This peer support project is delivered in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust to support Carers of people with mental health conditions. This project will work to support Carers through one-to-one support, outreach, training and peer support groups.
About The Role:
Using your lived experience of caring for someone with a mental health condition, and a strengths-based approach, you will support mental health Carers in their caring role. You will provide person centred one-to-one- support, information, signposting, and advocacy, develop, and facilitate peer support groups and deliver training and outreach sessions at different locations across the borough.

About North Cotswold Foodbank
North Cotswold Foodbank is a charity which provides essential food and support to people facing hardship in our area. Our seven outlets are run almost entirely by volunteers, and led by a board of trustees. The day-to-day operation is managed by a small number of paid staff who work with volunteers and trustees to provide almost 2,000 emergency food parcels per year.
We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face hunger. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food to local people who are referred to us in hardship. We are part of a nationwide community of food banks, supported by Trussell, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
About the role:
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage the operation of North Cotswold Foodbank, its warehouse and seven outlets, focussing on operational efficiency and standards.
- In partnership with the Development Manager, guide the development of NCFB’s strategy including its material resources, financial assets, reputation, and partnerships.
- Help recruit, train and develop key members for the NCFB team, including employees and volunteers.
- Manage the food bank’s employees and our volunteers, setting clear objectives and reviewing performance as required.
- Be the key contact for local supermarkets and business partners.
- Maintain a foodbank phone and email account and keep volunteers, staff and trustees regularly informed by weekly newsletters and face-to-face contact.

The Innovation Hive is a team focused on delivering transformative, systemic change for children. As ODA funding declines globally, our goal is to expand our toolkit —including mobilising private capital to deliver impact for children at scale.
We operate as a surge team supporting SCUK's priorities in innovative and blended finance, including child-lens investing, carbon credits and inclusive insurance. These approaches complement existing programmatic work, maximising the impact of current and new resources and increasing funding towards our mission.

About the role
The Innovative Finance Manager role is central to advancing innovative finance initiatives that create transformative outcomes for children.
You will lead the design, shaping and execution of a portfolio of innovative finance projects—such as child-lens impact investment and inclusive insurance—across the Save the Children Movement, supported by the Innovation Hive. This includes designing and structuring financing mechanisms, developing proposals, and coordinating partners.
The role combines strategic leadership, venture development and execution, with a strong emphasis on mobilising capital, building partnerships, and developing scalable solutions that can influence systems and markets. You will play a key role in originating and structuring new opportunities, supporting their progression from early-stage concept through to implementation and scale, while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and impact objectives.
Working across geographies, with a focus on Latin America and Africa, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-impact programmes. With impact on children as your guiding star, you will also monitor emerging trends and opportunities in innovative finance to inform strategic decision-making.
You will also contribute to strengthening organisational capability in innovative finance, supporting knowledge sharing, mentoring colleagues, and embedding best practice across Save the Children UK.

Location & Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but at times you will be required to come to your contracted office (usually between 2–4 days per month, depending on the needs of your role, team, or service). For many roles, this is likely to be the minimum required to deliver impact.

Big Brother Watch is a leading voice in the UK protecting privacy and free speech, and has a strong track record of successful campaigns that defend civil liberties in the UK. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director and Head of Advocacy to build campaigns that respond to pressing threats to our freedoms. You’ll devise strategies to run successful digital campaigns including mass mobilisation; you’ll curate the supporter journey for our network of 100,000 email subscribers; you’ll manage and produce highly engaging content including long and short form videos and graphics for our social media channels; and you’ll lead our digital fundraising.
About you
The right candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and a proven track record in social media management, content/video production and digital fundraising.
You’ll have experience working across a range of digital channels, including social media and video, website CMS, and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp. Person specification
Passion for Big Brother Watch’s mission
Experience of managing website CMS, basic HTML
Experience in developing and managing newsletter strategy to drive engagement and support campaign goals
Strong understanding of social media, particularly X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, including best practice and trends
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
Hands-on experience shooting video content for campaigns or social media
Experience of producing impactful copy for campaigns, including on sensitive and nuanced issues
Demonstrable experience using digital skills for campaigns and/or fundraising
Good understanding of the political climate

Fauna & Flora is seeking a highly experienced conservation professional to fulfil the role of Country Director, South Sudan, assuming responsibility for the development, management and implementation of F&F’s growing South Sudan programme.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing technical input into the design, development, implementation and evaluation of biodiversity and conservation projects within conflict affected countries in Africa. They will also demonstrate a strong proven track record in operational, project, grant and financial management at a similar level and be skilled in providing strategic advice.
