The Hawk Conservancy Trust is a conservation charity and award-winning visitor attraction with a mission to conserve birds of prey. There are over 130 birds of prey on view, from owls to eagles. This role is full of variety and creativity. You will be responsible for delivering the annual marketing and communications plan which will include project management, social media, digital campaigns, planning, research, analytics, advertising, exhibitions and the production of marketing materials. The role is a brand champion, working to ensure that all marketing communication is relevant, accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to the brand guidelines, professionally representing the Trust as a leader in bird of prey conservation and as an awardwinning visitor centre. In this role you will provide line management and support to community-based staff who support survivors of domestic abuse across Derby City. This will include providing supervision on complex casework, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
The Deputy service manager will join our management team to assist the service manager in the delivery and development of high-quality support to survivors accessing our community-based services in Derby City. In this role you will ensure the smooth running of high-quality service to support survivors of domestic abuse. This will include managing staff teams to ensure effective advocacy is provided to survivors who are at medium/standard risk and their children.
A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive outreach service
Suitable candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support, and of managing case work. In addition, you must have experience of managing and motivating staff, knowledge of domestic abuse issues, experience of providing support to survivors, and experience of working in community-based services
As a member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call service, on a rota basis, responding to out of hours emergencies.

About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Communications and Engagement Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering WWF Cymru’s communications and engagement activity.
Working as part of a small, multi-disciplinary team and managed by the Head of Communications (Cymru), this role focuses on building public understanding, mobilising support and strengthening pressure for change in Wales. You’ll work closely with policy and public affairs colleagues to ensure communications activity supports influence on Welsh Government priorities and decision-making.

About You

We are growing our Partnerships team within SU Network, and are looking to bring on board a Partnerships Manager to help us expand our media sales and partnerships offering. We are seeking an experienced, driven and passionate Head of Philanthropy to lead on delivering income from our High Value (HV) audiences and income streams. Leukaemia UK and You
In 2025 we invested in growing our fundraising team so that we could fund more life-changing research, to increase our understanding of leukemia as a disease, and accelerate the development of kinder, more effective treatments. This included investment to grow the Philanthropy fundraising team, develop new fundraising products, increase our supporter networks, and build a stronger pipeline. As a result, we have seen significant year-on-year growth for a charity of our size and are keen to maintain this trajectory with the opportunities in front of us.
We are in the final year of our current 5-year organisational strategy cycle and in the process of developing our new 5-year fundraising strategy, so you will be instrumental in bridging the gap, delivering against agreed income targets for 2026 and driving forward new plans into 2027.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the post holder will at times be required to work both strategically and operationally, autonomously and collaboratively, as a critical member of the Fundraising Leadership Team. Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of being a Head of Philanthropy, demonstrating strategic leadership with a remit that includes oversight of a broad High Value fundraising portfolio, across multiple income streams.
- Experience of applying the principles of Philanthropy fundraising to develop and nurture a growing pipeline of 5- and 6-figure gift opportunities for supporters able to give at the highest levels.
- Experience of managing engaging Major Giving and Trusts & Foundations fundraising programmes to generate a warm pipeline of 5- and 6-figure gifts.
- Experience of overseeing a Special Events programme, comprising both fundraising and cultivation events.
- Experience of overseeing a Corporate partnerships portfolio and representing the charity at a senior level.

- Strong experience of building effective relationships with internal and external partners, senior stakeholders and suppliers, leading on the key relationships for the charity.

Main Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process.
The Programme Officer will lead our work in Yorkshire and Humber support our Managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. You will help to ensure our resources and publicity materials are well written and up-to-date, and to coordinate events to grow our employer network.
Working as the Programme Officer for Citizens UK, reporting to a Programme Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Contribute towards the achievement of CUK and LWF’s strategic objectives
Understand how the role contributes to LWF’s purpose and the core mission of CUK.
Reliably implement CUK’s and LWF’s policies, procedures, and values in own work.
Work with CUK community organisers and leaders to promote civic engagement with and ownership of the Living Wage campaign.
Feed into the LWF strategy and objectives development.
Living Wage Accreditation:
Support key contacts at potential LW Employers through the accreditation process, from dealing with initial enquiries to guiding them through the employer journey, to checking and processing their accreditation.
Develop rewarding relationships with key employers, industry, and campaign partners within our networks to build interest in the Living Wage and deliver a high-quality experience to our accredited employers.
With support from the wider team, develop plans and strategies to grow the number of accreditations in specific regions or industries.
Collate and disseminate Living Wage criteria and policy issues through both internal and external facing guidance, whilst reviewing and monitoring its suitability.
Support the development and implementation of projects to promote and grow Living Wage accreditations and develop the quality of service offered.
Build and manage projects and achieve work targets effectively
Successfully progress projects and tasks incl. tracking performance and expenditure.
Deliver agreed areas of the LWF’s work plan and leading on agenda items to report into team meetings.
Support the growth and development of new and existing Living Wage schemes incl. Recognised Service Providers, LW Funders, LW Places, Living Hours, Global Living Wage and Living Work Consultancy.
Deliver personal work targets on time and to standard:
Respond to telephone and web-based enquiries by providing advice and support to employers and supporters.
Provide administrative support for all aspects of the accreditation journey, incl. processing accreditations, recognitions, and renewals.
Maintain LWF data on systems, incl. Salesforce employer database.
Support the maintenance of our systems to ensure efficient processes and develop reporting mechanisms for effective monitoring and evaluation of our impact and progress against plans.
Coordinate and administrate Steering, Advisory or Leadership Groups as required, incl. coordinating agendas, sending out timely papers, taking minutes and following up on actions.

Plan and organise events to celebrate and grow our network of LW Employers, incl. playing an active role in the delivery of LW Week and assisting colleagues with event logistics
Represent and speak on behalf of the LWF at internal and external meetings and events.
Develop or feed into employer resources incl. marketing materials, blogs, reports, templates, and guides.
Develop and manage internal relationships
Work effectively with colleagues across Citizens UK.
Work collaboratively within the LWF team and actively participate in the team to ensure we meet the expectations of our network and stakeholders.
Generate income and resources
Contribute to plans and proposals to grow sources of income/resource.
Take personal responsibility for the careful stewardship of LWF’s resources.
