About the role:

At Single Homeless Project, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a life beyond crisis. As our Young Person’s Psychotherapist, you’ll play a vital part in making that happen. Working within our in house Psychotherapy team, you’ll provide one-to-one psychotherapy and co-produced psychoeducation groups for young people aged 16–25. Your work will focus on prevention, helping young people make sense of their experiences and build the tools to manage life’s challenges before they reach breaking point.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team offering a psychologically informed service - collaborating closely with support staff, managers and other professionals to create safe, empowering spaces where young people can explore their emotions, relationships and aspirations. From helping a young person understand their experiences of trauma, racism, poverty, family violence and parental substance to facilitating group discussions on understanding their emotions, assertiveness and boundaries in relationships.

About you: 

• Experience providing in-person psychotherapy sessions as a qualified Psychotherapist or Psychologist for a minimum of 2 years including substantial post-qualification experience with young people. 
• An understanding of complex support needs, including but not limited to mental health issues, complex trauma, substance use, youth offending and physical ill health, along with the potential barriers to engagement with services both residential and in the community. 
• An understanding of psychologically informed environments (PIE) and how service development can be achieved in collaboration with clients, staff team and service management. 
• Experience of facilitating team led clinical case discussion, providing staff psychological support and critical incident de-briefs.
• Experience of building trust with young people who may be wary of professionals and create a safe, supportive space. 
• A commitment to ensuring equality of access to psychological and psychosocial support to young people who face multiple systemic barriers, with the aim of involving young people in shaping their own support and outcomes. 
• You’re organised, communicate clearly, and committed to inclusive, anti-discriminatory practice in all you do. 
• BCP, BPS or UKCP registration or full BACP accreditation.

About the role

This is a pivotal and high‑impact role, perfect for a talented relationship‑based fundraiser who is motivated by purpose, strategy, and the power of partnership.

You will:

· Build and manage a strong portfolio of major donors, developing tailored engagement plans that inspire deep and long‑term support.

· Grow income from charitable trusts, foundations, and statutory funders through high‑quality applications and outstanding stewardship.

· Lead MWB UK’s Gift‑in‑Kind strategy, securing in‑kind products and managing the logistics journey from offer to delivery into field countries.

· Craft compelling proposals and impact reports that clearly articulate MWB’s vision and programme outcomes.

· Collaborate with passionate colleagues across MWB’s international network to identify funding priorities, shape supporter experiences, and maximise impact.

· Contribute strategically to MWB UK’s fundraising plans, spotting opportunities, and driving income growth.

This role blends hands‑on relationship management with strategic ownership.  This is ideal for someone who thrives on initiative, creativity, and wants to see their work translate into real, tangible change for vulnerable people.

About you

About Play for Progress

This is an exciting moment for Play for Progress (PFP) as we celebrate our 10th anniversary and reflect on a decade of creative, therapeutic and community-building work with young people navigating the asylum system. Play for Progress is a Croydon-based charity dedicated to supporting unaccompanied young people seeking asylum, aged between 14 and 25. The Role

This is a vital role at the heart of our organisation. As Admin Support Officer, you will be the operational backbone of Play for Progress — keeping our systems running smoothly, supporting our team to do their best work, and ensuring that the young people and partners who engage with us experience a professional, warm and well-organised charity.

The role is  hands-on, varied and  touches every part of the organisation. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and adaptable — someone who takes real pride in getting the details right and who understands that good administration is what makes good work possible. Key Responsibilities

General Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Manage and maintain organisational filing systems — both digital and physical — ensuring documents are accurate, accessible and up to date

• Draft, proof-read and format a range of documents including letters, reports, meeting papers and internal communications

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and promptly, including post, email enquiries and phone calls

• Support the scheduling and coordination of internal meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

• Support HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and maintaining records.

• Oversee the DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) process for staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements.

• Maintain staff training records and track compliance with mandatory training.

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates and onboarding

Programme & Operations Support

• Maintain and update databases and records relating to young people, sessions and outcomes, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements

• Assist with the collection and recording of monitoring and evaluation data to support impact reporting

• Assist with the coordination of half-term projects, events and external activities as required

The Frontline AIDS Technical Assistance (TA) unit is responsible for managing the delivery of Frontline AIDS’ portfolio of Technical Assistance assignments to a wide range of stakeholders. We have proven expertise in working with government bodies, national health programmes and civil society organisations to build skills in organisational development, financial management, grant management, programming in human rights and gender, and in strengthening community systems. We achieve this by deploying highly qualified, Southern-based, community consultants to work with recipients to deliver the support that is needed. Through this work, Frontline AIDS can generate income, which is returned to the rest of the organisation to support its broader mission.

The Frontline TA unit is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team to provide operational and administrative support. We are looking for candidates who are confident and experienced in providing operational and administrative support across multiple teams and organisations.

The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable interacting with a range of different individuals and organisations, including independent consultants and Frontline AIDS colleagues at all levels. They will be confident about engaging with a broad range of organisations - from the Global Fund and UN to community and civil society organisations, including Frontline AIDS partners.

About you:We are looking for someone with proven experience delivering multi-channel fundraising appeals and growing an individual giving or monthly donor programme. A confident project manager, you are highly organised and able to juggle multiple deadlines, coordinate stakeholders and keep campaigns on track. You are comfortable using data and insight to optimise performance, and you bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
