About the role:
You will manage and develop a team of Business Development Managers, Business Development Officers and a Business Development Coordinator, creating a high-performing culture that promotes accountability, continuous improvement and learning.
You will play a critical part in driving excellence in the quality of bids, tenders and proposals. You will oversee competitive tendering activity, strengthening bid processes (involving further integration of AI tools), embedding effective quality assurance arrangements and ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant, evidence-based and clearly demonstrate the impact of Victim Support's services.
Success in this role will also depend on the ability to build strong and productive relationships across the organisation. Working closely with operational leaders, finance, quality and performance, communications, policy and partnerships colleagues, you will ensure business development activity is informed by operational expertise and reflects organisational priorities.
This role is ideal for a collaborative and people-focused leader who combines strong business development expertise with a passion for developing teams, driving bid quality and delivering excellent cross-organisational working.

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take responsibility for Seaview's overall financial management, ensuring our transactions, procedures and records meet internal, charity and legal requirements. You'll work closely with our Service Managers, Honorary Treasurer and Board of Trustees on financial forecasting, business planning and grant applications, and you'll lead the development of budgeting and finance awareness across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise trustees on financial policy and prepare annual budgets, costings and appraisals
- Monitor income and expenditure against budget and produce regular management reports
- Liaise with bankers and investment managers and manage cash flow
- Oversee invoicing, fee and grant claims, and Gift Aid submissions
- Manage payroll, PAYE, NI and pension administration
- Maintain fixed asset and balance code schedules
- Review financial systems to minimise the risk of error or fraud and ensure statutory compliance
- Prepare draft statutory accounts in line with the Charities SORP, liaising with our Independent Examiner or auditor
- Provide financial information to support contracts and funding applications
- Line manage and support our Finance Officer, including supervision and appraisals
- Act as Charity Commission correspondent and company secretary for compliance purposes

Essential:
- Proven experience of budget setting and budget management
- Proven experience producing statutory accounts for charities to a high standard
- A relevant accountancy qualification, or significant experience in management, finance or the voluntary sector

About the role
As Remediation Legal Compliance Manager, you'll support the delivery of Peabody's fire remediation legal compliance and grant funding programme. About the Role
As Area Manager you will oversee delivery of high-quality services across Wales. This includes:

About the role
Jasmine Mother and Child Family Residential Centre is Trevi’s specialist residential service supporting women during pregnancy and mothers living with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures.
As Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of this seven-bed residential family service, ensuring a safe, nurturing and trauma-responsive environment for women, children and staff.
Working alongside the Head of Service, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of care and ensure the service meets Ofsted requirements and all relevant regulatory and safeguarding standards.
Key responsibilities include:
· Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
· Ensuring the safe and effective day-to-day running of the service
· Maintaining compliance with Ofsted requirements and relevant legislation
· Overseeing safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance
· Developing positive relationships with women, children and professionals
· Ensuring individual care and support plans uphold families’ dignity, privacy and safety
· Monitoring budgets, resources, staffing and service performance
· Supporting continuous service development and improvement
· Participating in the on-call rota, including scheduled weekends
Trevi will provide support with the Ofsted registration and interview process.
About you
You will bring strong leadership experience within residential childcare alongside a sound understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding and regulatory standards.
You must have:
· A minimum of two years’ residential childcare experience within the last five years, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
· An NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, be working towards it or be prepared to work towards it within six months of appointment, or Social Work England registration
· Experience of managing and developing an effective team
· Experience of working with women and children
· A strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment and person-centred support
· Knowledge of trauma-informed practice
· Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills

Reporting to the Head of Specialist Services, you will lead the delivery, performance and ongoing development of Southampton’s service, ensuring high-quality services for individuals affected by substance use and related complex needs.
The Impact You'll Make
As Service Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Southampton’s harm reduction and recovery orientated service. You will oversee a multidisciplinary workforce of approximately 70 staff, including recovery workers, clinicians and administrators.
The service incorporates a range of services, including:
- Opiate, non-opiate and alcohol teams
- Criminal Justice Intervention services
- Intensive outreach into homeless and supported housing settings
- Community Day Rehab
- Recovery support delivered across community settings
Working closely with commissioners and partner organisations, you will ensure the service plays a central role in Southampton's ambition to become a more equal city, addressing “the root causes of inequality while making Southampton a healthier, safer, greener and thriving city”.
You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, embedding the service’s person centred and trauma informed principles. This means maintaining a whole-system, person-centred focus that places people accessing services at the heart of delivery and decision-making.
This is a role for a confident and adaptable leader who can navigate complexity, build strong partnerships, and support teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for people facing substance use and wider social challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of around 70 staff, taking overall responsibility for service performance and culture.
- Provide leadership and support to Team Leaders, ensuring effective service delivery across all areas of the service.
- Promote accountability, continuous improvement and high-quality case management practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, statutory partners, and voluntary sector organisations.
- Ensure the service provides leadership across the city in regards to alcohol and drug issues.
- Support the integration of the services with SSJ's recovery housing and homelessness provision.
- Monitor contracts, performance targets, budgets and service outcomes, implementing improvements where required.
Essential Skills and Experience
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant management experience within substance use, mental health, homelessness, criminal justice, or other complex needs services.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop effective partnerships across multiple agencies.
- Experience managing contracts, service performance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of substance use treatment, recovery planning and case management.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), harm reduction, recovery capital, and psychosocial interventions such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Experience managing budgets, leading change and driving service improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to SSJ's values and competency framework, with a focus on leadership, organisational development and value for money.
