You will develop and manage a pipeline of grant and partnership opportunities, write compelling funding applications, and produce reports that bring our work to life. You’ll work closely with our founder, directors and communications team to amplify our reach, and ensure our story is told with the same energy and authenticity as the young people we serve.

YourStance began as an award-winning Community Interest Company, and we are now in
an exciting new chapter — having recently transitioned to a Community Interest
Organisation. We were founded to bridge the gap between healthcare and communities
disproportionately affected by violence. We deliver trauma-informed, life-saving emergency
response training — including bleed control, CPR, and psychological first aid — to young
people aged 11–25 who are vulnerable to violence, across London and beyond. Our
volunteer healthcare professionals bring the hospital into community spaces, schools, and
youth organisations, upskilling young people who are too often overlooked by mainstream
services.

About the role

£53,016 - Permanent - Full Time (35 hours)

Main purpose of the job

To lead and coordinate Bond’s UK G20 strategy and engagement by developing and delivering a multi‑year workplan. The role will convene and support Bond members and global majority civil society to shape shared policy positions, driving external advocacy and government engagement on the G20 agenda, overseeing communications and campaigns inputs and managing the resources, reporting, and partnerships needed to ensure effective UK civil society influence on the G20 through 2027.

Main responsibilities

Lead on planning and coordination of UK G20 work within Bond, including:

• Leading on developing a strategy and workplan guiding activities on G20, covering the period to end of 2027.
• Leading internal coordination within Bond to bring together relevant teams and staff to deliver on the strategy and workplan.
• Track delivery of the G20 strategy and workplan and reporting to Director of PAR.
• Update Bond staff on G20 activities and providing regular updates to the Senior Management Team and the Board. 
•  Liaise with the formal civil 20 (C20) advisory group to prepare for the UK’s G20.

Lead convening and coordination of Bond members and global majority civil society actors on G20, including:

• Establishing/identifying processes for communicating with and convening Bond members on UK G20 work.
• Producing and sharing regular written updates for Bond members on G20 work.
• Organising regular meetings of Bond members to develop policy positions and influencing strategies and prepare for engagements with government.
• Develop and collaborate with a network of key global majority civil society partners in developing policy positions for the UK G20.
• Producing written products presenting Bond member and civil society positions on the UK G20.

Play a leading role on G20 external affairs activities, including:

• Lead on identifying and pursuing advocacy opportunities for Bond and its members targeting UK government on G20 agenda. 
• Organising regular meetings of Bond members with key government officials, across HMT, Cabinet Office and FCDO.
• Supporting Bond’s relationship management and engagement with Cabinet Office, FCDO, HMT and other relevant departments on G20 agenda. 
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to build relationships and develop collaborations with other relevant UK bodies - including think tanks and research organisations, trade unions, faith groups and related campaigns groups - on the G20.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to build relationships and develop strategic and focussed collaborations with organisations leading other formal G20 engagement groups.

Input to media, communications and campaigns work on the G20, including:

• Working with the Head of Media and Comms to design and implement a communications strategy for Bond’s G20 work and support Bond's wider communications objectives.
• Collaborating with the media adviser to produce quotes and OpEds on G20 and to organise press briefings. 
• Producing member updates, blogs and briefings for communicating Bond work and positions on G20.
• Working closely with the campaigns lead to support member engagement and coordination and implementation of key activities when required.
• Provide policy advice and inputs for campaigns activities.

Provide significant support for personnel and financial resource management, donor reporting and fundraising for G20 work, including:

• Supporting staff members contributing to G20 and global reforms work to plan their activities and track and report on delivery 
• Act as budget holder for relevant restricted and unrestricted budgets funding G20 and wider global reforms work, including supporting liaison with funders 
• Work with finance to produce timely and accurate internal and external (for donors) financial reports
• Supporting ongoing fundraising for G20 and wider global reforms work, including inputting to proposals and joining meetings with donors

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience managing high profile policy and advocacy processes, including helping to agree political strategy and manage relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels.
• Experience convening groups to plan joint activity and coordinate implementation.
• Basic knowledge of issues related to debt, illicit financial flows, tax and private capital mobilisation.

We're looking for a confident Policy Manager, with at least four years' experience, to lead RNIB's policy work across key areas affecting blind and partially sighted people.

In this role, you will manage your own policy area while overseeing the delivery of impactful, evidence-based policy that influences decision-makers and drives real change. You'll line manage a team of Policy Leads, providing clear strategic direction, supporting their development and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Working closely with colleagues across campaigns, public affairs and social action, you'll oversee the development of policy positions, influencing plans, briefings and reports rooted in robust evidence, lived experience and insight. You'll champion the meaningful involvement of blind and partially sighted people in our policy development and ensure RNIB speaks with one clear, authoritative voice.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships and Advocacy Manager to strengthen The Politics Project’s influencing and partnerships work, with a focus on Democracy Classroom - a non-partisan network of organisations across the youth, education and democracy sectors. You’ll lead the implementation of the new Democracy Classroom strategy, and grow the network’s impact and reach in the build up to the next general election and the implementation of votes at 16.

