Salary: £37,635 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, Fixed term (12 months)

We are recruiting for a Deputy Service Manger to join our team in Athena Lewisham. You will work as part of a management team to ensure the running of the community-based service. You will oversee a team of Independent Gender-Based Violence Advocates, and work closely with victims of all forms of gender-based violence (domestic violence, sexual violence, financial and emotional abuse, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, trafficking, stalking, prostitution and “honor” based violence) from the point of crisis, to provide high quality independent advocacy and support to survivors and their children.

This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
