The role

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our dedicated Beeing Together team. This is a role focused on delivering high-quality, engaging, and trauma-informed support directly with young people, while contributing to the wider development of the project.

You will build trusted relationships with separated and age-disputed young people, deliver group activities and one-to-one support, and work alongside partners to create opportunities that help young people achieve their goals. You will also contribute to youth voice, partnership working, and the ongoing learning and development of the project.

In practice, this means you might spend part of your week delivering group activities such as English conversation groups, life skills sessions, creative activities, sports, or community-based opportunities, and the rest providing individual support, coordinating delivery, building relationships with partners, and supporting project development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with separated and age-disputed young people, providing consistent, strengths-based support that recognises their experiences and aspirations.
• Plan and deliver engaging group sessions and one-to-one support using youth work principles, trauma-informed approaches, and inclusive practice.
• Work with young people to identify goals, overcome barriers, build confidence, and access opportunities that support their wellbeing and independence.
• Ensure young people are actively involved in shaping, evaluating, and influencing the project through co-production and participation approaches.
• Develop positive working relationships with referral agencies, statutory services, voluntary organisations, accommodation providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Work with partners and stakeholders to raise awareness of the project and support referrals and engagement from young people.
• Support the Beeing Insight Network by sharing learning, contributing to discussions, and helping improve support for separated and age-disputed young people across Greater Manchester.
• Ensure all activities are delivered safely and that safeguarding responsibilities are embedded throughout all aspects of the project.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and contribute to evaluation and reporting using GMYN’s project management systems.
• Support planning, administration, communications, budgeting, and reporting to ensure effective delivery of the project.
• Engage in reflective practice and use feedback, insight, and learning to continuously improve support for young people.

• Experience of working with separated, age-disputed, care-experienced, or other vulnerable young people.
• Experience of delivering youth work, activities, or projects with young people.
• Understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by separated and age-disputed young people, including the UK asylum and social care systems.
• Experience of building and maintaining effective partnerships with organisations and professionals.
• Understanding of youth work principles and trauma-informed approaches.
• Experience of planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating projects or activities.
• Commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.

As part of our friendly and collaborative Finance team, you will help ensure the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions across both the charity and its wholly owned subsidiary. Your responsibilities will include processing and recording income, maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, and providing essential support with a range of day-to-day finance activities. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role. You will have a proven ability to process financial transactions accurately, maintain reliable records, and use finance systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and Excel with confidence. A sound understanding of basic accounting processes is essential, and a relevant qualification would be advantageous. Alongside strong numerical and organisational skills, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

As the role involves working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will be a proactive team player with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be comfortable building positive working relationships, solving routine finance queries using sound judgement, and managing your workload effectively both independently and as part of a team. Above all, you will bring a reliable, conscientious, and enthusiastic approach, helping to ensure the Finance function delivers an excellent service that supports World Land Trust's mission to protect and restore threatened natural habitats around the world.

Bridge House is a new Christian community-based homelessness prevention project that bridges the gap between being at risk of eviction and long-term stable housing.It works, particularly with men from displaced backgrounds providing short-term accommodation and holistic support in partnership with local churches for up to 10 men who are at risk of homelessness.

Through practical, emotional,spiritual, and community-based support, Bridge House helps residents build stability and transition successfully into independent living and integrate into life in the UK. 

We are looking for a full-time Project Leader to lead this exciting new ministry at Bridge House.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, whilst being able to work on your own initiative, think creatively and act with the utmost integrity. 

About the Role: 

Project Leader – Bridge House 

• You will work as part of a mission team toconfidentlylead and developBridge Housesupportedhousingproject. 

• You will manage the Bridge House support team to develop individual client led support plans for each resident and in providing one to one support for those individuals, always maintaining a high standard of care while also taking on a caseload of residents to support yourself. 

• You will maintain an atmosphere where positive change and growth is encouraged and a place where tenants can take positive steps that will enable them to move on and lead independent and responsible lives. 

• You will share the love of Christ and take opportunities for sharing the gospel with the guests 

• You will assess prospective residents’ suitability to the project. 

Salary:  £37,720 plus benefits 

Location: Bridge House, London Bridge 

WorkingHours:Full-time (40 hours inclusive of lunch breaks) 

Contract: Fixed-Term - 24 months

There is an occupational requirement that the person appointed be an evangelical Christian.