You will play a central role in expanding and activating the network - supporting over 100 partner organisations to collaborate effectively, share learning, build trust and increase their collective impact. You will be a key player in keeping the sector informed, connected and ready to respond to key moments in democratic engagement, from elections to policy changes.

You will take on a highly relational role, working closely with the team to manage and nurture a complex network blending multiple sectors. You will collaborate with the Director to manage shared relationships across the Democracy Classroom network, building more ownership over time. You’ll help position Democracy Classroom as an important conduit between the sector and major stakeholders like government departments and funders.

This is a dynamic, outward-facing role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on coordination. You’ll work closely with the Head of Communications and Networks, the Democracy Classroom Programme Coordinator and colleagues across The Politics Project to make sure partners feel supported, valued and part of a shared mission.

The Politics Project is based in London, and the post holder will be expected to work from the office at least two days a week. The role may require occasional UK travel and some evening/weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given. The role has a six-month probation period. The hours of work are 37.5 hrs per week. This is a fast-paced role in a friendly, supportive and growing team.

Key responsibilities

Partnership management

• Build, nurture and deepen relationships with more than 100 civil society partners, helping each partner see themselves as part of a growing and collaborative sector.

• Identify and recruit new organisations into Democracy Classroom, leading our onboarding process and helping new partners make the best of Democracy Classroom.

• Facilitate partner input into planning, shared problem-solving and decision-making.

• Build understanding of partners’ diverse needs and perspectives, supporting and balancing between these with sensitivity.

Advocacy and influencing

• Spot and act on emerging opportunities for collaboration, policy influence and joint sector action.

Engagement and representation

• Plan and deliver Democracy Classroom meetings, training and networking events.

• Represent The Politics Project and Democracy Classroom externally as a confident ambassador for our collaborative, non-partisan approach.

• Develop and deliver partner communications to ensure consistent, clear and timely updates.

• Act as the main point of contact for Democracy Classroom partner queries, support and collaboration.

Monitoring and reporting

• Track partner engagement and feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and reporting to demonstrate the network’s impact.

• Work with The Politics Project team to most effectively document partner activity.

Skills and experience

Essential

• Proven experience in partnership or stakeholder management, ideally in civil society, education or government.

• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex relationships in a growing space.

• Strong project management and organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Confident working with the youth or education sectors (teaching/youth work not required).

• Experience of submitting evidence to Government, drafting quasi-academic reports or policy briefings, or responding to consultations. An academic background is not needed, but you must be comfortable engaging with policy and research.

• Knowledge of, and interest in, UK politics and democratic engagement.

• Self-motivated, resilient and solutions-focused.

• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel within the UK.

Desirable

• IT literacy, including strong use of Google Workspace.

• Experience using CRMs or managing databases.

• Experience evaluating partnership impact and producing reports.

Job Summary
Sitting within the Product Management Team, the Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager is responsible for the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure revenue and product optimisation goals are met. The Product Manager’s job involves ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. 

Forming and managing effective relationships with key business stakeholders, in particular Business Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers and IT Leads. Work with stakeholders to deliver the Product Roadmap by producing clear and manageable roadmaps and backlogs for delivery and communication.

Experienced in product management and agile methodologies you bring stakeholders together to solve problems and optimise product capabilities to enable the business to reach their strategic and operational objectives. You effectively matrix manage cross functional team members assigned to your product squad, liaising across multiple teams and functions to ensure engagement and successful product delivery against agreed business expectations and governance processes. 

This role is for D365 and Microsoft products within St John and therefore the applicant requires experience and knowledge with D365, CRM, Microsoft and associated architecture, tech stacks, processes and user support. St John are looking for a person who has demonstrable and proven experience working with Dynamics 365 to deliver CRM programmes with complex, multi-audience organisations with a disparate database and business requirements to support growth, integrations, data cleansing and unified consent management. Alongside this we would expect the role to lead on Microsoft platform management, supporting wave releases and the adoption of new features and functionality.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualification and training:

What You'll Do

• Hold day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of funder relationships, maintaining an up-to-date picture of each funder's priorities, renewal timelines, and grant spend down for discussion with CLTR’s Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy Lead, CEO and policy unit leads.

• Project manage the delivery of donor-facing materials, including complex proposals, reports, and updates. Reporting to the Head of Public Fundraising, but working across the wider department and beyond, this role will:

• Lead our first Supporter Experience Strategy, uniting teams across the organisation.
• Map, refine, and innovate supporter journeys, identifying opportunities for deeper connection.
• Harness data and supporter insights to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Foster innovation, testing new technologies and approaches to enhance engagement.
• Train and equip teams to deliver consistently excellent supporter experiences.

About you

In addition to a passion for Supporter Experience, some of the essential skills and experience we’re looking for are:

• Significant experience in a supporter experience role or delivering journey strategy.
• A track record creating and delivering multichannel communications.
• Strong data and analytical skills to refine approaches and measure success.
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, and project management abilities.

Experience with CRM systems, matrix management, KPI measurement or leading change initiatives is desirable, but most importantly, you’ll have a supporter-first mindset and the drive to inspire meaningful connections.
