Fundraising Engagement Officer

As the work and ambition of Jesuit Missions evolves and grows, we recognise the need to grow and diversify its income and support from within and beyond its traditional Jesuit community base, while remaining rooted in its mission and values.

The Fundraising Engagement Office is a new position to lead this growth by recruiting new supporters and developing community-based supporter-led fundraising opportunities, that generates income and builds the future donor pipeline for Jesuit Missions.

The post holder will lead on supporter acquisition, community fundraising, workplace fundraising and volunteer fundraising, whilst working collaboratively across the organisation to maximise fundraising opportunities arising from parish, schools and engagement activities. The Fundraising Engagement Officer will play a key role in introducing new supporters to Jesuit Missions and creating pathways into Individual Giving, Regular Giving, Major Donor and Legacy fundraising.
