  • Accurately record and import fundraising income into the organisation's CRM system.
  • Support the processing of income received via third-party fundraising platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records.
  • Assist with data cleansing, deduplication and other data quality projects.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure income is coded correctly and reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with large volumes of data.

You will have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM database.
  • Previous experience processing data and completing administrative tasks to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience using formulas to manipulate and cleanse data.
  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage competing deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively across teams.
  • An understanding of GDPR, data protection principles and Gift Aid processes would be advantageous.
