As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Hindleap, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. Working closely with both the centralised Fundraising team and the Hindleap team, you will help to secure critical funding required to both maintain and improve the centre, making an active contribution to business development, pipeline management and supporting our strategic objectives. What you will be doing
- Researching and maintaining an active pipeline of potential supporters across Trusts & Foundations, High Net Worth Individuals, Corporates, and local community groups.
- Developing and submitting tailored applications and proposals to potential funders.
- Working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications and the Head of Centre to ensure we collaborate effectively in nurturing and stewarding existing funders and supporters.
- Managing key grant makers and corporate relationships.
- Creating and maintaining a compelling case for support for Hindleap's needs.

The role

Role Purpose

This exciting role will support on the delivery of income from a range of high-value donors within our philanthropy and corporate income streams. As the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will be an experienced manager and fundraiser, confident in securing new business at a six-figure level through active prospecting and networking, with ingrained knowledge of how to secure and steward strategic partnerships with major corporates and corporate foundations. This role leads the corporate partnerships income strand and will line manager two Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager with specialities in account management and new business. The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join a high-performing income generation team and will report to the Director of Development.
The selected candidate will be experienced in successfully securing, managing, and developing corporate partnerships at six-figures and above, from initial prospect research to contracting and ongoing stewardship. The person will also have experience networking to build and manage relationships that lead to major gifts, particularly in the corporate world with senior non-profit volunteers. You will have first-class interpersonal skills and will be a natural ambassador in this externally-facing role for the organisation.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £60,000 to £75,000.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Fundraising Team as the Corporate (New Business) Development Manager. As an integral member of Street League’s Fundraising team, you will play a key role in bringing in new corporate partners, working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships.
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading on the development and delivery of a targeted corporate new business strategy for Street League, the country’s leading sport for employment charity. You will research, cultivate, and secure a range of high value new business partnerships to support the on–going work and expansion of the charity.
Your passion, determination and talent will give young people living in some of the UK’s most disadvantaged communities a brighter future through secure employment. This role sits within the Commercial Fundraising Team that currently manages an impressive portfolio of corporate partnerships including many household brands and FTSE 100 companies supporting Street League with funding, volunteering, awareness, and pro–bono advice.

The Role
As our Evidence and Impact Manager, you will lead the development and continual improvement of our Outcomes Framework, helping us evidence progress towards our vision of ‘Transformation through Forests’.
Working to deliver our vision for nature, communities and enterprise, you’ll establish meaningful metrics, effective data collection, evaluation and reporting processes.
Managing a small team, you will oversee the generation and delivery of robust evidence and insight, translating complex information for a range of audiences to inform decision-making, support programme development, and inform external messaging for communications and advocacy work.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee reporting for the Defra England Tree Planting Programme
- Line manage a Grants Officer who administers £2m of grants for forest creation and woodland management
Some evening and weekend work may be required, for which time off in lieu will apply, and you may also need to travel to sites across rural locations.
About You
To be considered as our Evidence and Impact Manager, you will need:
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of leading corporate performance monitoring and reporting within the environmental field
- Proven experience of using GIS for dataset analysis and the presentation of spatial information
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research and information presentation techniques
- An understanding of the benefits of tree planting and habitat creation for nature, communities and enterprise
- A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification
