Bible Society have recently re-configured their leadership team to release the CEO to take up more of the external opportunities that are growing in both number and profile.

The Head of Office is a new role designed to help the CEO maximise the impact of these opportunities in two main ways: first by identifying and prioritising opportunities with the greatest potential, cultivating strategic relationships and partnerships, and marshalling the talents of the team internally so that the Bible Society is not only responding to opportunities as they arise but actively shaping the environment in which they operate, and secondly helping the CEO proactively curate an effective external engagement programme to communicate my core messages so that we can grow our missional impact in this season of openness.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic acceleration, external engagement, and the strengthening of relationships and influence across the wider sector. It will require skills in strategic thinking, public engagement and messaging, relationship building, decision-making around opportunities and project management.

Job Description

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will help shape Catch22's future growth by building influential relationships with commissioners, funders and strategic partners. You will lead our approach to stakeholder engagement, ensuring market intelligence, trusted relationships and early opportunity insight are translated into sustainable growth opportunities.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will raise Catch22's profile across key markets, influence future services and funding opportunities, and play a pivotal role in securing the partnerships that enable us to deliver lasting impact for people and communities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering a structured, agile stakeholder engagement strategy and delivery plan for Catch22.
• Overseeing Catch22's commissioner and funder engagement activity, coordinating and influencing engagement across senior colleagues to ensure activity is strategic, aligned and supports sustainable growth.
• Building and managing senior relationships across local government, strategic authorities, trusts, foundations and lottery funders, creating opportunities to understand, anticipate and respond to future commissioning and funding priorities.
• Leading Catch22's place-based engagement approach, coordinating local engagement activity and strengthening relationships across priority markets and emerging devolved structures.
• Generating and sharing commissioner, funder and market intelligence, acting as a trusted advisor to operational and business development leaders and informing growth priorities, service development and pipeline decisions.
• Owning and continuously improving stakeholder engagement processes, systems and reporting, effectively using data and technology, while ensuring effective governance, compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

We are looking for a credible and thoughtful relationship-builder who earns trust, navigates complexity with sound judgement and responds confidently and pragmatically to emerging opportunities and challenges.

You will bring to the role:

· A strong track record of building influential relationships with commissioners, funders, government departments, trusts, foundations, strategic partners and other senior stakeholders.

· Experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies that have supported organisational growth and strengthened market position.

· Exceptional influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with credibility at executive, political and system-leader level, and experience aligning senior colleagues around a strategic approach to stakeholder engagement.

· Strong understanding of public sector commissioning, procurement and grant funding, including local government, integrated care systems and the evolving devolution landscape.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence diverse audiences and translate complex information into clear, compelling messages.

· Experience of stakeholder mapping, engagement planning and measuring relationship effectiveness.

· Digitally confident and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems and market intelligence tools to inform decision-making.

· Willingness to travel nationally, as required.

Thames Rivers Trust (TRT) is part of The Rivers Trust movement. We are recruiting a Programme Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of the Water Company Partnership: a developing arrangement between TRT, The Rivers Trust, Thames Water and ZSL that works alongside and helps coordinate support for the 27 Catchment Partnerships of the Thames Basin. You will oversee delivery across all five of the Partnership's workstreams and be accountable to the Partnership Board for progress, combining day-to-day programme management with support to the Board's strategic oversight.

In practical terms, this role exists to help integrate Catchment Partnership hosts and partnership members with Thames Water's delivery programme, and to upskill those partnerships so they are equipped to plan, fund and deliver more on the ground themselves, building the same kind of productive relationships with other funders and partners too, not just Thames Water. It is a genuine opportunity to shape how a major water company and its environmental partners work together, and to help turn that partnership into real, measurable improvements for rivers and the wider environment across the Thames Basin.

Your responsibilities will span five workstreams:

● Governance: catchment partnership maturity and tiering, network structure and governance models

● Monitoring and Evaluation: river health scorecards, monitoring standards and evidence for investment decisions and Thames Water's PR29 submission

● Capability and Capacity, including CaPS: TRT's own Catchment Partnerships Support Programme, learning and development, and running the Thames Catchment Forum

● Catchment and Nature-based Solutions: supporting delivery of wetland, river restoration and storm overflow projects

● Blended Finance: developing environmental market mechanisms and diversified funding for Catchment Partnerships

You will also service the Partnership Board, coordinate quarterly reviews with individual catchment hosts, and act as TRT's key liaison with Thames Water, The Rivers Trust, ZSL and Catchment Partnerships across the region.

We're looking for someone with experience delivering environmental, catchment or nature-recovery programmes, strong partnership working and facilitation skills, and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-organisation programmes through influence rather than line management. Knowledge of the water sector, WINEP or AMP planning, nature-based solutions or blended finance would be an advantage, as would a project or programme management qualification.

The Societies Development Manager is a vital role within the Student Activities team, providing accurate, consistent and innovative support to the student volunteers running over 300 societies. This role will support the delivery of a variety of student led events and activities, empowering and enabling student leaders. This role will put students’ experience at the forefront of everything we do, focusing on providing excellent management of stakeholder relationships, problem solving and risk management with student activities. The Societies Development Manager will work collaboratively across the Student Experience directorate to empower student leaders to run impactful activities for their peers - removing barriers to engagement wherever you find them. They will be responsible for leading major events across the Union and project managing key cross-departmental initiatives such as our annual awards celebrations. •To build relationships with local professionals in order to support local campaigns to reduce SIDS deaths, sleep related accidents and infections in babies.

•To ensure the Lullaby Trust’s work reflects the public health agenda across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

•To work with the Policy and Research Manager reviewing external health and social documents/policy.

