Location: Hybrid (minimum of two days in the office (119 Britannia Walk, London N1 7JE))
Salary: 45k per annum

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Membership Engagement Manager to join CIHT on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Leading a small, dedicated team, you will oversee membership operations and work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure our members receive excellent service and meaningful opportunities to engage.
This is a high-impact role where you will make a tangible difference over the next 12 months—strengthening member engagement and retention while contributing directly to CIHT’s ongoing digital and CRM transformation programme.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading engagement and retention initiatives and campaigns
- Improving the member journey and experience
- Supporting a strong regional and volunteer network
- Using CRM and data insight to improve performance
- Using data and CRM insight to drive decisions and improve performance
- Contributing to our digital and CRM transformation work
- Managing and supporting a small, collaborative team
About you
- Experience in membership, engagement or relationship management
- Strong CRM and data capability
- Experience leading and supporting teams and working with stakeholders
- Collaborative, organised and focused on delivery
Other requirements
• Willingness to travel within the UK with occasional overnight stays and occasional work outside standard office hours
• Commitment to and support of equality, diversity and inclusion and understanding of how this applies to delivery of own area of work
• Commitment to the aims, values and charitable objectives of CIHT

We are looking for a warm, organised and proactive Membership and Individual Giving Manager to help us deepen relationships with our members and supporters.
EDS UK is the leading UK charity dedicated to supporting people living with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD). We provide trusted information, community connection and advocacy, for better recognition, diagnosis and care. Our members and supporters are at the heart of everything we do.
This role is central to building a sustainable income base that allows EDS UK to continue providing vital support, information and advocacy for people living with EDS and HSD.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Membership Engagement and Services team to support and grow the Law Society's diversity and inclusion communities: Disabled Solicitors Network, Ethnic Solicitors Network, LGBTQ+ Solicitors Network, and Women Solicitors Network.
The Membership Network Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating the delivery of the engagement programme for the networks to raise awareness and enhance the visibility of the voice of these communities and key issues, and to create opportunities for networking and peer to peer support amongst network members.
This role is also responsible for ensuring network members are connected to the Law Society's broader work and EDI strategy and that opportunities to engage and contribute perspectives are both sought and shared.
This is an exciting and varied role where your expertise and engagement will be used to great effect to make a real impact for our members. The contract is expected to run from 10 August 2026 to 17 Sep 2027.
