About the role:
Every day in this role is different, but at the heart of it is one thing: helping people feel safer, more stable and more in control of their lives.
As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll support people living across Westminster to sustain their tenancies, navigate challenges and build the confidence and skills needed to live independently. You’ll work alongside people facing homelessness, isolation, poor mental or physical health, domestic abuse, substance use and other forms of multiple disadvantage, providing practical and emotionally intelligent support that meets people where they are.
This is a role built on relationships. You’ll work closely with clients in their homes and communities, creating support plans that feel realistic, empowering and genuinely person-centred. Whether you’re helping someone manage rent arrears, reconnect with services, settle into a new home or take steps towards work, training or improved wellbeing, your support will help people move forward in meaningful and lasting ways.
You’ll be part of Westminster Floating Support, a fast-paced and supportive service funded by Westminster City Council, delivering housing-related support to people in all types of accommodation across the borough. Working as part of a collaborative and psychologically informed team, you’ll build strong partnerships with local services and agencies to make sure clients receive joined-up, holistic support.

A front door is not the finish line. For people moving on from rough sleeping, accommodation can be the first real point of safety in years — but keeping it, trusting support and preparing for independent housing takes skill, patience and persistence.
As Lead Support Worker in our Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme, you will support people accepted into RSAP move on accommodation to settle, sustain their tenancy and build the confidence, skills and connections they need to move forward. You will work with people who may be navigating trauma, poor mental health, substance use, offending histories, isolation or long periods of exclusion from services, offering support that is practical, consistent and rooted in their strengths.
You will take a lead role in referrals and assessments, develop high quality support and risk management plans, and work closely with housing, health, social care, criminal justice, substance use, mental health and community partners. From helping someone manage rent, bills and repairs, to advocating when systems become a barrier, you will be part of turning accommodation into a stable platform for longer term independence.
This is a role for someone who can combine warmth with tenacity. You will need to build trust, hold boundaries, stay calm when progress is uneven, and bring creative energy to complex situations. Brief role description

South East London Mind's Queer Minds Programme delivers peer-led mental health support for LGBTQIA+ people (aged 18+) in Lambeth and Southwark through two monthly peer support groups, a trans drop-in, events with partner organisations, psychoeducational workshops, and outreach activities.
The Programme Lead and Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and delivering the various strands of the programme, ensuring all services meet the contractual obligations of its funders. The role requires someone who is forward-thinking and adaptable, proactive in responding to the evolving needs of the group’s members and wider LGBTQIA+ community. They should be experienced in co-creative approaches to mental health and project management, working closely with programme participants to shape varied and meaningful initiatives. Salary: £55,000- £60,000 full time equivalent. This role sits within Band C on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.
Nature of contract: Full time or 0.8 FTE. Permanent. This is a hybrid role working from home and our office in Oxford. There is a requirement to attend the office once a week and for other meetings/work as required.

Support Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in South Warwickshire.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join us in delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region.
Position: 000013 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, South Warwickshire, including Rugby. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Salary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)
Contract: Our services are contracted, we currently have funding until 31 March 2027.

The Role
Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. As a coordinator you will provide personalised information, advice and support with regular reviews throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:

· Completing Needs Assessments with stroke survivors and supporting them to develop a stroke recovery plan.

About You
You will:
· Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.
· Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.
· Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs.
· Be proficient in using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel and experience using IT systems to record and maintain beneficiary data.
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Journeys and Experience Manager to join our Customer Engagement and Experience Team on a fixed term basis for six months.
We’re about to launch our new, organisation-wide, segmentation project – Designed Around You, where you’ll play a key role in using this new insight to support teams to deliver the experience our customers have of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel customer journeys that provide a consistent and engaging experience to all customers of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll lead the ongoing development and optimisation of how we welcome customers to the organisation, as well as our engagement journeys, ensuring that customer needs are met, and behaviours and interests are tracked across every touchpoint.
You’ll take a lead on briefing, journey design development, analysis, and reporting, to optimise customer engagement and income. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between data delivery, insights and product teams, sharing insights and best practice across the organisation. Coaching and collaborating with colleagues and external agencies is essential to ensure successful deployment of programmes.