Design and deliver training

•To be lead the Training Team Working Group and chair meetings.

•To lead and work to deliver the training strategy by creating and promoting evidence-based online training packages aligned with public health priorities to a range of professionals working with families and babies vulnerable to sudden infant death which enables confidence to have meaningful conversations with families. 

•Plan, develop and record online webinars and presentations for families and babies vulnerable to sudden infant death and on bereavement support in line with the Training Strategy

•Use national and local data to create and deliver training packages which is responsive to need, SUDI and safeguarding reports and investigations and CDOP themes.

•To meet and liaise with outside organisations to deliver showcase training packages.

•To ensure training is evaluated and adapted/developed

•To work with engagement team to ensure training is promoted.

Create and assist with development of online and printed information resources particularly aimed at those vulnerable to sudden infant death.  

•Assist with checking accuracy of safer sleep info posts on social media and -participating in Q&As.

•Create resources specifically aimed at families and babies vulnerable to sudden infant death.

•Develop resources and tools for professionals working with families to have meaningful conversations and support safer sleep messaging.

•Develop resources for professionals that translate evidence and research into good standards of practice.

•Review and update website text and social media messages on safer sleep in conjunction with the engagement team.

Proactively engage families with Lullaby Trust advice, responding to enquiries and ensuring anyone seeking advice is given a high-quality service in a timely way

•Manage the cover and answer information enquiries including helpline and online, on safer sleep responding within the set guidelines and KPIs for the department.

•Manage and facilitate the Young Parent Panel and New Families Panel in collaboration with other specialist organisations and charities; keeping in contact, recruiting new members, arranging meetings, focus groups and user testing and feedback on resources and activities.

•To be a representative for media work promoting safer sleep advice, including radio, tv, pre-recorded and live media.

•Work with other teams to reach more families including on projects focussing on high risk groups and under-represented families.

As Member Network Account Manager, you will be the main contact for several Member Networks. The Head of Fundraising will work closely with our Chief Executive and will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic fundraising programme that generates sustainable income and supports the organisation's growth aligned to ambitions. Community Fundraising Manager

Salary: Outer London Business Support Scale, Grade 5\6 (Spine Points 21.1 – 28), £32,064 - £36,579 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.

Location: Copthall House, 9 The Pavement, Grove Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1DA

Working Pattern: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office; travel across all OHC&AT sites and to external meetings required, including at weekends, for which time off in lieu will be given. The Limbless Association is seeking a proactive, creative and resourceful Development Officer to enable the charity to extend its reach across the south west.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting individuals and their families experiencing amputation, through their rehabilitation, recovery and life beyond limb loss.

The Amputee Network Development Officer will play a pivotal role in the LA realising its outreach aims in the region. This role will build capacity across a range of outreach support activities, working closely with the Regional Development Manager (South), Services Development Lead and Volunteer Coordinator, to realise increased multi- stakeholder engagement, project reach, awareness of the charity and its services as well as working with the team to realise regional financial support of the LA’s work.

We are seeking a talented fundraising professional to take ownership of an established Community & Events programme, delivering a portfolio of flagship challenge events and supporter-led fundraising activities that generate sustainable income and build long-term supporter engagement.

The Role
Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, Digital and external partners, you will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of a varied events portfolio, ensuring fundraising targets are achieved while supporters receive outstanding stewardship throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of flagship challenge events and fundraising campaigns.
• Managing a diverse calendar of community and events fundraising activity.
• Recruiting and stewarding fundraising participants through a range of channels.
• Building strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, community groups and external suppliers.
• Identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities to drive growth.
• Monitoring performance, managing budgets and evaluating fundraising outcomes.
• Working collaboratively across teams to maximise fundraising and engagement opportunities.

As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will lead a blended portfolio of HNWIs and trusts and foundations, stewarding some of the charity's most significant relationships while developing new six and seven-figure opportunities. Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, you'll have the chance to influence strategy, develop innovative funding propositions and help drive the continued growth of the programme.

This role would suit an ambitious and entrepreneurial fundraiser who is excited by the prospect of genuine ownership, enjoys leading from the front and is motivated by the opportunity to make a significant contribution to both the organisation's mission and the future success of its philanthropy programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy to develop and deliver a 3-year philanthropy strategy focused on continued income growth
• Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, trusts and foundations building lasting relationships that deliver sustainable support
• Design thoughtful and engaging stewardship plans that inspire donors and strengthen long-term engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to create compelling proposals, impact reports and bespoke donor communications
• Undertake strategic prospect research to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and confidently lead cultivation and solicitation activity
• Spearhead the development of an exciting new philanthropic proposition with the potential to unlock increased unrestricted and flexible funding

Person Specification

• Experience in a philanthropy role with a relationship-first approach to major donors and/or trusts/foundations at the 6-figure+ level
• Demonstrable experience of successfully managing the full donor cycle, from prospect research and pipeline development, to cultivation, solicitation and long-term stewardship
• A natural relationship-builder, with excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Creativity, curiosity and commercial awareness, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding donor experiences
• A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities and helping to shape the future of a growing programme

This two year, part-time role will translate YAM’s strategic priorities—Leadership, Service, Formation, and Transition—into practical programmes, resources, and pathways that support young adults in their spiritual, personal, and vocational growth. Working closely with the Coordinator of YAM, the postholder will design, pilot, evaluate, and embed sustainable initiatives rooted in the Ignatian tradition. The role will also contribute to preparations for YAM’s 25th anniversary in 2028 by strengthening the structures and programmes that will support the ministry in the years ahead.
