provide personalised support based on their individual strengths, needs and ambitions.
Key responsibilities include:
· Creating and reviewing SMART support plans with residents
· Completing risk and needs assessments
· Supporting young people to access education, training, employment and volunteering
· Promoting physical health, emotional wellbeing and independent living skills
· Helping new residents settle safely into the service
· Responding appropriately to incidents and safeguarding concerns
· Working with colleagues, external agencies and community partners
· Maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe, welcoming service
About You
You may already have experience within supported housing, homelessness, social care, youth work or another support environment. More importantly, you will bring empathy, resilience and a genuine belief in the strengths and potential of young people.
You will be able to communicate clearly, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and remain calm when faced with challenging situations. You will also be organised, proactive and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Prescribing Team Lead to oversee the delivery and ongoing development of Bexley's Social Prescribing Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting residents to improve their health, wellbeing and independence through access to community-based support.
As Team Lead, you will provide operational leadership to a team of Community Wellbeing Coordinators, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for residents. You will work closely with GP practices, NHS partners, commissioners, local authority teams and voluntary sector organisations to strengthen partnerships, identify emerging community needs and support service improvement across the borough.
This role combines leadership, partnership working, quality assurance and performance management responsibilities with a small resident-facing caseload.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience of leading, supervising or supporting staff or volunteers.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working across organisations and sectors.
Experience using data, performance information and reporting to improve services.
Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities for adults, children and young people.
An understanding of social prescribing and person-centred approaches.
A passion for reducing health inequalities and supporting stronger communities.
