The Counselling Administrator role is key to SEL Mind's exciting new counselling service for Black residents of Southwark, delivered as part of the wider Southwark Wellbeing Hub. This part-time role (2.5 days / 18.5 hours per week) will play an important role in the Wellbeing Hub's provision to the Black community, expanding equitable access to culturally-appropriate support.
As Administrator, you will provide front-line support to clients wishing to access the service, screening them, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling, providing information and signposting to other support services as necessary. You'll work closely with the Counselling and Outreach Coordinator to keep up-to-date on other community organisations providing access to relevant, de-colonial approaches to mental health support.
The main working site is a community centre in SE5, and the role is at least one day per week in person. You will play a vital role in delivering an efficient, well-run service. Communication and partnership working is vital, so you should be highly organised and able to work independently but collaboratively.
The role will involve:
- Managing the Southwark Wellbeing Hub Counselling inbox and phoneline (along with the Counselling and Outreach Manager)
- Maintaining the schedule of counselling sessions and Counsellor group supervision, including client appointment reminders and re-scheduling as needed
- Providing clients with light-touch support by telephone and email
- Collecting and recording data, including customer feedback, and supporting management with reports
This role involves providing culturally specific support to Black clients. Applicants must be able to demonstrate lived experience of, and deep cultural understanding within, Black communities, and the ability to build trust with Black service users.

About You
The Events Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the Events Operations Manager with ensuring the accurate management of registrations, financial processes, documentation and stakeholder communications providing successful operational delivery of the Society’s full programme of events and will play a key role in maintaining high service standards for delegates, speakers and partners while supporting the smooth delivery of conferences and meetings.
The postholder will maintain and update event databases, including processing registrations, amendments and cancellations, process events payments, and provide administrative coordination for these events, including registration management, speaker communications, documentation and logistics tracking.

This role is an expansion of a current Finance Administrator's role, to allow additional support for our ecumenical charity's growth. This role will be responsible for all aspects of finance administrative and CRM database support and the successful candidate will want to be part of a faith-based organisation, committed to the mission of the charity both in the UK and the Holy Land.

- Monitor bank account payments, online donations, and standing orders/direct debits
- Produce reports from payment processing companies
- Produce Gift Aid claims in conjunction with Finance Manager
- Logging and recording of accounts payable
- Become an expert user of our CRM (Access ThankQ) to ensure high-quality, accurate and compliant supporter data
- Use the CRM to produce segmentation, reporting and data analysis - creating queries, dashboards and reports to track performance
- To support the delivery and distribution of shop products purchased either through the website shop, over the phone or by mail order
- Assist with product stock and ordering
- Assist with the website shop and maintaining/adding product listings

Role Purpose
The Salesforce Administrator delivers high‑quality configuration, development and support of the organisation’s Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively enables Trussell’s strategic and operational goals. The role designs and maintains CRM solutions, manages enhancements and supports users to adopt efficient, data‑led ways of working. By ensuring a stable, well‑governed and continuously improving Salesforce environment, the role strengthens organisational effectiveness and enhances decision‑making across teams.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and delivery effective Salesforce solutions.
Design and delivery effective Salesforce solutions by analysing user needs and translating them into Salesforce requirements and configurations to deliver reliable, user-centred solutions to improve workflows and system performance
· Co-ordinate CRM project delivery.
Work with the internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple CRM change projects, co-ordinating requirements, testing and deployment to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
· Manage Issue resolution and enhancements.
Work with external suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements and oversee changes, ensuring solutions follow best practice and meet organisation needs,
· Enable and support Salesforce user adoption.
Enable and support user adoption of Salesforce by providing user support training and documentation to strengthen system understanding and ensure consistent, confident use of Salesforce across Trussell.
· Maintain and Improve Data Quality.
Monitor data quality and proactively resolve issues, guiding teams to maintain accurate, consistent data that strengthens reporting and decision-making
· Drive continuous Salesforce Improvement.
Continuously improve the Salesforce platform and ways of working by staying informed of Salesforce developments, identifying opportunities for improvement and to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of CRM processes and functionality
Person Specification
Core Knowledge
· Salesforce platform administration principles, including configuration, data management and security
· Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Non-profit Cloud structure, objects and functionality
· CRM design principles, including process mapping, user experience and data governance
· Understanding of data quality, data protection and good information management practice
· Experience with third-party products such as Demand Tools, Click Deploy, Form Assembly, Own Backup, Apsona

What we’re looking for

- Experience in an administrative role (training or courses is a bonus, but not required)

- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience or understanding of dyslexia
