Our Interim Executive Director will lead JustMoney Movement into the next chapter of our exciting story. The primary focus for the role will be to develop and implement a sustainable future strategy, while providing transitional leadership.
The JustMoney Movement is a small organisation with a big vision. We are passionate about the role Christians and churches can play in bringing about an economy that works for people and planet. We have a vision of a fairer, greener future, and we believe money is integral to shaping that future. As Christians we believe our use of money should flow from our faith and values such as justice, compassion, the dignity of all, and the importance of caring for creation. Our current strategic priority is to increase the reach, depth and diversity of engagement of Christian individuals, congregations and networks in the UK with the JustMoney Movement, in order to have a meaningful impact on policy and practice for a fairer, greener future.
Under the leadership of Sarah Edwards, over the past 5 years, we have rebranded from the Ecumenical Council for Corporate Responsibility (ECCR), and grown a substantial profile and programme of education and campaigning work across the UK churches, connecting faith and finance for a fairer, greener world.
We are living in turbulent times where we face interconnected, systemic crises in inequality, nature and the climate, driven by our financial and economic system. We believe our movement building approach, technical expertise, and wide range of collaborations across church, other faith and secular groups, enable us to play a vital role in confronting these crises.
At the same time, small charities face unprecedented challenges at this current moment, and require bold and innovative approaches in order to navigate this context. We are looking for an Interim Executive Director to help us build on this legacy, to secure a sustainable long-term future, while remaining agile and able to seize opportunities as they arise. The role will need to establish a sustainable future strategy and develop our funding strategy, while overseeing the delivery of our current workplan and ensuring sound governance of the charity.

Health & Wellbeing Lead - Love Barton
Are you a Christian leader passionate about supporting adults to thrive in the face of challenging circumstances?
At Love Barton, our mission is simple: to see people and families in Barton flourish, whatever their circumstances. Together, we're working towards fewer people facing food insecurity and poor mental health, young people with the self-esteem to make good decisions, and parents and carers with the confidence to see their children thrive.
What we do - and why it's great to work here
Barton is a council estate on the outskirts of Oxford with a tough reputation, but we see something different: a community brimming with talent, kindness and resilience. As a Christian charity established in 2022, we work in close partnership with Barton Community Church to tackle the deep-rooted obstacles - poverty, family breakdown, poor mental health, low self-esteem - that stop people here reaching their potential.
We already run a listening service, a twice-weekly emergency foodbank, and a family food pantry, supporting hundreds of adults and children each year. We're a small, close-knit team, and every person who joins us gets to see the direct impact of their work on real lives in the community.
The role and its impact
As Health & Wellbeing Lead, you'll head up an exciting set of projects on the Barton estate - leading volunteers and managing programmes that meet the health and wellbeing needs of the local community. You'll manage and grow our existing services, and work with the Charity Director to spot new opportunities and support fundraising.

Are you a strategic and decisive fundraising leader ready to use your skills and talents so that everyone can know Jesus through the Bible?
At Wycliffe Bible Translators, growth is accelerating, with individual giving up 36% and legacy pledgers doubling to 440 over the last three years. This means supporting more Bible translators, growing local churches, and transforming lives. Remarkably, more Bibles have been translated in the past 30 years than in the previous 2,000. Yet, 1 in 5 people worldwide remain underserved without God’s word in their language. We have ambitious plans to exponentially expand individual giving from £1.35m to £5.6m by 2032, built on strong foundations, team enthusiasm, and expert agency engagement.
As Director for Supporters, you will provide pivotal fundraising leadership to build long-term support through regular giving and legacies while valuing donors deeply. You will guide and empower a motivated team within a genuinely remote-first organisation, recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list. If you want your leadership to help us say ‘Yes!’ to supporting more Bible translators worldwide, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities:
Grow individual giving income exponentially from £1.35m to £5.6m by 2032, with a focus on regular giving
Pilot, test and scale fundraising products that meet donors needs
Achieve exceptional donor retention rates through shaping a culture of fundraising that puts the supporter at the heart
Lead and empower a talented team and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high performance
