About the role:
As a Project Worker – Complex Needs, you’ll be at the heart of Single Homeless Project's (SHP) mission to end homelessness in London, working within our short-stay accommodation services that offer safety, stability, and a fresh start for people rebuilding their lives. Each day you’ll work alongside clients who have experienced homelessness and are navigating challenges such as substance use, mental health issues, trauma and physical health concerns. We are looking for a commited Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, commissioners, families and referring agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.

Payroll Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end payroll function across a large national organisation. This is a home-based role with occasional travel as required.

The Role
As a Payroll Manager, you will take ownership of the full payroll lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 1,500–2,000+ employees, ensuring an accurate, compliant and timely payroll service.

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a regional charity providing life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. With two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of critical care cars, our crew of critical care paramedics and specialist doctors bring their advanced skills, equipment and medicine to the scene of the incident in the fastest time possible.
The Supporter Engagement Team is the first point of contact for all our supporters and is a key function in our fundraising team. As Supporter Engagement Administrator, you will deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that all supporters are engaged with, receive exceptional supporter care and are encouraged to support us further.
You will ensure that information is captured, income is processed, thanked and banked in the best way possible, and supporters are stewarded effectively. You will continually identify ways to improve processes and procedures to ensure all our donors and supporters have a great experience supporting EAAA.
An excellent communicator with experience working within a customer service environment, you will be able to quickly form good working relationships and understanding with colleagues and supporters. You will demonstrate strong IT skills, including experience of using a CRM database and Microsoft Office.
