As a RISE Advisor working on our RISE programme you will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting the delivery and the development of the service. The service provides a range of trauma-informed and person-centred one to one and group support to victims and those who have harmed aged 15 and above. We provided focused support to those impacted by Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking to access education, training, employment or volunteering.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leader - Carer Peer Support (Adult Mental Health)

We are looking for someone to join our local, independent Carer-led charity, someone who has their own personal story of caring, able to use that lived experience as well as their professional skills and knowledge to help others. The postholder will collaborate extensively with our funding partner, South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, as well as other charity delivery partners to improve the identification of, and support for, unpaid family and friend Carers of adults with mental health needs. The work may also involve identifying children and young people in caring roles and brokering access to our Young Carers Support team.

As well as leading a small, part-time team of Carer Peer Support Workers, you will work alongside them, providing front-line, individual and group dedicated support (practical, social and clinical interventions). As well as coordinating services to assist Carers with their own wellbeing needs, you will enable Carers to provide well-informed care for their friends and family. You also will be our representative for the MH Trusts’ Triangle of Care Steering Group.

We are seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer for an immediate start. Reporting to the school's in-house Legal Advisor, you will ensure the school operates in full compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, promoting a culture of compliance across all areas of school activity.

This role is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term contract working term-time, plus INSET days and a further three weeks during the school holidays (38 weeks). The role also has part-time support provided by the Compliance Administrator.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Community Fundraising Executive works closely with the National Community Fundraising Manager to deliver short and mid-term strategic plans and priorities for the function. The role is responsible for growing community awareness of the charity and driving fundraising activity across the region to meet income targets by proactively seeking out creating new opportunities and relationships. The key areas of activity the role is responsible for include generating and building relationships with community groups, organisations, volunteers and supporters, identifying new opportunities and leads within the region that will generate new income streams for the charity, and presenting to local organisations and groups within the region.

37 hours per week / Permanent / Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 / Hybrid working - a minimum of three days on site per week, with up to two days working from home.

The Impact and Improvement Team provides leadership on business improvement and assurance of service delivery - including quality, performance, and outcomes for children and young people. The team ensures that data and reporting meet statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, while also overseeing critical functions such as data protection, complaints, and whistleblowing.

The team is additionally responsible for driving the organisation’s digital transformation agenda. Through the work of the Digital Systems Project Manager and the Data & Performance Lead, the team leads strategic projects aimed at improving data quality and developing systems that support the needs of an increasingly digital organisation.

The Data and Systems Support Officer is an exciting new role created to help our colleagues access and use information with greater confidence and ease, enabling them to deliver the best possible services. By supporting colleagues across the organisation, this role will make data feel more approachable, reliable, and genuinely useful in day‑to‑day work.

You will play a key role in supporting data activity across the organisation, working closely with and learning from the Data & Performance Lead. They will contribute to essential reporting and analysis, offer practical support to non‑technical colleagues facing data challenges, and produce clear insight summaries for Deputies, Managers, and Heads of Service. The role includes a defined development pathway, with on‑the‑job learning and system‑administration training delivered by our system partners.

As our processes become increasingly digitalised, this role will strengthen resilience and flexibility within the data function. You will also provide vital internal administrative support for key systems, helping us respond more quickly to user requests and shape ongoing improvements across our digital and data landscape.

We are looking for a someone with a strong understanding of how data supports organisational performance and informs effective decision‑making. Along with a strong attention and a desire to learn analytics, system administration and digital tools in a supportive environment.

You will recognise the value of clear reporting and engaging visualisation in bringing information to life and be genuinely passionate about helping colleagues unlock the potential of digital tools.

You will already have excellent communication skills that enable you to work confidently with a wide range of internal stakeholders, many of whom may not have a technical background. Experience with data handling, reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or equivalent), Salesforce, and SharePoint would be highly advantageous.

As Charity Officer, you will directly support our venues based at Mill Green Golf Club, The Arkley 9 Golf Club, and Ansty Golf Club, with a main presence at Mill Green and The Arkley 9.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery:

• Plan, organise, and execute a range of community outreach and charity events, including (but not limited to) Fun, Food, and Golf, Community Cafes and School outreach.
• Collaborate with local schools, charities, and community groups to build strong relationships and drive participation in these programs.
• Ensure the successful delivery of events, including logistics, staffing, equipment, and communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Work as part of the leadership team at each assigned venue to ensure that charity delivery is an integral part of venue operations.

Partnership Management:

• Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, charities, and other organisations, working to enhance the visibility and impact of Get Golfing’s charity initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities for collaboration with local charities to create synergies and maximise the use of our venue spaces.
• Represent Get Golfing at community events, meetings, and partnerships, ensuring a positive and professional image of the charity.

Funding and Compliance:

• Familiarise with and navigate the local government Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) funding landscape to secure funding for eligible programs where applicable.
• Ensure all programs are compliant with relevant local safeguarding requirements for working with young people and vulnerable adults.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for funding applications and compliance checks.

Safeguarding and Wellbeing:

• Adhere to and enforce Get Golfing's safeguarding policies, ensuring that all staff and volunteers are adequately trained and supported.
• Monitor the safety and wellbeing of all participants during events, making sure all appropriate risk assessments and safeguarding protocols are followed.

Community Engagement and Impact:

• Engage with local communities to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring Get Golfing’s programs are accessible, relevant, and impactful.
• Promote Get Golfing’s charitable initiatives through local media, social media, and other communication channels, raising awareness of the charity’s work.
• Collect data and feedback to measure the success and impact of outreach programs, activations and initiatives- assisting with the preparation of reports for key stakeholders.

Administrative and Event Coordination:

• Maintain accurate records of events, funding applications, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams within Get Golfing to ensure effective event delivery and administrative support.
• Manage the budget for each project and event, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.

Person Specification

Experience

• Experience in community engagement, charity work, event management, or education, particularly in a role involving young people or vulnerable groups.
• Experience working with children and young people in an educational, sporting, or charitable setting.
• Understanding of fundraising strategies and the ability to secure financial support for charitable initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills

• (Desirable) Knowledge of the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) funding landscape and local government initiatives.
• Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures for working with children and vulnerable adults.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including schools, charities, and local authorities.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple events simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce reports and promotional content.

Attitude and Approach

• Passionate about sport and its potential to engage and benefit communities.
•  A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid DBS check or the willingness to undergo one is required.
• A willingness to undertake the role of Welfare Officer for the purposes of safeguarding (relevant training will be provided).
