  • Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and develop life skills.

  • Plan and coordinate meaningful activities based on individual interests, needs and abilities.

  • Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, colleagues and external professionals.

  • Ensure support plans, risk assessments and records are accurate, up to date and person-centred.

  • Promote good practice in supporting people with autism, including positive communication and approaches to behaviour.

  • Monitor the quality of support and address any concerns promptly.

  • Support staff supervision, induction, training and development.

  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported appropriately.

  • Assist with audits, inspections and quality assurance processes.

  • Deputise for the Service Manager when required.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone is valued.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.

  • Confident in leading and motivating a team.

  • Caring, patient, approachable and a strong communicator.

  • Organised and able to manage competing priorities.

  • Committed to person-centred approaches and promoting independence.

  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding, risk management and good care practice.

  • Able to build positive relationships with the people we support, their families and professionals.

  • Passionate about inclusion and helping people achieve their goals.

Why Join Us?
