We are looking for a Youth Support Manager to deliver outstanding pastoral care and safeguarding across NYO’s national programme. This role is central to ensuring that young people feel happy, listened to and secure while participating in NYO activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people’s wellbeing and development through music. You will manage the year-round processes, people and routines that enable consistent safeguarding and welfare practice, champion NYO’s ethos and help young people thrive on every project. You will also be a visible and responsive point of contact for young people and staff during NYO activity, during residential courses and non-residential and online delivery.
You will line manage the Youth Support Co-ordinator and manage the freelance Support Team workforce. Working closely with colleagues across the Programmes team, you will ensure that pastoral needs are embedded into project planning, risk assessment, delivery and debrief processes.
The ideal candidate will combine strong team management skills with a rigorous approach to administration. You will be confident handling conversations with teenagers and their parents/carers, managing sensitive information, and co-ordinating practical logistics in a busy residential environment. You will also be a visible and responsive point of contact for young people and staff during NYO residentials and other activity.

Role Summary
The main function of the bookings team is to provide high quality customer service for the Into Film Festival. Initially this will be receiving calls, processing bookings and liaising with educators on email and on the phone. There will then be a need to make outbound calls to drive bookings, speak to attending teachers and liaise with cinemas to ensure the festival runs smoothly. This is an exciting, front-line, varied role requiring high level communication skills and a solution-focused attitude. It is an opportunity to develop customer service and CRM/Salesforce skills and work for the world’s largest film festival for young people.

About the role
This is a part-time, permanent role (14 hours per week) that sits at the heart of LAH's operations and administration. As our Bookkeeper, you will ensure our financial records are accurate, our compliance obligations are met, and our senior team has the reliable information they need to make good decisions.
Day to day, you will process invoices and payments, reconcile bank accounts, prepare records for our annual audit, manage our income tracking across all programmes, and support payroll administration, all using Xero. You will report directly to the Director and work closely with the wider team.
This is not a back-office role at a distance from our mission. You will be on-site with us, part of the team, and your work will be visible and valued.
What we are looking for
You will bring at least two years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in the voluntary sector, alongside a relevant accounting qualification (IAB, AAT or equivalent). You will be confident with accounting software (we use Xero), have a strong eye for detail, and be able to work independently while being a genuine team player.
Just as importantly, you will have an understanding of and commitment to the communities we serve, and you will bring that commitment to everything you do.

This is a part-time, fixed-term role (21 hours per week) and a genuine investment in your professional development. As a Welfare Benefits Trainee Adviser, you will receive structured, on-the-job training to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to provide high-quality, person-centred advice. You will work under close supervision, with the opportunity to achieve the AdviceUK Learning to Advise (LTA) Full Programme certification within your first six months, between September and December 2026.
Day to day, you will support service users with a range of practical needs: interpreting calls, helping with GP registrations, guiding people through form applications, assisting with school enrolment, and providing orientation on accessing government support. As your training progresses, your responsibilities will develop towards more in-depth welfare benefits advice.
This is not an entry-level role that leaves you unsupported. You will be supervised, mentored, and developed throughout, and if you complete your probation successfully, further training and qualification opportunities may follow.
What we are looking for
You will be an advanced Spanish speaker with at least six months of experience working with individuals or communities in a supportive capacity, paid or voluntary. You will bring empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve, alongside a structured, organised approach and a willingness to learn.
You do not need to be a qualified adviser yet. What matters most is that you are ready to grow into one.

Role Overview
In this role you will be responsible for office management and administrative support across Pembroke House’s work, from supporting governance functions, to leading on Hall Hire bookings and supporting programmes in our buildings and in the wider neighbourhood.
You will be passionate about delivering and improving our processes to streamline our work, and enjoy bringing your skills in organisation and process management to a vibrant team. You will be comfortable multi-tasking and shifting priorities when needed on tasks such as answering the phone, ordering supplies, organising the logistical details of room hire and supporting the delivery of events.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Grants Manager to join our fundraising team and support the development of our grants and trusts income, from research and writing through to reporting and funder relationships. The successful candidate will play a central role in the fundraising team, working closely with the Head of Fundraising to manage the end-to-end process of our trusts and foundations income.
Core responsibilities will include writing and submitting funding applications, managing active grants and funder communications, leading on reporting, and maintaining our funder stewardship plan. This role would suit someone with a proven track record in trust and foundation fundraising who is confident working independently, motivated by making a difference, and ready to play a key part in sustaining and growing our work.
