Key Responsibilities
- Sets and delivers the strategic approach for CEO Office coordination and leadership communications (internal), aligning leadership rhythm, decision flow, and engagement to organisational priorities. This includes line management of the PA to the CEO, and close working with the CEO's external communications advisor
- Provides timely counsel to the CEO, flagging up risks and opportunities, and acting with discretion and diplomacy across the organisation to resolve challenges and provide solutions
- (Where required) Leads on the delivery of key strategic projects for the CEO/Chief Strategy and People Officer, and / or engage to trouble-shoot on existing projects, depending on business need; this could be related to organisational effectiveness, collaboration and engagement, or internal services to the organisation
- Oversees ClientEarth’s Global Internal Communications & Engagement Programme - including the line-management of our internal communications advisor - to connect colleagues across our offices, promote effective information flow, champion an equitable, diverse and inclusive culture, and embed ClientEarth’s values
- Support the professional development of line reports through ongoing supervision, influencing them to take positive action and to be accountable for their work and contribution to the smooth-running of the organisation.

Our Adult Learning Manager is a key operational role within the Adult Learning, Skills and Employment service. The post holder will take lead responsibility for the management and delivery of High Trees’ adult learning and community education provision, ensuring highquality, accessible and impactful learning for local residents.

About the Role
As a Project Manager for Quality & Compliance, you will provide support across the team's functions, including audit and compliance data reporting, and will lead on driving continual improvement projects.

What the job involves
As Business Development Manager (Health), you’ll direct identifying and securing high-value partnerships within the health and pharmaceutical sectors, helping to generate meaningful income and impact. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use your sector knowledge and commercial insight to build and manage a targeted pipeline, developing tailored, high-value propositions and leading opportunities from initial engagement through to agreement.
Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Research, Health Services, Equity and Improvement (HSEI) and the Leadership Team, you’ll turn existing relationships and networks into strong, value-aligned partnerships. What we want from you
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who brings both commercial insight and a genuine passion for making a difference in the health space. You’ll have built your career in business development, sales or high-value fundraising, ideally within health or pharmaceutical settings, and will be able to point to examples where you’ve successfully secured significant partnerships or commercial agreements.

A fixed term opportunity has arisen to join the College’s small but friendly Human Resources department for an Interim HR Manager.
This opportunity has been created to enable the team to deliver critical people related projects and activities which support the college’s team members in the delivery of our strategic aims.

Staff Engagement

- Manage and fully engage in monthly Staff Engagement Committee meetings. Ensuring HR is represented, the committee has good representation levels and including chairing on a rota basis with members, researching topics and taking forward initiatives and ensuring resourced.
- Manage set up, chair quarterly staff award panels and communicate winners. Review scheme with SEC as needed.
College Onboarding and probations
- Working with the HR team and other relevant stakeholders and departments to develop the College’s Onboarding (including Induction, to include College, Department, Job related, Safety, IT, Compliance, values and EDI modules together with an opportunity for joiners to meet face to face and network). Also develop clear guides for managers around who covers what and a pack to support delivery and launch once agreed.
Training and Personal Development and Policy Review
- Develop and deliver training to managers on all aspects of recruitment and review recruitment to ensure inclusivity and meeting TIDEMARK standards.
- Working with HR Officer to develop College annual training plan for 2027 including sourcing of external solutions and in house delivery of training to meet College training needs and maximise budget.
- Explore, recommend and develop career development opportunities for staff.
HR Advice and processing cover and oversight
- Manage and advise on complex HR cases and provide advice and guidance to HR Officer in Director of People’s absence as and when required.

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting a Communications Lead to join Working Well Trust. - You will maintain communications schedules and distribution lists to support targeted communication with staff, clients, employers, funders, referral partners and other stakeholders.
- You will work alongside the CEO and Operations Director to draft and implement communications plans to support the mobilisation of new services, including liaising with contract leads and funders where appropriate.
- You will also support events, internal meetings, audits, reporting and general communications activity as required.
What you’ll need
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Proficient skills and experience in using social media for organisational and event promotion, including platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience of using social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, including paid-for posts.
- Experience of using analytics and insight tools to improve reach and engagement across digital platforms.
- Experience of using WordPress or a similar content management system to create, edit and maintain webpages.
- Proficient graphic design skills and experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting, creative storytelling and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to present information clearly, engagingly and accessibly for different audiences.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with staff, clients, external partners and supporters.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Competence in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Word and Excel.
- Commitment to Working Well Trust’s aims and objectives.
Beneficial, but not essential:
- Experience of working in the voluntary sector.
- Knowledge of mental health, neurodiversity, disability or safeguarding awareness.
- Experience of producing online content in a range of formats, including video and multimedia storytelling.
- Experience of designing and updating marketing materials.
- Experience of collaborative working with service clients, including co-production.
