The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking a talented and driven Trusts and Foundations Co-ordinator to help the Development team deliver growing, sustainable fundraised income. Working closely with an experienced senior grant-writer, the Trusts and Foundations Co-ordinator will steward existing funders and develop funding applications for:

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The primary responsibilities of the Trusts and Foundations Co-ordinator are fundraising from and stewarding Trusts and Foundations, achieved by undertaking the following tasks:
1. Delivering the Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on:

Identification and cultivation:

Producing lists of prospects to share with the Development Board, via the Director of Development.

Identifying opportunities for cultivation at projects, events and concerts.

Application development:

Responsibility for developing small to mid-range Trust, Foundation and statutory applications up to £25,000 including copy development, application budget creation (using signed-off source budgets), and sign-offs from project manager and line manager.

Maintaining a strong momentum of application submissions, aiming to fundraise a year ahead of project delivery where possible.

Collaborating with Development colleagues to agree stewarding responsibilities, review prospects, report on Trust & Foundation income vs. targets and identify prospects whose giving objectives align with the Philharmonia’s work.

Working closely with colleagues in the Learning & Engagement, Concerts and Marketing departments to build strong, collaborative working relationships in order to source project information to support the development of funding bids.

Stewarding

Ensuring timely report development and submission, to maximise re-application rates.

Ownership of accurate and comprehensive Trust, Foundation and Statutory accreditation in all collateral and online.

Proactive and consistent conduit between prospects and the Philharmonia, managing invitations to supported projects and ensuring consistent, warm and professional relationship management.
2 Ensuring efficient administration of Trusts and Foundations fundraising, including:

Managing all Trusts and Foundations pledges and grants on our CRM Tessitura, and ensuring data capture and processing is in line with GDPR and other privacy laws.

Population and updating of Trusts and Foundations submissions, stewarding and reporting tracker.

Accurate records of all correspondence held in SharePoint.

About the role
The Supporter Care Executive plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to all UK donors. Acting as a key point of contact, the Supporter Care Executive will ensure that every supporter feels valued, informed and appreciated. You will handle a range of enquiries across phone, email and written correspondence, providing accurate information and resolving issues with warmth, professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- To be directly responsible for efficiently responding to supporter and wider audience enquiries and donation pledges; adding value, taking every opportunity to promote and exceed expectations.

About this role: Based in Higher Openshaw, East Manchester, Justlife currently works across Manchester and Tameside providing one-to-one key work support to empower vulnerable adults housed in temporary accommodation (TA) to move towards more secure housing, independent living and improved health and wellbeing. The role of Specialist Support Worker involves playing an active part in the Specialist Support Team by supporting a caseload of clients that are experiencing housing vulnerability and taking part in regular outreach visits to TA’s across Greater Manchester on the Justlife minibus. The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to support clients with varying degrees of mental and physical health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services and to access suitable housing solutions. The Specialist Support Worker is also expected to develop good working relationships with TA Landlords and Managers recognising the important role that they play in ensuring that their tenants experience of TA is as positive as possible. This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments, assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health and addiction needs, as well as advocating for them to get access to suitable housing and social security benefits. The role is dependent on excellent communication and collaborative working with colleagues and a variety of partners and professionals, including the Probation Service, local council services and other third sector organisations. The role requires a high degree of motivation in addition to creativity and flexibility to support people with multiple and compound needs. Skills and Competencies

This role will focus primarily on account management of existing corporate partners, most of whom are based in London and work within the financial services sector. Corporate partners support the charity through donations, participation in a collaborative supporter group, and employee volunteering.
A key part of the role will be coordinating our corporate volunteering programme, particularly school-based volunteering sessions where corporate employees deliver financial education workshops. Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for two passionate and proactive Upstream Practitioner’s to join our Team based in Bournemouth.
About us
Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity. We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. We provide homeless young people with accommodation, mental health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
The roles
We have two permanent Upstream Practitioner roles available, which are both school based and are part of our policy and prevention directorate. They will report to the Senior Upstream Practitioner and as a team, you will play a key role in our pre-16 prevention pilot, helping to identify and address the root causes of youth homelessness.
We have one full-time role and one term-time role available. Both roles are 37.5 hours per week and will be based in The Bourne Academy. The full-time role is working over 52 weeks and includes annual leave entitlement in line with Centrepoint’s policy. The term-time role is working over 41 weeks per year (39 weeks during term time plus 2 additional weeks). This role does not include annual leave. Instead, the annual leave is paid in addition to the salary.
The successful candidates will need to be available week commencing 23rd March Monday to Friday in Manchester, to undertake Level 4 mediation training with UK Mediation. All expenses will be paid for by Centrepoint.

- Delivering a school-based early intervention programme aimed at preventing youth homelessness
- Administering the Upstream Survey to students aged 11–16 to help identify hidden risk factors
- Managing and maintaining a caseload of young people, carrying out holistic assessments to understand their wellbeing, relationships, and home life, working proactively with them and their families before issues escalate to crisis point
- Leading and delivering workshops and providing early intervention support focused on emotional wellbeing, resilience, healthy relationships, and independent living skills
- Working closely with schools, families, and community services to support sustained positive outcomes
- Collecting, monitoring, and recording impact data to track progress and support continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting children, young people, and families in a preventative or early intervention context
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with young people, families, and professionals
- Strong skills in completing risk assessments and managing safeguarding concerns and be committed to safeguarding and trauma-informed practices
- Knowledge of local services and referral pathways
- Ability to work independently within a school-based environment while collaborating with partner agencies
