Working arrangements
This is a field-based role covering East London & Essex.
You'll need to live in (or within easy commuting distance which is defined as 1 hour from) East London region, or be able to relocate to this region.
You must have a full UK driving licence at the time of application with access to your own vehicle.

As a member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll shape how we develop our employees and volunteers, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver high-quality services. You’ll work closely with managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve learning across the organisation and support continuous improvement. You’ll also provide strategic oversight for a number of organisational projects, ensuring they are effectively governed and aligned with our organisational priorities.

This role can be undertaken remotely from within the UK. Hybrid and office-based working are also available, if preferred, from our offices in Harrogate, Malton, Northallerton, Richmond, Scarborough or Selby.
